The rise in online home delivery services(OHDS)has had a significant impact on how urban services are supplied and used in recent *** on the spatial accessibility of OHDS are emerging,but few is known about the temporal dimension of OHDS accessibility as well as the geographic and socioeconomic differences in the spatiotemporal accessibility of *** study measures the spatiotemporal accessibility of four types of OHDS,namely leisure,fresh and convenient,medical,and catering *** geographic and socioeconomic disparities in the spatiotemporal accessibility of these four types of OHDS are then identified using spatial statistical methods and the Kruskal-Wallis test(K-W test).The case study in Nanjing,China,suggests that:1)spatiotemporal accessibility better reflects the temporal variation of OHDS accessibility and avoids overestimation of OHDS accessibility when only considering its spatial dimension.2)The spatiotemporal accessibility of OHDS varies geographically and *** located in the main city or neighborhoods with higher housing prices,higher population density,and higher point of interest(POI)mix have better OHDS spatiotemporal *** study contributes to the understanding of OHDS accessibility from a spatiotemporal perspective,and the empirical insights can assist policymakers in creating intervention plans that take into account variations in OHDS spatiotemporal accessibility.

Anaerobic digestion(AD)operating under conditions of organic overload stress typically exacerbates the potential for process instability,thereby resulting in significant economic and ecological *** this investigation,an augmented substrate-to-inoculum ratio(S/I)along with varying total solid content(TS)levels was employed to replicate diverse organic loadings,utilizing maize straw and cattle *** findings reveal that a moderate augmentation in S/I and TS proves advantageous in augmenting methane yield,while an excessive substrate loading diminishes methane yield,hampers the kinetics of methane production,and even induces severe process *** study also displayed the variation of the model parameters for the first-order model,the modified Gompertze model,and the transfer function *** the modified Gompertze model and transfer function model exhibited the same environmental stress ***,both the increase in particulate content and the increase in S/I had a substantial effect on the substrate conversion rate to *** analysis demonstrates the dominant influence of Firmicutes and Methanosarcina under different organic loading *** both a kinetic and a microbiological point of view,this work provides novel insights into the fundamental processes that regulate anaerobic digestion(AD)under varying loading ***,it has significant implications for improving the operating efficiency of AD,which is a significant benefit.

BACKGROUND Dry eye syndrome(DES)after diabetic cataract surgery can seriously affect the patient’s quality of ***,effective alleviation of symptoms in patients with this disease has important clinical *** To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)plus sodium hyaluronate(SH)eye drops on DES after cataract surgery in patients with *** We retrospectively evaluated 82 patients with diabetes who experienced DES after cataract surgery at Tianjin Beichen Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University between April 2021 and April *** were classified into an observation group(42 cases,rhEGF+SH eye drops)and a control group(40 cases,SH eye drops alone),depending on the different treatment *** therapeutic efficacy,dry eye symptom score,tear film breakup time(TFBUT),basic tear secretion score[assessed using Schirmer I test(SIt)],corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score,tear inflammatory markers,adverse reactions during treat-ment,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two *** Therapeutic efficacy was higher in the observation group compared with the control *** groups showed improved TFBUT and dry eye,as well as improved SIt and FL scores after treatment,with a more pronounced improvement in the observation *** no marked differences in adverse reactions were observed between the two groups,treatment satisfaction was higher in the observation *** rhEGF+SH eye drops rendered clinical benefits to patients by effectively ameliorating dry eye and visual impairment with favorable efficacy,fewer adverse reactions,and high safety ***,this treatment should be promoted in clinical practice.

Slickwater fracturing fluids are widely used in the development of unconventional oil and gas resources due to the advantages of low cost,low formation damage and high drag reduction ***,their performance is severely affected at high *** reducing agent is the key to determine the drag reducing performance of *** this work,in order to further improve the temperature resistance of slickwater,a temperature-resistant polymeric drag reducing agent(PDRA)was synthesized and used as the basis for preparing the temperature-resistant *** slickwater system was prepared with the compositions of 0.2 wt%PDRA,0.05 wt%drainage aid nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(NPEP)and 0.5 wt%anti-expansion agent polyepichlorohydrindimethylamine(PDM).The drag reduction ability,rheology properties,temperature and shear resistance ability,and core damage property of slickwater were systematically studied and *** contrast to on-site drag reducing agent(DRA)and HPAM,the temperature-resistant slickwater demonstrates enhanced drag reduction efficacy at 90℃,exhibiting superior temperature and shear resistance ***,the drag reduction retention rate for the slickwater achieved an impressive 90.52%after a 30-min shearing ***,the core damage is only 5.53%.We expect that this study can broaden the application of slickwater in high-temperature reservoirs and provide a theoretical basis for field applications.

Ice sheet serves as a crucial indicator for assessing climate *** loss in recent remote sensing-based studies indicated that the Antarctic Peninsula has rapid rates of glacier retreat and speed up of surface ***,observations of seasonal variability of ice speed are limited,and glacier-area changes require multi-temporal *** study investigated the changes in area and surface velocities of∼375 glaciers on the northern Antarctic Peninsula(NAP)utilizing satellite images acquired by the Sentinel 1&2 satellites during *** results indicate that the glacier area reduced by approximately 166.1±44.2 km^(2)(-0.2%±0.1%per year)during the study period,with an acceleration after 2020(-0.4%±0.3%per year),and the most dramatic reduction happened on the eastern *** maximum annual ice speeds on the NAP generally exceeded 3500 m per year,while the ice speeds in 2021 were the highest(exceeded 4210 m per year).The ice speed variability in austral autumn was higher than in other seasons,meanwhile the summer ice speeds showed an increasing *** glacier G012158E47018N,McNeile Glacier,glacier G299637E64094S and Drygalski Glacier showed the most remarkable ice speed variations represented by high daily velocities and strong fluctuations on their *** results demonstrated that the variations in glacier area and seasonal ice speed on the NAP were responsive to the ice-ocean-atmosphere ***,seasonal velocity and area variations should be considered when conducting accurate mass balance calculations,model validations and change mechanism analyses under climate warming scenarios.

智能化是对城市未来发展方向的一种描述,城市研究需要地理学从空间角度对城市智能化发展进行把控,从而为解决城市问题提供更加有效的应对措施。本文从研究历程、内容和方法3个方面梳理了城市空间智能化研究进展。针对当前研究的不足,基于地理学视角对城市空间智能化研究进行思考。首先,本文探讨了城市空间智能化的地理内涵,即城市中的要素利用智能技术对城市中的客观事物和状态进行学习、分析、判断,并采取有目的性的行为从而有效地适应环境的过程。其次,本文提出了由人、机器和空间要素构成的城市空间智能化系统模型,对“人‒机‒空间”作用机制进行了解读,总结出自发交互、自主调节和双向选择3种机制,可对城市空间的形态、功能、结构等研究有所帮助。最后,构建了城市空间智能化研究框架,以城市空间智能化特征、功能结构、人与空间互动关系以及空间智能化模拟预测为重点内容,对城市空间智能化全过程进行剖析,以期为城市智能化发展提供科学、精准的空间资源配置方案,丰富智能时代城市空间的研究。

添加增容剂是改善极性木质素(LN)与非极性橡胶相容性差的有效措施之一,有助于提高LN补强效果.本文中采用CaCl_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)作为自由基引发体系制备了LN接枝的天然橡胶(LGN),并将其用于天然橡胶(NR)/LN复合材料的界面增容.研究表明,CaCl_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)不但可以引发LN产生大分子自由基,而且会氧化NR双键断裂生成不饱和酮,使NR分子量降低.对接枝过程中加料顺序进行调控,采用CaCl_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)先处理LN,不但可以有效地减轻NR的氧化降解,而且有助于LN产生更多的大分子自由基.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对LN、NR和LGN化学结构的表征表明:LN接枝NR的机理为LN的酚羟基自由基与NR的甲基反应形成C―O―C键.得益于LGN优异的界面增容作用,增容后的NR/LN复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度较增容前分别提高了14.3%和7.5%.

stable neutral Fe(IV)complex(Fe-HDCL),readily accessible on the g scale,was found to possess high water solubility and good stability(<5%degradation over 4 h upon photoirradiation).Fe-HDCL is green and absorbs light effectively in the visible region(500–800 nm)with aλmax at 650 nm(ɛ=7830 M^(−1)cm^(−1)).Fe-HDCL also exhibits photothermal(PT)behavior comparable to single-wall carbon nanotubes in the solid *** aqueous solution,high PT conversion(η=72.6%)is achieved,and a strong hyperthermia-based inhibition of cell growth is observed upon subjecting Fe-HDCL to near-infrared 730 nm laser *** biological studies in vitro and in vivo confirmed that Fe-HDCL is biocompatible,clears readily,and allows the visual detection of blood *** subjecting mice to intravenous injection at low doses(e.g.,50μmol·kg^(−1)),Fe-HDCL also permits the photoacoustic(PA)imaging of kidneys and the evaluation of renal fibrosis in mouse *** addition,Fe-HDCL allows PA-based imaging of brain tissues,presumably reflecting its ability to pass through the blood-brain *** thus propose that Fe-HDCL has a role to play as PT agent and as a photodiagnostic.

生成式人工智能的迅猛发展为数字经济发展提供新动力,为社会民生创造新福祉,同时也引发了一系列现实挑战。中国现行立法已为生成式人工智能的发展划定了基本的安全保障底线,但该技术的发展方向和产业发展均处在高度不确定性当中,部分安全风险可能是被制造的焦虑,以国家立法形式进行规制为时尚早。生成式人工智能的治理需要伦理先行,坚持激励相容精神,为人工智能新技术新应用创新留下充分空间,以伦理治理的方式推动技术社区、产业群体、社会组织、社会公众、治理机构共同进行探索磨合,凝聚共识,待实践经验充足、立法时机成熟时,再将共识性规范纳入法律框架之中。
