Research on semi-solid slurry of a hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy prepared by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring

The semi-solid slurry of a hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy was manufactured by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. The effects of pouting temperature and stirring power on the semi-solid slurry were investigated. The results indicated that the semi-solid slurry to satisfy rheocasting can be manufactured by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. The pouring temperature （or superheat） and the stirring power remarkably affected the morphology of primary α-Al and the size of primary α-Al, and there is no obvious effect of stirring time on primary α-Al. Compared with the samples made by low superheat pouring with no stirring, the nucleation rate, particle morphology and grain size of primary α-Al in A356 were markedly improved by low superheat pouring and weak electromagnetic stirring. On the condition of weak electromagnetic stirring, the pouring temperature with low superheat can be suitably raised to reach the effectiveness obtained from the lower pouring temperature without stirring.

小区间干扰严重影响了多小区系统的性能,为了降低小区间干扰的影响,研究了多小区多用户多输入多输出可见光通信(MIMO-VLC)系统的性能,使用基于孔的角度分集接收机作为接收设备,通过选择合适的LED配置,对干扰区进行了优化,并讨论了2种多小区实现方案:第一种是动态小区划分;第二种是光电探测器选择(PDS)消除小区间干扰。仿真结果表明:当小区中有用户处于干扰区时,对于这个小区中的用户,动态小区划分方法的误码率(BER)性能更优,但这个小区中用户的位置会对其它小区中用户的性能产生影响,并且其计算复杂度较高;对于PDS消除小区间干扰方法,一个小区中用户的BER性能不受其它小区用户位置的影响,其计算复杂度较低;当用户都处于非干扰区时,这2种方法的BER性能相同。

Antigen detection provides particularly valuable information for medical diagnoses;however,the current detection methods are less sensitive and accurate than nucleic acid *** combination of CRISPR/Cas12a and aptamers provides a new detection paradigm,but sensitive sensing and stable amplification in antigen detection remain ***,we present a PCR-free multiple trigger dsDNA tandem-based signal amplification strategy and a de novo designed dual aptamer synergistic sensing *** of these two strategies endowed the CRISPR/Cas12a and aptamer-based method with ultra-sensitive,fast,and stable antigen *** a demonstration of this method,the limit of detection was at the single virus level(0.17 fM,approximately two copies/μL)in SARS-CoV-2 antigen nucleocapsid protein analysis of saliva or serum *** entire procedure required only 20 *** our system’s simplicity and modular setup,we believe that it could be adapted reasonably easily for general applications in CRISPR/Cas12a-aptamer-based detection.

目的初步探讨在不损伤黏膜层的情况下，腹腔镜内镜联合胃小间质瘤剥除术的可行性。方法2015年1月至2016年10月15例胃小间质瘤患者在腹腔镜术中进行内镜检查，定位和黏膜下注射后，在腹腔镜下行不损伤黏膜层的肿瘤剥除术，回顾性总结分析治疗效果。结果15例胃小间质瘤患者均顺利完成手术，无一例因术中并发症中转开腹。手术时间（53．4±15．8）rain，术中出血（15．2~3．5）mL。患者均未放置胃管，术后恢复流质饮食时间（1．6±0．5）d，术后住院时间（3．3±0．6）d；术后所有标本假包膜完整，病理均为胃间质瘤，其中12例极低危险度，2例低危险度，1例中危险度。结论腹腔镜内镜联合胃小间质瘤剥除术短期治疗效果满意，并且术后康复快，符合微创外科和快速康复理念，是胃小间质瘤治疗的一个新选择。
