H9N2 avian influenza virus(AIV) has widely circulated in poultry worldwide and sporadic infections in humans and mammals. During our surveillance of chicken from 2019 to 2021 in Shandong Province, China, we isolated 11 H9N2AIVs. Phylogenetic analyses showed that the eight gene segments of the 11 isolates were closely related to several sublineages of Eurasian lineage: BJ/94-like clades(HA and NA genes), G1-like clades(PB2 and M genes), and SH/F/98-like clades(PB1, PA, NP and NS genes). The isolates showed mutation sites that preferentially bind to humanlike receptors(HA) and mammalian fitness sites(PB2, PB1 and PA), as well as mutations in antigen and drug resistance sites. Moreover, studies with mice revealed four isolates with varying levels of pathogenicity. The average antibody titer of the H9N2 AIVs was 8.60 log2. Based on our results, the epidemiological surveillance of H9N2 AIVs should be strengthened.

β-ray-induced X-ray spectroscopy(BIXS)is a promising method for tritium detection in solid materials because of its unique advantages,such as large detection depth,nondestructive testing capabilities,and low requirements for sample ***,high-accuracy reconstruction of the tritium depth profile remains a significant challenge for this *** this study,a novel reconstruction method based on a backpropagation(BP)neural network algorithm that demonstrates high accuracy,broad applicability,and robust noise resistance is *** average reconstruction error calculated using the BP network(8.0%)was much lower than that obtained using traditional numerical methods(26.5%).In addition,the BP method can accurately reconstruct BIX spectra of samples with an unknown range of tritium and exhibits wide applicability to spectra with various tritium ***,the BP network demonstrates superior accuracy and stability compared to numerical methods when reconstructing the spectra,with a relative uncertainty ranging from 0 to 10%.This study highlights the advantages of BP networks in accurately reconstructing the tritium depth profile from BIXS and promotes their further application in tritium detection.

BACKGROUND Body composition analysis(BCA)is primarily used in the management of conditions such as obesity and endocrine ***,its potential in providing nutritional guidance for patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)remains relatively *** To explore the clinical efficacy of BCA-based dietary nutrition scheme on bone metabolism in AD *** This retrospective study included 96 patients with AD complicated by osteoporosis who were admitted to The Third Hospital of Quzhou between January 2023 and December *** on data from previous similar studies,the patients were randomly assigned to either a routine diet(RD)group(n=48)or a personalized nutrition(PN)group(n=48).The RD group received conventional dietary guidance,while the PN group received individualized diet intervention measures based on human *** intervention period lasted for 12 *** mineral density(BMD),body mass index(BMI),muscle mass,mineral content,osteocalcin,25-hydroxyvitamin D,procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide(PINP),beta C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(β-CTX),and serum calcium were measured and compared between the two groups before and 12 weeks after the *** No significant differences were observed between groups in terms of age,sex,height,BMI,or other baseline data(P>0.05).In both groups,BMI did not show significant changes after the intervention(P>0.05),whereas muscle mass and mineral content were significantly increased(P-1 compared to the RD group(P<0.05).The mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score was similar in both groups before the ***,12 weeks after the intervention,the MMSE score in the PN group was significantly higher than

Salsolinol as an RNA m~6A methylation inducer mediates dopaminergic neuronal death by regulating YAP1 and autophagy

Salsolinol(1-methyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline,Sal)is a catechol isoquinoline that causes neurotoxicity and shares structural similarity with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine,an environmental toxin that causes Parkinson's ***,the mechanism by which Sal mediates dopaminergic neuronal death remains *** this study,we found that Sal significantly enhanced the global level of N~6-methyladenosine(m~6A)RNA methylation in PC12 cells,mainly by inducing the downregulation of the expression of m~6A demethylases fat mass and obesity-associated protein(FTO)and alk B homolog 5(ALKBH5).RNA sequencing analysis showed that Sal downregulated the Hippo signaling *** m~6A reader YTH domain-containing family protein 2(YTHDF2)promoted the degradation of m~6A-containing Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)mRNA,which is a downstream key effector in the Hippo signaling ***,downregulation of YAP1 promoted autophagy,indicating that the mutual regulation between YAP1 and autophagy can lead to *** findings reveal the role of Sal on m~6A RNA methylation and suggest that Sal may act as an RNA methylation inducer mediating dopaminergic neuronal death through YAP1 and *** results provide greater insights into the neurotoxic effects of catechol isoquinolines compared with other studies and may be a reference for assessing the involvement of RNA methylation in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

乡村振兴是伴随城市化和工业化高度发展而产生的城乡协调发展的全球性议题。文章回顾浙江省2000年以来以乡村人居补短板、文化传承、村务自治为主线推进美丽乡村建设的历程、特征、重大举措,诠释浙江省从"千万工程"到"美丽乡村"的建设经验,审视浙江乡村复兴的科学规律实践。研究发现:开展乡村生态环境整治与增强生态环境服务设施供给是提升乡村人居环境的前提与主线;以美丽人居为基础,衍生美丽产业,全面提升乡村复兴的经济资本与环境资本,进而振兴文化社会资本,科学诠释了乡村复兴的路径依赖与路径创造;以"美丽乡村"为标靶的乡村振兴,既践行了中国梦的乡村指南,又重在统筹规划与构建因地制宜的乡村复兴标准体系。

Catalytic purification of sulphur-containing malodorous gases has attracted wide attention because of its advantages of high purification efficiency,low energy consumption and lack of secondary *** selection of efficient catalysts is the key to the problem,while the preparation and optimisation of catalysts depend on the analysis of experimental results and in-depth mechanistic *** analysing the published literature,bibliometric analysis can identify existing research hotspots,the areas of interest and predict development trends,which can help to identify hot catalysts in the catalytic purification of sulphurcontaining odours and to investigate their catalytic purification ***,this paper uses bibliometric analysis,based on Web Of Science and CNKI databases,CiteSpace and VOS viewer software to collate and analyse the literature on the purification of sulphurcontaining odour pollutants,to identify the current research hotspots,to summarise the progress of research on the catalytic purification of different types of sulphur-containing odours,and to analyse their reaction mechanisms and *** this basis,the research progress of catalytic purification of different kinds of sulfur odour is summarized,and the reaction mechanism and dynamics are summarized.
