This case illustrates key innovations that took place in Hisense Group, one of the leading companies in the electronic appliances industry in China, from 1990s to 2010. Several factors contributed to its leading position, including strategic positioning, consistent technological innovation over decades, and an efficient administrative system. Since 1992, Hisense has paid close attention to technological innovation. It makes it clear that R＆D plays a dominant role in competition. Hisense has continuously invested heavily in R＆D and restructured its R＆D administrative system, including the organizational framework, incentive mechanisms, project management and teamwork. Hisense＇s strategy has resulted in major technological innovations. Hiview chip is a technological breakthrough, which helps the company gain competitive advantages.

Big Earth Data refers to the multidimensional integration and association of scientific data,including geography,resources,environment,ecology,and *** effective data classification system and label management strategy are important foundations for long-term management of data *** objective of this study was to construct a classification system and realize multidimensional semantic data label management for the Big Earth Data Science Engineering Program(CASEarth).This study constructed two sets of classification and coding systems that realize classification by mapping each other;namely,the geosphere-level and Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)indicator *** technique was based on natural language processing technology and solved problems with subject-word segmentation,weight calculation,and dynamic matching.A prototype system for classification and label management was constructed based on existing CASEarth datasets of more than 1,***,we expect our study to provide the methodology and technical support for useroriented classification and label management services for Big Earth Data.

Inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)with superior photoelectric properties are expected to have excellent performance in many ***,the anion exchange changes their features and is unfavorable for their applications in many ***,impeding anion exchange is important for improving the composition stability of inorganic lead halide perovskite ***,CsPb X3(X=Cl,Br)NCs are coated with Cs4PbX6 shell to impede anion exchange and reduce anion *** Cs4PbX6 shell is facily fabricated on CsPbX3 NCs through high temperature injection *** exchange experiments demonstrate that the Cs4 PbX6 shell completely encapsulates CsPbX3 NCs and greatly improves the composition stability of CsPbX3 ***,our work also sheds light on the potential design approaches of various heterostructures to expand the application of CsPbM3(M=Cl,Br,I)NCs.

We have dispersed individual Pd atoms onto ZnO nanowires(NWs)as single‐atom catalysts(SACs)and evaluated their catalytic performance for several selected catalytic *** Pd1/ZnO SAC is highly active,stable,and selective towards CO2for steam reforming of methanol to produce *** catalyst system is active for oxidation of CO and H2but performs poorly for preferential oxidation of CO in hydrogen‐rich stream primarily due to the strong competitive oxidation of H2on ZnO supported *** ambient pressure,reverse water‐gas‐shift reaction occurs on the Pd1/ZnO *** series of tests of catalytic reactions clearly demonstrate the importance of selecting the appropriate metal and support to develop SACs for catalytic transformation of molecules.

BACKGROUND： Studies on febrile convulsion （FC）-caused brain injury are disputed in many aspects. How FC cause nervous system injury in the developmental period and what are the characteristics of these pathological injury are unknown. The current studies have demonstrated that berne oxygenase-1 （HO-1） exerts effects on brain injury mainly by catalyzing hemoglobin to produce degradation products, and HO-1 not only has neuroprotective effects, but also has neurotoxic effects during the FC-caused brain injury. Study on the effect of zinc protoporphyrin （ZnPP） on brain injury is still in the stage of animal experiment. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of ZnPP on carbon monoxide （CO）/HO-1 system of rats subjected to FC, and to analyze the action pathway of ZnPP in brain protective effect. DESIGN： A randomized controlled animal experiment. SETTING： Department of Pediatrics, First Hospital Affiliated to Jiamusi University. MATERIALS： Sixty-five Wistar rats, of either gender, were involved in this study. They were randomized into normal control group（ n =14, 37℃ water bath） and febrile treatment group （n =51, 44.5℃ hot water bath）. Febrile treatment group was sub-divided into febrile non-convulsion group （FNC group, n =16） and FC group （n =35）. FC group was further sub-divided into simple convulsion group （n =20） and ZnPP treatment group （n =15）. HO-1 mRNA in situ hybridization kit was provided by Boster Bioengineering Co.,Ltd. ZnPP（dark brown powder） was the product of Jingmei Bioengineering Company. METHODS： This study was carried out in the postgraduate laboratory of Jiamusi University between January 2004 and January 2007. Rats in the febrile treatment group were placed in the 44.5℃ hot water bath box. If rats did not convulse in the water within 5 minutes, they were taken out, namely FNC group （n = 16）, and those, which were convulsed within 5 minutes, were taken out immediately when they presented such a phenomenon, namely FC group （n =35）. This paper presents a systematic study of the growth mechanism for Pd nanobars synthesized by reducing Na_(2)PdCl_(4) with L-ascorbic acid in an aqueous solution in the presence of bromide ions as a capping *** electron microscopy(TEM)and high-resolution TEM analyses revealed that the growth at early stages of the synthesis was dominated by particle coalescence,followed by shape focusing via recrystallization and further growth via atomic *** also investigated the detailed surface structure of the nanobars using aberration-corrected scanning TEM and found that the exposed{100}surfaces contained several types of defects such as an adatom island,a vacancy pit,and atomic *** thermal annealing,the nanobars evolved into a more thermodynamically favored shape with enhanced truncation at the corners.

A series of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety were synthesized and characterized on the basis of NMR and elemental analysis(EA). The crystal structure of(R)-N-(2-methyl-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(13 d) was determined to show R configuration. The bioasssy results indicated that most title compounds displayed good and broad spectrum antifungal activities against several phytopathogenic fungi. The structure activity relationships were discussed. Based on the antifungal activity of title compounds against Phytophthora capsici, a CoMSIA calculation was performed to establish a 3 D-QSAR model, which revealed that electrostatic and hydrophobic fields were the two most significant factors for antifungal activity. According to the established 3D-QSAR model, structure optimization was carried out to find(R)-N-((R)-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(p-tolyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(15 h)with excellent activity against Phytophthora capsici, thus emerging as a new lead compound for novel antiphytopathogenic fungus agent development.
