The Effect of O2O Education Combined with Peer Education Management Model in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To explore the effect of online-to-offline(O2O)education combined with the peer education management model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Using convenience sampling,72 patients with COPD who were hospitalized in the respiratory medicine department of a tertiary-level hospital from March to December 2021 were selected as study *** grouping was carried out using the random number table method,the control group was given routine COPD health education in the department,and the intervention group applied O2O trinity health management combined with peer education on the basis of routine *** 6 months of follow-up after discharge,the two groups were observed and compared for changes in pulmonary function,depression status,self-care ability,and quality of ***:At 3 and 6 months after the intervention,the lung function indexes and depression status of the two groups of patients improved significantly,and the improvement effect was more significant in the intervention group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the self-care ability scores of the patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality-of-life scores of the two groups of patients decreased at 3 months after discharge,in which the quality-of-life scores in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:O2O education combined with the peer education management model can effectively improve the lung function of patients with COPD,depression,self-care ability,and quality of life.

Intravitreal injection of conbercept for diabetic macular edema complicated with diabetic nephropathy

AIM:To observe the therapeutic effect of conbercept on diabetic macular edema(DME)complicated with diabetic nephropathy(DN).METHODS:In this retrospective study,54 patients(54 eyes)that diagnosed as DME from January 2017 to October 2021 were *** patients were divided into two groups:DME patients with DN(25 eyes),and DME patients without DN(29 eyes).General conditions were collected before treatment,laboratory tests include fasting blood glucose,HbA1c,microalbumin/creatinine,serum *** coherence tomography(OCT)was used to check the ellipsoidal zone(EZ)and external limiting membrane(ELM)*** macular thickness(CMT),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and retinal hyperreflective foci(HF)as well as numbers of injections were ***:There were significant differences between fasting blood glucose,HbA1c,serum creatinine,urinary microalbumin/creatinine,and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)between the two groups(all P<0.05).EZ and ELM continuity in the DME+DN group was worse than that in the DME group(P<0.05).BCVA(logMAR)in the DME group was significantly better than that in the DME+DN group at the same time points during treatment(all P<0.05).CMT and HF values were significantly higher in the DME+DN group than that in the DME group at the all time points(all P<0.05)and significantly decreased in both groups with time during *** 6mo after treatment,the mean number of injections in the DME+DN and DME group was 4.84±0.94 and 3.79±0.86,***:Conbercept has a significant effect in short-term treatment of DME patients with or without DN,and can significantly ameliorate BCVA,CMT and the number of HF,treatment efficacy of DME patients without DN is better than that of DME patients with DN.

As the search for effective treatments for COVID-19 continues, the high mortality rate among critically ill patients in Intensive Care Units(ICU) presents a profound challenge. This study explores the potential benefits of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) as a supplementary treatment for severe COVID-19. A total of 110 critically ill COVID-19 patients at the Intensive Care Unit(ICU) of Vulcan Hill Hospital between Feb., 2020, and April, 2020(Wuhan, China) participated in this observational study. All patients received standard supportive care protocols, with a subset of 81 also receiving TCM as an adjunct treatment. Clinical characteristics during the treatment period and the clinical outcome of each patient were closely monitored and analysed. Our findings indicated that the TCM group exhibited a significantly lower mortality rate compared with the non-TCM group(16 of 81 vs 24 of 29; 0.3 vs 2.3person/month). In the adjusted Cox proportional hazards models, TCM treatment was associated with improved survival odds(P <0.001). Furthermore, the analysis also revealed that TCM treatment could partially mitigate inflammatory responses, as evidenced by the reduced levels of proinflammatory cytokines, and contribute to the recovery of multiple organic functions, thereby potentially increasing the survival rate of critically ill COVID-19 patients.

In vivo imaging reveals a synchronized correlation among neurotransmitter dynamics during propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia

General anesthesia is widely applied in clinical ***,the precise mechanism of loss of consciousness induced by general anesthetics remains ***,we measured the dynamics of five neurotransmitters,includingγ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,acetylcholine,and dopamine,in the medial prefrontal cortex and primary visual cortex of C57BL/6 mice through in vivo fiber photometry and genetically encoded neurotransmitter sensors under anesthesia to reveal the mechanism of general anesthesia from a neurotransmitter *** revealed that the concentrations of γ-aminobutyric acid,glutamate,norepinephrine,and acetylcholine increased in the cortex during propofol-induced loss of *** levels did not change following the hypnotic dose of propofol but increased significantly following surgical doses of propofol ***,the concentrations of the five neurotransmitters generally decreased during sevoflurane-induced loss of ***,the neurotransmitter dynamic networks were not synchronized in the non-anesthesia groups but were highly synchronized in the anesthetic *** findings suggest that neurotransmitter dynamic network synchronization may cause anesthetic-induced loss of consciousness.

Endorepellin plays a key role in the regulation of angiogenesis,but its effects on angiogenesis after traumatic brain injury are *** study explored the effects of endorepellin on angiogenesis and neurobehavioral outcomes after traumatic brain injury in *** were randomly divided into four groups:sham,controlled cortical impact only,adeno-associated virus(AAV)-green fluorescent protein,and AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent protein *** the controlled cortical impact model,the transduction of AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent protein downregulated endorepellin while increasing the number of CD31+/Ki-67+proliferating endothelial cells and the functional microvessel density in mouse *** changes resulted in improved neurological function compared with controlled cortical impact *** blotting revealed increased expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and angiopoietin-1 in mice treated with AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent *** radiation angiography showed that endorepellin downregulation promoted angiogenesis and increased cortical neovascularization,which may further improve neurobehavioral ***,an in vitro study showed that downregulation of endorepellin increased tube formation by human umbilical vein endothelial cells compared with a *** analysis found that endorepellin downregulation may mediate angiogenesis by activating vascular endothelial growth factor-and angiopoietin-1-related signaling pathways.

Temporal and spatial variations hydrochemical components and driving factors in Baiyangdian Lake in the Northern Plain of China

Understanding the temporal and spatial variation of hydrochemical components in large freshwater lakes is crucial for effective management and *** this study,we identify the temporalspatial characteristics and driving factors of the hydrochemical components in Baiyangdian Lake using geochemical methods(Gibbs diagram,Piper diagram and End-element diagram of ion ratio)and multivariate statistical techniques(Principal component analysis and Correlation analysis).16 sets of samples were collected from Baiyangdian Lake in May(normal season),July(flood season),and December(dry season)of *** indicate significant spatial variation in Nat,ci,SO and NO,,suggesting a strong influence of human *** concentrations exhibit greater seasonal variation in the dry season compared to the flood season,while the concentrations of the four anions show inconsistent seasonal changes due to the combined effects of river water chemical composition and human *** hydrochemical type of Baiyangdian Lake is primarily HCO,***,Mg*and HCO,originate mainly from silicate and carbonate rock dissolution,while Kt,Nat and CI originate mainly from sewage and salt dissolution in ***42 may mainly stem from industrial wastewater,while NO,primarily originates from animal feces and domestic *** the use of Principal Component Analysis,it is identified that water-rock interaction(silicate and carbonate rocks dissolution,and dissolution of salt in sediments),carbonate sedimentation,sewage,agricultural fertilizer and manure,and nitrification are the main driving factors of the variation of hydrochemical components of Baiyangdian Lake across three hydrological *** findings suggest the need for effective control of substandard domestic sewage discharge,optimization of agricultural fertilization strategies,and proper management of animal manure to comprehensively improve the water environment in Baiyangdian Lake.

基于中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)2014年和2015年两期数据,本研究考察了当前中国家庭结构对青少年学业成就的影响及其间接机制,并探究了该影响机制在不同班级同伴群体中的差异化效应。研究发现:首先,家庭结构显著影响青少年的学业成就。相较于双亲家庭,非双亲家庭青少年的学业成就更低。其次,家庭结构通过影响家庭教育资源和家庭社会资本,进而影响青少年的学业成就。相较于双亲家庭,非双亲家庭青少年在学习资源、就读学校质量、亲子沟通以及家长管束方面均处于一定劣势,这进而导致其较低的学业成就。最后,家庭结构对青少年学业成就的影响在不同班级同伴群体之间呈现出显著差异。优秀的班级同伴群体降低了家庭学习资源和家长管束的解释效应,进而导致非双亲家庭和双亲家庭青少年在学业成就方面的差异大幅缩小。

作者的主体身份往往支配着文学创作,道士的宗教身份造就了诗歌创作的仙道底色。与文人题壁诗相比,唐代道士题壁诗呈现出诗歌书写重理性认知和修行境界、题壁动机的宗教意味浓厚、题壁对象以有助于生命超脱的处所为主等题写特征。唐代道士题壁诗蕴涵着多元的宗教情思,主要表现为弘道劝度的诗学宣扬、山水精神的生命体悟以及羽化成仙的诗意追寻。唐代道士的题壁诗创作在反映道教重塑信仰神圣性、丰富道观的仙道内涵并促进后世体认与书写、体现佛道调和并拓展道教诗歌的美学境界等方面具有重要的文化意义。研究道士题壁诗,是考察宗教、诗学与文化之间融通与互动的独特视角。
