目的:探讨青少年女性特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者中医体质类型与侧弯程度相关性。方法:回顾性收集2022年11月至2023年10月100例青少年女性患者的一般资料,判定其中医体质类型,针对中医体质类型与侧弯程度开展统计学分析。结果:100例特发性脊柱侧弯青少年女性患者中医体质类型中,占比从高到低依次为气虚质、气郁质、平和质、阳虚质、特禀质。其中气虚质在脊柱侧弯不同程度人数分布方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平和质、气虚质在不同生活习惯人数分布方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医体质为气虚质青少年女性特发性脊柱侧弯患者,与脊柱侧弯程度存在相关性,平和质、气虚质与生活习惯存在相关性。

With the aim of exploring the excellent properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)in modern composite technologies,various macrostructures of nanotubes have been developed from one to three dimensions,***,networks,sheets(buckypapers)and *** MWNT sheets discussed here were fabricated by a vacuum filtration procedure,a process that has potential for large-scale *** order to further enhance the transport properties of MWNT sheets by reducing the contact resistance between nanotubes,highly conductive silver nanoparticles were introduced by an in situ photochemical reduction *** analysis showed that highly acid-treated MWNTs dispersed in the presence of Triton X-100(TX-100)under UV light was a controllable processing method for preparation of a narrow size distribution of silver nanoparticles that were anchored onto the *** free-standing MWNT/Ag nanohybrid sheets possessed a sharp increase in electrical conductivity from 27.7 to 40.0 S/cm,which consequently led to a much improved electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(SE).In principle,the SE could reach 3500 dB/cm with a thickness of 110µm,which matched the experimental results *** addition,the nanohybrid sheets are robust and can be folded with a thickness of 30µm,which opens a promising way to integrate MWNT sheets into conventional composite laminates.

In Arabidopsis, the phytohormone abscisic acid （ABA） plays a vital role in inhibiting seed germination and in postgermination seedling establishment. In the ABA signaling pathway, ABI5, a basic Leu zipper transcription factor, has important functions in the regulation of seed germination. ABI5 protein localizes in nuclear bodies, along with AFP, COP1, and SIZ1, and was degraded through the 26S proteasome pathway. However, the mechanisms of ABI5 nuclear body formation and ABI5 protein degradation remain obscure. In this study, we found that the Arabidopsis CROWDED NUCLEI （CRWN） proteins, predicted nuclear matrix proteins essential for maintenance of nuclear morphology, also participate in ABA-controlled seed germination by regulating the degradation of ABI5 protein. During seed germination, the crwn mutants are hypersensitive to ABA and have higher levels of ABI5 protein compared to wild type. Genetic analysis suggested that CRWNs act upstream of ABIS. The observation that CRWN3 colocalizes with ABI5 in nuclear bodies indicates that CRWNs might participate in ABI5 protein degrada- tion in nuclear bodies. Moreover, we revealed that the extreme C-terminal of CRWN3 protein is necessary for its function in the response to ABA in germination. Our results suggested important roles of CRWNs in ABI5 nuclear body organization and ABI5 protein degradation during seed germination.

Transcriptional upregulation of restin by p53

Restin, belonging to the melanoma-associated antigen superfamily, was firstly cloned from the differentiated HL-60 cells when induced by all-trans retinoic acid ( ATRA ) in our lab. Our previous results showed that restin might be correlated to cell cycle arrest. Due to the importance of p53 in the regulation of cell growth and the relationship between p53 and ATRA, we tried to test the relationship between p53 and restin. Firstly, transfection results showed that p53 was able to upregulate the expression of restin at the transcriptional level when p53 was transfected into eukaryotic cells. Secondly, the bioinformatics analysis revealed that the upstream sequence (about 2 kb) from the first ATG of the ORF of restin gene contained a p53 binding site. In order to confirm that p53 was involved in the transcriptional regulation of restin, we cloned the upstream sequence of restin and constructed the promoter luciferase reporter system. From the luciferase activity, we demonstrated that the promoter of restin gene could be induced by ATRA. Then, another two luciferase reporter plasmids driven by the reporter of restin with no (RP?p53-luc) or mutant (mRP-luc) p53 binding site were constructed to see the regulation of restin by p53. Results showed that the transcriptional upregulation of restin gene was not due to the putative p53 binding site on the upstream of restin gene. We proposed that p53 upregulated restin transcription through an indirect way rather than direct interaction with the cis-activating element of the restin promoter.

A novel RNA virus,the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),is responsible for the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Population genetic analysis could be useful for investigating the origin and evolutionary dynamics of ***,due to extensive sampling bias and existence of infection clusters during the epidemic spread,direct applications of existing approaches can lead to biased parameter estimations and data *** this study,we first present robust estimator for the time to the most recent common ancestor(TMRCA)and the mutation rate,and then apply the approach to analyze 12,909 genomic sequences of *** mutation rate is inferred to be 8.69×10^(−4) per site per year with a 95%confidence interval(CI)of[8.61×10^(−4),8.77×10^(−4)],and the TMRCA of the samples inferred to be Nov 28,2019 with a 95%CI of[Oct 20,2019,Dec 9,2019].The results indicate that COVID-19 might originate earlier than and outside of Wuhan Seafood *** further demonstrate that genetic polymorphism patterns,including the enrichment of specific haplotypes and the temporal allele frequency trajectories generated from infection clusters,are similar to those caused by evolutionary forces such as natural *** results show that population genetic methods need to be developed to efficiently detangle the effects of sampling bias and infection clusters to gain insights into the evolutionary mechanism of *** for implementing VirusMuT can be downloaded at https://***/biocode/tools/BT007081.

SARS-CoV-2 is a new RNA virus affecting humans and spreads extensively throughout the world since its first outbreak in December,*** the transmissibility and pathogenicity of SARS-CoV-2 in humans after zoonotic transfer are actively evolving,and driven by adaptation to the new host and environments is still under *** the evolutionary mechanism underlying epidemiological and pathological characteristics of COVID-19 is essential for predicting the epidemic trend,and providing guidance for disease control and *** novel strategies for identifying natural selection using within-species polymorphisms and 3,674,076 SARSCoV-2 genome sequences of 169 countries as of December 30,2021,we demonstrate with population genetic evidence that during the course of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in humans,1)SARS-CoV-2 genomes are overall conserved under purifying selection,especially for the 14 genes related to viral RNA replication,transcription,and assembly;2)ongoing positive selection is actively driving the evolution of 6 genes(e.g.,S,ORF3a,and N)that play critical roles in molecular processes involving pathogen–host interactions,including viral invasion into and egress from host cells,and viral inhibition and evasion of host immune response,possibly leading to high transmissibility and mild symptom in SARS-CoV-2 *** to an established haplotype phylogenetic relationship of 138 viral clusters,a spatial and temporal landscape of 556 critical mutations is constructed based on their divergence among viral haplotype clusters or repeatedly increase in frequency within at least 2 clusters,of which multiple mutations potentially conferring alterations in viral transmissibility,pathogenicity,and virulence of SARS-CoV-2 are highlighted,warranting attention.

Background： CYP11A1, a gene belonging to the family 11 of cytochrome P450, encodes a crucial steroidogenic enzyme that catalyzes the initial step in the production of all classes of steroids. Many studies show that CYP11A1 plays a role in ovary function. However, the role of CYP11A1 in goose reproductive cycle remains largely ***： In this study, full-length CYP11A1 c DNA of Zhedong goose was obtained using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and rapid amplification of c DNA ends（RACE）. The c DNA consisted of a 96-base pair（bp） 5′untranslated region（UTR）, a 179-bp 3′UTR and a 1509-bp open reading frame. The open reading frame encodes a putative 503 amino acid protein that shares high homology with CYP11A1 of other birds. The amino acid sequence possesses conserved domains of the P450 superfamily, which include the steroid-binding domain and the heme-binding region. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction（q PCR） analysis revealed CYP11A1 mR NA was expressed ubiquitously in every Zhedong goose tissue analyzed, including the heart, liver, glandular stomach,lung, spleen, kidney, intestinum tenue, intestinum crassum, cerebrum, cerebellum, muscle, oviduct, pituitary,hypothalamus and ovary.. The relatively low levels of CYP11A1 m RNA were detected in pituitary, ovary and oviduct tissues at ovulation when compared with levels at oviposition. Interestingly, higher expression was observed in ovary and oviduct tissues during brooding. Lastly, higher m RNA expression of Yangzhou geese was detected during the ovulation period than that of Zhedong ***： Our findings reveal the sequence characterization and expression patterns of the CYP11A1 gene during the goose reproductive cycle, which may provides correlative evidence that CYP11A1 expression is important in reproduction activity.
