Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results forzing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

SnO2/metal organic complex composite derived from low-temperature activated metal organic complex for advanced lithium storage

Sn-based metal organic complexes with coordination bonds,multi-active sites,and high theoretical capacity have attracted much attention as promising anodes for lithium ion ***,the low electrical conductivity and huge volume changes restricted their electrochemical stability and practical ***,Snbased anode with superior electrochemical performance,including a high reversible capacity of 1050.1 mAh·g-1at 2 A·g-1and a stable capacity of 1105.5 mAh·g-1after 500 cycles at 1 A·g-1,was fabricated via a low-temperature calcination strategy from Sn metal organic *** low-temperature calcination process regulates Sn-O bond and prevents the agglomeration of SnO2,generating highly dispersed SnO2decorated metal organic complexes and providing sufficient active sites for ion *** situ characterizations expound that the undecomposed Sn-based metal organic complexes could be transformed into SnO2during lithiation and delithiation,which enhances the electrical conductivity and induces a strong pseudo-capacitive behavior,accelerating the electrochemical kinetics;the multiple solid electrolyte interface with inflexible LiF and flexible ROCO2Li buffers the volume variation of the electrode,resulting in its high electrochemical *** work provides a simple strategy for preparing excellent Sn-based anodes from metal organic complexes and reveals the lithium storage mechanism of the prepared Snbased anode.

Theoretical analysis and experimental study of an air inflated membrane structure

In this paper,an experimental study of an air inflated membrane was carried out based on the China National Stadium (the Bird's Nest). After the 2008 Olympic Games,it was apparent that the future use of the Bird's Nest would be enhanced if rainfall could be prevented from entering the stadium. The installation of an air inflated membrane across the opening of the steel structure was proposed as a solution to this problem. To verify the scheme,a theoretical analysis and experimental study of an air inflated membrane was carried out. Experimental and computational models were developed,form-finding was carried out using both experimental and theoretical methods,and the results from the two approaches,including the deflection of the air inflated membrane and deformation of the support structure,were analyzed and compared. The force-transfer path and deformation of the air inflated membrane under loads was studied. Conclusions and suggestions are presented.

The underwater X-ray imaging technology development is significant to subaqueous target reconnaissance/detection/identification, subfluvial archaeology,submerged resource exploration, etc. As the core of X-ray imaging detection, the scintillator has been plagued by inherent moisture absorption and decomposition, and strict requirements for seamless packaging and ***, we designed a manganese-doped two-dimensional(2D) perovskite scintillator modified by hydrophobic longchain organic amine through the combination of component and doping engineering. The modified perovskites show high water repellency that can be used as an underwater X-ray scintillator. X-ray images of aquatic organisms or other objects with a high spatial resolution of10 lp·mm^(-1) at a big view field(32 mm × 32 mm) were obtained by scintillation screen. This hydrophobic perovskite scintillator based on molecular design is of great promise in underwater X-ray nondestructive testing technology development.

Kinetic model of vibration screening for granular materials based on biological neural network
