This study investigated the expression profiles of Writ genes in adult porcine Iongissimus dorsi （LD） from different porcine genotypes and their associations with meat quality. The results showed that Wnt5a gene expression level was the highest in Jinhua （JHP） pigs, followed by Zhongbai （ZBP）, DurocxZhongbai （DZB）, and Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace （DYL） pigs, with significant differences between ZBP, DZB, and DYL （P〈0.05）. This genotypic order was reversed for Wnt7a, Wnt10b, and Wnt11 expression, with JHP and DYL having the lowest and highest expressive levels, respectively. Wnt5a expression was negatively correlated with pH,5 min and ApH （P〈0.01）, some glycolytic markers （P〈0.05）, and positively correlated with meat color （a＊）, shear force （SF） value （P〈0.05）, myosion heavy chain （MyHC） I mRNA proportion （P〈0.01）, turnover ratio of creatine phosphate （CP）, and creatine kinase （CK） activity （P〈0.05）. Opposite correlations were observed for Writ2, Wnt7a, Wnt10b, and Wnt11. These results revealed that Wnt5a, Wnt7a, Wnt10b, and Wnt11 gene expressions in adult porcine muscle contributed to differences between porcine genotypes and affected pork quality. Wnt5a gene expression could be beneficial for the formation of high quality pork by regulating muscle fiber types and postmortem energy metabolism.

The amorphous TbFeCo films covered with the protective AIN films have been prepared by the rf magnetron sputtering *** is found that the protective AIN films not only protect rare earth elements from oxidation and enhance magneto-optical kerr effect but also affect the magnetic properties of the rare earth-transition metal *** coercivity Hc and perpendicular magnetic anisotropy energy constants K'U1 and KU2 of the films are changed with the thickness of the protective AIN *** can be explained according to the stress mechanism and the model of single ion anisotropy.

Through the solubility product theory of the ternary secondary phase,classical nucleation theory,and Ostwald ripening theory,a model was established to describe the thermodynamics and kinetics of(Ti,V)C precipitates in austenite/ferrite(y/α)*** model was used to calculate the volume fraction,precipitation-temperature-time(PTT)curve,and nucleation rate-temperature(NrT)curve of MC(M=Ti,V)precipitates in γ/α matrices in Ti-V microalloyed steels with various Ti/V ratios,which is verified by hardness tester,transmission electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray *** calculations indicate that,by decreasing Ti/V ratio from Ti4V0 steel to Ti0V4 steel,the complete-dissolution temperature decreases monotonically from 1226 to 830℃,and the equilibrium volume fraction of MC pre-cipitated from austenite decreases from 0.333%to 0.091%at 900℃.Moreover,the maximum nucleation temperature of MC precipitated from α matrix decreases from 748 to 605℃and the fastest precipitation temperature decreases from 844 to 675℃as Ti/V ratio *** and NrT diagrams of MC precipitated from α matrices in different Ti-V microalloyed steels all exhibit C-shaped and inverse C-shaped *** addition,both theoretical calculation and experimental results show that when tempered at 600℃for 100 h,Ti2V2 steel shows the largest hardness value of 312 HV among the three steels tested because it has a larger volume fraction(0.364%),a larger precipitate density(1689 μm-2),and the smallest average size(8.4 nm)of(Ti,V)C *** theoretical calculations are consistent with experimental results,which indicates that the thermodynamics and kinetics model for(Ti,V)C precipitates is reliable and accurate.

The penis is a vital organ of perception that transmits perceived signals to ejaculation-related *** penis consists of the glans penis and penile shaft,which differ considerably in both histology and *** paper aims to investigate whether the glans penis or the penile shaft is the main source of sensory signals from the penis and whether penile hypersensitivity affects the whole organ or only part of *** thresholds,latencies,and amplitudes of somatosensory evoked potentials(SSEPs)were recorded in 290 individuals with primary premature ejaculation using the glans penis and penile shaft as the sensory *** thresholds,latencies,and amplitudes of SSEPs from the glans penis and penile shaft in patients were significantly different(all P<0.0001).The latency of the glans penis or penile shaft was shorter than average(indicating hypersensitivity)in 141(48.6%)cases,of which 50(35.5%)cases were sensitive in both the glans penis and penile shaft,14(9.9%)cases were sensitive in the glans penis only,and 77(54.6%)cases were sensitive in the penile shaft only(P<0.0001).There are statistical differences in the signals perceived through the glans penis and the penile *** hypersensitivity does not necessarily mean that the whole penis is *** classify penile hypersensitivity into three categories,namely,glans penis,penile shaft,and whole-penis hypersensitivity,and we propose the new concept of penile hypersensitive zone.

Silicon(Si)is a promising anode candidate for next-generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),but it suffers from poor electronic conductivity and dramatic volume variation during cycling,which poses a critical challenge for stable battery *** mitigate these issues simultaneously,we propose a"double carbon synergistic encapsulation"strategy,namely thin carbon shell and nitrogen/phosphorus co-doped two-dimensional(2D)carbon sheet dual encapsulate Si nanoparticles(denoted as 2D NPC/C@Si).This double carbon structure can serve as a conductive medium and buffer matrix to accommodate the volume expansion of Si nanoparticles and enable fast electron/ion transport,which promotes the formation of a stable solid electrolyte interphase film during *** structural advantages,the resulting 2 D NPC/C@Si electrode demonstrates a high reversible capacity of592 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.2 A·g^(-1) with 90.5%excellent capacity retention after 100 cycles,outstanding rate capability(148 mAh·g^(-1) at 8 A·g^(-1)),and superior long-term cycling stability(326 mAh·g^(-1) at 1 A·g^(-1) for 500 cycles,86%capacity retention).Our findings elucidate the development of high-performance Si@C composite anodes for advanced LTBs.

Photoelectric synaptic devices have been considered as one of the key components in artificial neuromorphic systems due to their excellent capability to emulate the functions of visual neurons,such as light perception and image ***,we demonstrate an optically-stimulated artificial synapse with a clear photoresponse from ultraviolet to visible light,which is established on a novel heterostructure consisting of monocrystalline Cs2AgBiBr6 perovskite and indium–gallium–zinc oxide(IGZO)thin *** compared with pure IGZO,the heterostructure significantly enhances the photoresponse and corresponding synaptic plasticity of the devices,which originate from the superior visible absorption of single-crystal Cs2AgBiBr6 and effective interfacial charge transfer from Cs2AgBiBr6 to IGZO.A variety of synaptic behaviors are realized on the fabricated thin-film transistors,including excitatory postsynaptic current,paired pulse facilitation,short-term,and long-term ***,an artificial neural network is simulated based on the photonic potentiation and electrical depression effects of synaptic devices,and an accuracy rate up to 83.8%±1.2%for pattern recognition is *** finding promises a simple and efficient way to construct photoelectric synaptic devices with tunable spectrum for future neuromorphic applications.

An experimental system of De-NO with plasma-catalyst（Cu zeolite） was established to investigate the differences between De- NO with plasma-catalyst and De-NO only with plasma, to provide the instruction for selecting appropriate catalyst and operating condition, The characteristics of De-NO with plasma and De-NO with plasma-catalyst were investigated comparatively by experiments. The experimental results show that De-NO with plasma-catalyst has high NO removal rate; Cu zeolite is an effective catalyst which can promote NO removal rate in plasma remarkably; De-NO with plasma-catalyst should be operated at low temperature and the temperature has opposite effects on the function of catalvst and plasma; water vapor and O2 can increase the NO removal rate.

Effect of Growth Temperature on Carbon Nanotube Grafting Morphology and Mechanical Behavior of Carbon Fibers and Carbon] Carbon Composites

High-purity carbon nanotubes （CNTs） with different orientation and lengths were grafted on carbon fibers （CFs） in woven fabrics by using double injection chemical vapor deposition and adjusting the growth temperature. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and Raman investigations reveal that the grafted CNTs change from being predominantly aligned and uniform in di- ameter to absolutely disordered and variable in diameter, whilst they show significantly increased crystallinity, as the growth temperature is increased from 730 ~C to 870 ~C. In tensile tests of fiber bundles, much more strength degradation of CFs was observed after the growth process at higher temperature than that at lower temperature. These hybrid preforms produced at different growth temperatures were used to reinforce carbon/carbon （C/C） composites. An increment of 34.4% in out-of-plane compressive strength （OCS） was obtained for the composites containing CNTs grown at 730℃, while the OCS increment exhibits an obvious decrease with increasing the growth temperature. Compared with the higher growth temperature, the lower temperature contributes to the decrease in the strength loss of reinforcing fibers and meanwhile the growth of large extending length of CNTs, which can provide long reinforcement to the pyrocarbon matrix, and thus increase the compressive strength better.

Effects of vegetation patch density on flow velocity characteristics in an open channel

The aquatic plants are often found in natural rivers,and they affect the channel flow structure *** study the effects of the vegetation density a(the frontal area per volume)on the flow velocity characteristics,rigid bamboo circular cylinders are chosen as the model emergent *** the experiments,the density of the vegetation takes various values while all other flow parameters are kept constant.A 3-D acoustic Doppler velocimeter(ADV)is used to measure the local flow velocities for different vegetation *** results show that the existence of the vegetation patch leads to an increase of the depth-averaged velocity on the right and left sides behind the vegetation patch,and it increases monotonically with the vegetation *** different vegetation densities,the lateral distribution of the stream-wise velocity behind the vegetation patch follows approximately an S-shaped profile when a≤60 m-1,and a logarithmic profile if a>60 *** vertical distribution of the stream-wise velocity along the channel varies with the vegetation density and also follows an S-shaped distribution in a certain range,with the locations and the ranges being affected by the vegetation density.
