目的探究前列腺癌患者(PCa)磁共振动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)、磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)影像表现及与前到腺特异性抗原(PSA)的关系。方法将2020年10月至2023年6月本院收治的78例疑似PCa患者,根据手术病理活检结果分为两组:45例为前列腺增生患者,33例为PCa患者,两组患者皆进行DCE-MRI和DWI序列检查。通过检查结果,对比两组患者动态的增强扫描参数以及两组患者总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)和游离前列腺特异性抗原(fPSA)水平。结果 DCE-MRI图像显示PCa患者的病灶在T_(2)WI上可见,增强扫描早期部分有强化。DWI图像显示稍高信号,并且ADC值较小。动态增强曲线呈现流出型。此外,在左侧移行带和两侧外周带上观察到大片T_(2)-FLAIR低信号,边界不清。DWI图像结果呈现出受限的弥散性,ADC结果显示信号减低;PCa组患者K^(trans)值、K_(ep)值和V_(e)值高于前列腺增生组,ADC值低于前列腺增生组(P<0.05);PCa组患者tPSA水平、 fPSA水平高于前列腺增生组,fPSA/tPSA比值低于前列腺增生组(P<0.05);K^(trans)值、K_(ep)值、V_(e)值与fPSA/tPSA比值呈负相关(r=-0.551、-0.566、-0.5 73,P<0.05),ADC值与fPSA/tPSA比值呈正相关(r=0.575,和0.05)。结论前列腺增生与恶性肿瘤的磁共振影像学存在特征差异,影像学参数与肿瘤患者PSA密切相关,通过DCE-MRI与DWI检查可准确辅助诊断PCa。

A high sensitive method based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry（LC-MS/MS） was developed and validated for the study of permeability of danshensu（DS） and paeoniflorin（PF） in Caco-2 intestinal absorption model. The DS and PF were extracted from cell culture by vacuum-lyophilizing and then separated on a Zorbax Stable Bond C18 column with 0.1% acetic acid aqueous solution and methanol as mobile phase. Detection was carried out by negative electrospray ionization（ESI ） with selected reaction monitoring（SRM） mode. The apparent permeability coefficients（Papp） of DS and PF in Caco-2 cell medium were calculated and the effects of verapamil on the coefficients Papp of the two test compounds were also illustrated. The permeability of PF was much better than that of DS when the two compounds were administrated individually. Co-administration of DS and PF led to the decrease of the transport from apical side to basolateral side for both the compounds. However, the transport in the contrary direction were accelerated. It was also observed that verapamil could accelerate the transport of the test compounds from apical side to basolateral side. However, the absorption-enhanced effect of verapamil was attenuated when DS and PF were co-administrated. These observations suggest that both passive diffusion and active efflux involved in P-gp would effect the passage of DS and PF across Caco-2 cell monolayer. At the same time, the co-administration of DS and PF to an alteration of transport behavior, which suggests that the interaction must be taken into account when ‘n-in-one＇ samples were used in Caco-2 intestinal model.

目的:探讨布地奈德联合微波热凝治疗慢性咽炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月某院收治的80例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以布地奈德吸入气雾剂治疗,观察组予以布地奈德吸入气雾剂联合微波热凝治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。比较两组患者的炎症因子、症状总积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者白介素-2(IL-2)水平高于对照组,白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合微波热凝治疗慢性咽炎的疗效显著,可有效减轻患者炎症反应,缓解症状,且不增加不良反应发生风险,值得临床借鉴。

In order to identify the potential nephrotoxic compounds in traditional Chinese medicine Lithospermum erythrorhizon,it was separated into serial fractions according to their *** in vitro method was utilized to determine the nephrotoxicity of these fractions with the help of fluorescence image *** a result,the primary fraction A05 and its secondary fractions C06 ＂C09 and C12 ＂C14 were found to have significant toxicity to LLC-PK1 cell line,as determined by the survive rate less than 20% after they were treated with these *** potential nephrotoxic fractions were further analyzed by multistage and high resolution mass *** main compounds in these fractions were tentatively identified to be acetylshikonin,isobutyrylshikonin,β,β＇-dimethyla-cryloylshikonin,and isovalerylshikonin,which may bring nephrotoxicity.

Plasma viral RNA load is widely accepted as the most relevant parameter to assess the status and progression of Simian immunodeficiency virus （SIV） infections. To accurately measure RNA levels of the virus, a one-step fluorescent quantitative assay was established based on the SYBR green Real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. The lower detection limit of the assay was 10 copies per reaction for the virus. This method was successfully applied to quantify SIVmac251 and SIVmac239 viruses produced in CEMx174 cells. Additionally, the performance of the SYBR green RT-PCR was assessed in a SIVmac251 infected rhesus macaque. The result demonstrated that the method could detect as little as 215 copies per milliliter of plasma and the dynamic pattern of viral load was highly consistent with previous results. With regard to convenience, sensitivity and accuracy our assay represents a realistic alternative to both branched-chain DNA （b-DNA） assays or real-time PCR assays based on TaqMan probes.

Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM ***,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors *** structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene ***,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof ***,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1 d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1-mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor mechanical properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be *** work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields.

A landslide always results from a progressive process of slope deformation. In recent years, an increasing number of slope instabilities have occurred with regard to human engineering activities such as hydropower or traffic construction in mountainous area, which cause even greater casualties and economic loss compared with the natural hazards. The development of such earth surface process may hold long period with mechanisms still not fully understood. Using monitoring technology is an effective and intuitive approach to assist analyzing the slope deformation process and their driving factors. This study presents an engineering slope excavated during the construction of Changheba Hydropower Station, which is located in the upper reaches of Dadu River, Sichuan Province, southwest China. The engineering slope experienced and featured a five-year continuous deformation which caused continuous high risks to the engineering activities. We conducted in-depth analysis for such a long-term deformation process based on ground and subsurface monitoring data, collected successive data with a series of monitoring equipment such as automated total station, borehole inclinometers and other auxiliary apparatus, and identified the deformation process based on the comprehensive analysis of monitoring data as well as field investigation. After analyzing the effects of engineering activities and natural factors on the continuous deformation, we found that the overburden strata provided deformable mass while the excavation-produced steep terrain initiated the slope deformation in limit equilibrium state over a long period of time;afterwards, the intense rainwater accelerated slope deformation in the rainy season.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of Fructus lycii in improving exercise *** A network pharmacological approach was used to explore potential mechanisms of action of Fructus *** muscle C2C12 cells and immunofluorescence were employed to verify the effect and mechanism of the representative components in Fructus lycii predicted by network pharmacological *** Six potential active components,namely quercetin,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,7-Omethylluteolin-6-C-beta-glucoside_qt,atropine,and glycitein,were identified to have potency in improving exercise fatigue via multiple pathways,such as the PI3K-Akt,neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,IL-17,TNF,and MAPK signaling *** immunofluorescence results indicated that quercetin,a significant active component in Fructus lycii,increased the mean staining area of 2-NBDG,TMRM,and MitoTracker,and decreased the area of CellRox compared to the ***,the protein expression levels of p-38 MAPK,p-MAPK,p-JNK,p-PI3K,and p-AKT markedly increased after quercetin *** Fructus lycii might alleviate exercise fatigue through multiple components and *** these,quercetin appears to improve exercise fatigue by enhancing energy metabolism and reducing oxidative *** PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathways also appear to play a role in this process.
