With the development of satellite remote sensing technology,image classification task,as the basis of remote sensing data interpretation,has received wide attention to improving accuracy and *** the same time,in-depth learning technology has been widely used in remote sensing and has a far-reaching *** the existing image classification methods ignore the feature that the general image semantics are the same as the semantics of a single pixel,this paper presents an algorithm that uses the semantics of an image to achieve high-precision image *** on the idea of partial substitution for global,this algorithm designs a split result voting mechanism and builds a Vgg-Vote network *** mechanism votes on the semantically segmented result of an image and uses the maximum filtering function to select the category containing the most significant number of pixels as the prediction category of the *** on UC Merced Land-User complete datasets and five types of incomplete datasets with varying degrees of interference,including noise,data occlusion and loss,show that the Vote mechanism dramatically improves the classification accuracy,robustness and anti-jamming capability of Vgg-Vote.

目的采用转录组学技术探讨水蛭素对人肾皮质近曲小管上皮细胞(HK-2细胞)的影响及机制。方法利用CCK-8法检测水蛭素处理之后的HK-2细胞活力,通过转录组学的技术对溶媒对照组和水蛭素组进行转录组测序;通过RSEM的方法计算不同样品中的基因表达水平,差异基因的筛选采用DEseq2方法,筛选标准为|log2FC值|≥1,P<0.05。随后根据差异表达的基因进行富集分析。结果水蛭素5 mg/mL下提高HK-2细胞活力效果最佳,转录组学研究结果表明,与正常HK-2细胞相比,水蛭素处理后的HK-2细胞有1723个基因发生差异表达。GO和KEGG分析结果表明,炎症通路的调控是水蛭素治疗高尿酸血症的主要作用机制。结论水蛭素作用于多条炎症信号通路,进而促进尿酸排泄,促进集体代谢和尿酸排出体外,起到降尿酸的作用,表明水蛭素在治疗高尿酸血症方面效果显著。

Drought stress is a crucial environmental factor that limits plant growth,development,and *** of misfolded proteins can help alleviate the damage caused in plants experiencing ***,the mechanism of autophagy-mediated drought tolerance in plants remains largely ***,we cloned the gene for a maize(Zea mays)selective autophagy receptor,NEXT TO BRCA1GENE 1(ZmNBR1),and identified its role in the response to drought *** observed that drought stress increased the accumulation of *** sequencing and reverse transcriptionquantitative polymerase chain reaction showed that ZmNBR1 is markedly induced by drought ***1 overexpression enhanced drought tolerance,while its knockdown reduced drought tolerance in *** results established that ZmNBR1 mediates the increase in autophagosomes and autophagic activity under drought ***1 also affects the expression of genes related to autophagy under drought ***,we determined that BRASSINOSTEROID INSENSITIVE1A(ZmBRI1a),a brassinosteroid receptor of the BRI1-like family,interacts with *** analysis showed that ZmBRI1a negatively regulates drought tolerance in maize,and genetic analysis indicated that ZmNBR1 acts upstream of ZmBRI1a in regulating drought ***,ZmNBR1facilitates the autophagic degradation of ZmBRI1a under drought *** together,our results reveal that ZmNBR1 regulates the expression of autophagy-related genes,thereby increasing autophagic activity and promoting the autophagic degradation of ZmBRI1a under drought stress,thus enhancing drought tolerance in *** findings provide new insights into the autophagy degradation of brassinosteroid signaling components by the autophagy receptor NBR1 under drought stress.

Energy uncoupling is often used for sludge reduction because it is easy to operate and does not require a significant amount of extra equipments(*** additional tank required).However,over time the supernatant extracted using this method can deteriorate,ultimately requiring further *** purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a low-pressure ultrafiltration membrane process for sludge water recovery after the sludge had undergone an energy uncoupling treatment(using 3,3’,4’,5-tetrachlorosalicylanilide(TCS)).Energy uncoupling was found to break apart sludge floe by reducing extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)*** of supernatant indicated that when energy uncoupling and membrane filtration were coapplied and the TCS dosage was below 30 mg/L,there was no significant deterioration in organic component ***,ammonia and phosphate concentrations were found to increase as the concentration of TCS added ***,due to low sludge concentrations and EPS contents,addition of 30-60 mg/L TCS during sludge reduction increased the permeate flux(two times higher than the control)and decreased the hydraulic reversible and cake layer *** contrast,high dosage of TCS aggravated membrane fouling by forming compact fouling *** general,this study found that the co-application of energy uncoupling and membrane filtration processes represents an effective alternative method for simultaneous sludge reduction and sludge supernatant recovery.

The gravity-driven membrane bioreactor(MBR)system is promising for decentralized sewage treatment because of its low energy consumption and maintenance ***,the growing sludge not only increases membrane fouling,but also augments operational complexities(sludge discharge).We added the metabolic uncoupler 3,3’,4f,5-tetrachlorosalicylanilide(TC$)to the system to deal with the mentioned *** on the results,TCS addition effectively decreased sludge ATP and sludge yield(reduced by 50%).Extracellular polymeric substances(EPS;proteins and polysaccharides)decreased with the addition of TCS and were transformed into dissolved soluble microbial products(SMPs)in the bulk solution,leading to the break of sludge floes into small *** was increased by more than two times,reaching 60-70 L/m2/h bar when 10-30 mg/L TCS were added,because of the reduced suspended sludge and the formation of a thin cake layer with low EPS *** analyses confirmed that appropriate dosages of TCS primarily decreased the cake layer and hydraulically reversible *** decreased at high dosage(50 mg/L)due to the release of excess sludge fragments and SMP into the supernatant,with a thin but more compact fouling layer with low bioactivity developing on the membrane surface,causing higher cake layer and pore blocking *** study provides a fundamental understanding of how a metabolic uncoupler affects the sludge and bio-fouling layers at different dosages,with practical relevance for in situ sludge reduction and membrane fouling alleviation in MBR systems.

Contrastive Analysis of Distractions to Pilot Caused by Various Flight Instrument Displays

Automation of aircraft instrument displays enhances flight safety, but it also increases complexity and pilot workload. Executing changes in flight plan, navigation or communication during flight using flight instrument switches often increases pilots’ workload and this may also cause distraction that adds potential risks to flight safety. This study compares the conventional avionics panel and touchscreen avionic panel to find out the least distractive panel for the pilots. Thirty simulated flights using four different pilots were carried out;and aircraft speed, altitude and heading parameters using both avionics systems were observed to study the operational efficiency and pilot distraction resulted from each of the avionic systems. The distraction was examined by a parameter analysis based on the Mean Squared Error (MSE) mathematical model and visually by recording videos of each simulated flight. The results indicate that the touchscreen system is more efficient and less erroneous for the aircraft in maintaining the parameters as compared with the conventional system. There is also a clear relationship between task completion time and disruption level on the parameters control.

促进出口高质量发展是实现经济转型升级的必然选择,然而,关于环境规制对企业出口产品质量的影响和潜在机制依然存在争议。本文利用中央政府“十二五”期间实施的重点区域大气污染防治政策作为一次准自然实验,基于2006—2013年的企业层面数据,探索了环境规制是否以及如何影响企业出口产品质量。实证研究结果表明:重点区域大气污染防治政策有效约束了受规制企业的污染排放行为并促进了其出口产品质量的升级,环境规制对企业出口产品质量做出贡献的结论在考虑政策设计的非随机性、2008年全球金融危机以及同时期的其他环境事件后依然成立;异质性分析显示,环境规制对一般贸易和非国有企业出口产品质量的促进效应更明显,地方政府环境治理力度可以强化环境规制与出口产品质量的正向关系;机制检验显示,由环境规制引发的技术创新是促进企业出口产品质量升级的核心驱动力。本文为政府制定科学的环境政策以实现经济增长和环境保护的双赢提供了经验支撑。
