Highly dispersed Pd/N-doped carbon dots(Pd/NCDs)were successfully immobilized in the mesoporous channels of amino-functionalized dendritic mesoporous silica nanospheres(NMS).The synthesized Pd/NCDs@NMS catalyst exhibits outstanding performance in the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP),achieving a turnover frequency of 1461.8 mol·molPd^(-1)·h^(-1),with the conversion rate remaining above 80%after 11 *** and density functional theory calculations reveal that the NCDs significantly affect the electronic structure of Pd nanoparticles,leading to changes in the energy barriers for the adsorption of 4-NP at the Pd sites and the conversion of 4-NP reaction intermediates,which is a key factor contributing to the catalytic *** study offers a new strategy for synthesizing carbon-dot-modified metal-based catalysts.

Temporal mode direct numerical simulation (DNS) has been done for a supersonic turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate with Mach number 4.5. It was found that the mean flow profile, the normal-wise distribution of turbulent Mach number and the root mean square (RMS) of the fluctuations of various variables, as well as the Reynolds stresses, bore similarity in nature, when the turbulence reached a fully developed state. But the compressibility effect was strong and must be considered. The strong Reynolds analogy (SRA) and the Morkovin hypothesis were no longer valid. From the end of transition to the fully developed state of turbulence, it was in the transient period, for which the similarity did not hold.

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market *** the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse *** review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business ***,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge *** the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge *** comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction ***,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and ***,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were *** and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

Most of the neural network architectures are based on human experience,which requires a long and tedious trial-and-error *** architecture search(NAS)attempts to detect effective architectures without human *** algorithms(EAs)for NAS can find better solutions than human-designed architectures by exploring a large search space for possible *** multiobjective EAs for NAS,optimal neural architectures that meet various performance criteria can be explored and discovered ***,hardware-accelerated NAS methods can improve the efficiency of the *** existing reviews have mainly focused on different strategies to complete NAS,a few studies have explored the use of EAs for *** this paper,we summarize and explore the use of EAs for NAS,as well as large-scale multiobjective optimization strategies and hardware-accelerated NAS *** performs well in healthcare applications,such as medical image analysis,classification of disease diagnosis,and health *** for NAS can automate the search process and optimize multiple objectives simultaneously in a given healthcare *** neural network has been successfully used in healthcare,but it lacks *** data is highly sensitive,and privacy leaks are frequently reported in the healthcare *** solve these problems,in healthcare,we propose an interpretable neuroevolution framework based on federated learning to address search efficiency and privacy ***,we also point out future research directions for evolutionary ***,for researchers who want to use EAs to optimize NNs in healthcare,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of doing so to provide detailed guidance,and propose an interpretable privacy-preserving framework for healthcare applications.

A series of Bi^(3+)/Eu^(3+)co-doped Ca_(2)Ta_(2)O_(7)(CTO:Bi^(3+)/Eu^(3+))phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state method for dual-emission center optical thermometers and white light-emitting diode(WLED)*** modulating the doping ratio of Bi^(3+)/Eu^(3+)and utilizing the energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+),the tunable color emission ranging from green to reddish-orange was *** designed CTO:0.04Bi^(3+)/Eu^(3+)optical thermometers exhibit signifcant thermochromism,superior stability,and repeatability,with maximum sensitivities of Sa=0.055 K^(−1)(at 510 K)and Sr=1.298%K^(−1)(at 480 K)within the temperature range of 300−510 K,owing to the diferent thermal quenching behaviors between Bi^(3+)and Eu^(3+)*** features indicate the potential application prospects of the prepared samples in visualized thermometer or hightemperature safety ***,leveraging the excellent zero-thermal-quenching performance,outstanding acid/alkali resistance,and color stability of CTO:0.04Bi^(3+)/0.16Eu^(3+)phosphor,a WLED device with a high Ra value of 95.3 has been realized through its combination with commercially available blue and green phosphors,thereby demonstrating the potential application of CTO:0.04Bi^(3+)/0.16Eu^(3+)in near-UV pumped WLED devices.

Pseudorabies(PR)is an acute infectious disease of pigs caused by the PR virus(PRV)and results in great economic losses to the pig industry *** glycoprotein E(gE)-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)has been used to distinguish gE-deleted vaccine-immunized pigs from wild-type virus-infected pigs to eradicate PR in some *** has the advantages of small size and easy genetic engineering and has been a promising diagnostic ***,there were few reports about developing nanobody-based ELISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE *** the present study,the recombinant PRV-gE was expressed with a bacterial system and used to immunize the Bactrian ***,two nanobodies against PRV-gE were screened from the immunized camel by phage display ***,two nanobody-HRP fusion proteins were expressed with HEK293T *** PRV-gE-Nb36-HRP fusion protein was selected as the probe for developing the blocking ELISA(bELISA)to detect anti-PRV-gE *** optimizing the conditions of bELISA,the amount of coated antigen was 200 ng per well,and dilutions of the fusion protein and tested pig sera were separately 1:320 and 1:*** cut-off value of bELISA was 24.20%,and the sensitivity and specificity were 96.43 and 92.63%,*** detecting 233 clinical pig sera with the developed bELISA and a commercial kit,the results showed that the coincidence rate of two assays was 93.99%.Additionallly,epitope mapping showed that PRV-gE-Nb36 recognized a conserved conformational epitope in different reference PRV ***,great stability and low-cost nanobody-based bELISA for detecting anti-PRV-gE antibodies were *** bELISA could be used for monitoring and eradicating PR.

Effects of freeze-thaw cycles on sandstone in sunny and shady slopes

A growing rock engineering activity in cold regions is facing the threat of freeze-thaw(FT)weathering,especially in high mountains where the sunny-shady slope effects strongly control the difference in weathering behavior of *** this paper,an investigation of the degradation of petrophysical characteristics of sandstone specimens subjected to FT cycle tests to simulate the sunny-shady slope effects is *** this aim,non-destructive and repeatable testing techniques including weight,ultrasonic waves,and nuclear magnetic resonance methods on standard specimens were *** the sunny slope specimens,accompanied by the enlargement of small pores,100 FT cycles caused a significant decrease in P-wave velocity with an average of 23%,but a consistent rise of 0.18%in mass loss,34%in porosity,67%in pore geometrical mean radius,and a remarkable 14.5-fold increase in ***,slight changes with some abnormal trends in physical parameters of the shady slope specimens were observed during FT cycling,which can be attributed to superficial granular disaggregation and pore throat *** shocks enhance rock weathering on sunny slopes during FT cycles,while FT weathering on shady slopes is restricted to the small pores and the superficial *** two factors are primarily responsible for the differences in FT weathering intensity between sunny and shady *** conclusions derived from the interpretation of the experimental results may provide theoretical guidance for the design of slope-failure prevention measures and the selection of transportation routes in cold mountainous regions.

Exosomes(EXOs)have showed great potential in regenerative *** separation of EXOs from complex biological media is essential for the down-stream ***,we report a deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)-based micro-complex(DMC)containing polyaptamers,which realized the specific separation of EXOs from cell culture media and the significant promotion of wound *** synthesis of DMCs was based on a biomineralization process via rolling circle amplification(RCA)under the catalysis of phi29 DNA *** endow DMCs with the ability to capture EXOs,the DNA template of RCA was integrated with complementary sequence of aptamer that specifically recognized the CD63 proteins on *** obtained DMCs contained polyaptamers that can specifically capture the EXOs in cell culture *** EXOs-capturing DMCs were collected by centrifugation,achieving the separation of *** stem cell(MSC)-derived EXOs(MSC-EXOs)were separated by this DMC-based strategy,and the separated MSC-EXOs significantly enhanced the migration ability of *** particular,the significant therapeutic efficacy of the DMCs with MSC-EXOs was verified in full-thickness wound excision mouse models,in which the wounds completely healed in 10 *** envision that this DMC-based separation strategy can be a promising route to promote the development of EXOs in biomedicine.
