高尿酸血症相关危险因素的孟德尔随机化研究

目的采用孟德尔随机化研究探究高尿酸血症(HUA)的危险因素与其因果关系，为人群高尿酸血症的预防和控制奠定理论基础。方法以与HUA相关的因素为暴露，以尿酸为结局，使用基于欧洲人群的全基因组关联研究数据进行两样本孟德尔随机化分析，将可能与结局具有因果关系的变量进一步进行多变量孟德尔随机化分析，得到该暴露因素对结局的独立影响。结果两样本孟德尔随机化分析结果显示身体质量指数，甘油三酯，猪肉摄入量的升高以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的降低会导致尿酸的升高。多变量孟德尔随机化结果显示在控制其他三个变量的情况下，身体质量指数(b=0.246,P=8.89×10-9)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(b=-0.074,P=0.046)、甘油三酯(b=0.145,P=7.32×10-5)与尿酸的因果关系仍然成立，而猪肉的摄入量和尿酸的因果关系无统计学意义(b=-0.074,P=0.096)。结论身体质量指数、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯与尿酸具有因果关系。

The International Diabetes Federation's most recent data indicates that the prevalence of diabetes worldwide is projected to rise to 12.2%by 2025,with783 million people affected^([1]).The prevalence of diabetes in China has risen from 9.3%in 2011 to13.04%in 2021^([1]).A cross-sectional study in China showed that the prevalence of diabetes among Tibetans was 6.5%and it was 6.3%among the Hui people in 2018,while the incidence of diabetes in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was as high as 19.9%,ranking first in the country^([2]).The Mongolian population has a diet structured around meat and milk,supplemented by pasta,rice and vegetables,and foods such as homemade yogurt and bacon are often *** a unique diet may have contributed to a high incidence of diabetes among the Mongolian people.

α-Linolenic acid(ALA,18:3Δ9,12,15)is an essential fatty acid for humans since it is the precursor for the biosynthesis of omega-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids(LC-PUFA).Modern people generally suffer from deficiency of ALA because most staple food oils are low or lack ALA *** enrichment of ALA in staple oil crops is a promising ***(Salvia hispanica)has the highest ALA content in its seed oil among known oil *** this study,the FAD2 and FAD3 genes from chia were engineered into a staple oil crop,oilseed rape(Brassica napus),via Agrobaterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation of their LP4-2A fusion gene construct driven by the seed-specific promoter P_(NapA).In seeds of T0,T1,and T2 lines,the average ALA contents were 20.86,23.54,and 24.92%,respectively,which were 2.21,2.68,and 3.03 folds of the non-transformed controls(9.42,8.78,and 8.22%),*** highest seed ALA levels of T0,T1,and T2 plants were 38.41,35.98,and 39.19%respectively,which were 4.10-4.77 folds of the respective ***-pathway enzyme genes(BnACCD,BnFATA,BnSAD,BnSCD,BnDGAT1,BnDGAT2,and BnDGAT3)and positive regulatory genes(BnWRI1,BnLEC1,BnL1L,BnLEC2,BnABI3,BnbZIP67,and BnMYB96)were all significantly *** contrast,BnTT1,BnTT2,BnTT8,BnTT16,BnTTG1,and BnTTG2,encoding negative oil accumulation regulators but positive secondary metabolism regulators,were all significantly *** means the foreign ShFAD2-ShFAD3 fusion gene,directly and indirectly,remodeled both positive and negative loci of the whole FA-related network in transgenic *** seeds.

To realize the application of the floating offshore wind turbine(FOWT)from deep to relatively shallow waters,a new concept of multi-column floating wind turbine platform with low center of gravity(CG)is designed and *** multi-column low CG platform is designed to support a 6MW wind turbine class and operated at a water depth of 50m in the South China *** frequency domain software WADAM and time domain software NREL-FAST are used to simulate coupled dynamic responses of the floating wind turbine system with second-order wave loads *** dynamic behaviors of multi-column low CG FOWT system under normal operation and parked conditions are *** influence of second-order wave force on the motion responses of the multi-column platform,fore-aft force and moment of the tower base and mooring force are researched *** results demonstrate that the coupled dynamic responses at rated operating condition and extreme condition meet the normal operating requirements and extreme survival requirements of FOWT system in the shallow water(50m)of South China *** addition,it is found that,the wave frequency response gradually replaces the second-order low frequency response as the main influencing factor of the coupled dynamic response of the FOWT system with the increasing severity of the sea ***,in general,the magnitude of second-order low frequency response increases with the increasing severity of the design load ***,in the subsequent design of the shallow water FOWT system,the second-order effects should be paid enough attention.

Sparse recovery method for far-field and near-field sources localization using oblique projection

In this paper, we propose a novel source localization method to estimate parameters of arbitrary field sources, which may lie in near-field region or far-field region of array aperture. The proposed method primarily constructs two special spatial-temporal covariance matrixes which can avoid the array aperture loss, and then estimates the frequencies of signals to obtain the oblique projection matrixes. By using the oblique projection technique, the covariance matrixes can be transformed into several data matrixes which only contain single source information, respectively. At last, based on the sparse signal recovery method, these data matrixes are utilized to solve the source localization problem. Compared with the existing typical source localization algorithms, the proposed method improves the estimation accuracy, and provides higher angle resolution for closely spaced sources scenario. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

In Beyond the Fifth Generation(B5G)heterogeneous edge networks,numerous users are multiplexed on a channel or served on the same frequency resource block,in which case the transmitter applies coding and the receiver uses interference ***,uncoordinated radio resource allocation can reduce system throughput and lead to user inequity,for this reason,in this paper,channel allocation and power allocation problems are formulated to maximize the system sum rate and minimum user achievable *** the construction model is non-convex and the response variables are high-dimensional,a distributed Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)framework called distributed Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO)is proposed to allocate or assign ***,several simulated agents are trained in a heterogeneous environment to find robust behaviors that perform well in channel assignment and power ***,agents in the collection stage slow down,which hinders the learning of other ***,a preemption strategy is further proposed in this paper to optimize the distributed PPO,form DP-PPO and successfully mitigate the straggler *** experimental results show that our mechanism named DP-PPO improves the performance over other DRL methods.

As a highly invasive malignancy,esophageal cancer(EC)is a global health issue,and was the eighth most prevalent cancer and the sixth leading cause of cancerrelated death worldwide in *** to its highly immunogenic nature,emerging immunotherapy approaches,such as immune checkpoint blockade,have demonstrated promising efficacy in treating EC;however,certain limitations and challenges still *** addition,tumors may exhibit primary or acquired resistance to immunotherapy in the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME);thus,understanding the TIME is urgent and crucial,especially given the importance of an immunosuppressive microenvironment in tumor *** aim of this review was to better elucidate the mechanisms of the suppressive TIME,including cell infiltration,immune cell subsets,cytokines and signaling pathways in the tumor microenvironment of EC patients,as well as the downregulated expression of major histocompatibility complex molecules in tumor cells,to obtain a better understanding of the differences in EC patient responses to immunotherapeutic strategies and accurately predict the efficacy of ***,personalized treatments could be developed to maximize the advantages of immunotherapy.
