近年来,细菌病原体中抗生素耐药性的出现和传播对公众健康构成严重的威胁.为了解规模化养殖畜禽粪便中质粒介导的可移动抗生素耐药基因(ARGs)的赋存情况和转移特征,对北京、河北和宁夏等地区的蛋鸡、肉鸡和生猪规模化养殖场粪便进行耐药接合型质粒(CARP)的捕获与分析.采用滤膜接合法对养殖场畜禽粪便中的CARP进行捕获并计算转移频率和流行率.通过接合子基因组二代测序获得质粒携带ARGs信息,比对PlasimidFinder数据库鉴定耐药质粒的复制子类型.利用药敏纸片扩散法(Kirby-Bauer法)对接合子进行耐药表型测定.结果表明,35个规模化养殖场捕获了125个CARP,共携带13类65种ARGs,最常见的ARGs为floR、aac(6')-lb7和TEM-150.不同养殖动物粪便中CARP流行情况有一定差异,其中蛋鸡粪中CARP具有更高的转移能力和流行率,但其多重耐药程度要弱于肉鸡和猪粪.共检出49种共有的ARGs,其中64%属于氨基糖苷类、 β-内酰胺类、氟喹诺酮类和甲氧苄啶类.64株典型接合子的耐药表型也有类似特点,主要对β-内酰胺类(95.31%)、四环素类(89.06%)、氨基糖苷类(87.5%)和氟喹诺酮类(68.75%)抗生素耐药率较高.猪粪中检出IncH型、IncN型和IncR型这3种广宿主范围质粒,猪场中12.5%接合子携带5个及以上高风险ARGs,比例高于其他养殖场.研究表明,畜禽粪便中CARP普遍携带多种类型的ARGs,使宿主菌具有多种抗生素耐药能力;高风险ARGs被广宿主范围接合型质粒所携带,增加了其由养殖场向周边环境传播的风险.

基于特征优化和混合改进灰狼算法优化BiLSTM网络的短期光伏功率预测

为解决光伏序列的强噪音干扰以及单一模型在光伏功率预测方面精度偏低和泛化性较差的问题,提出了一种基于特征优化和混合改进灰狼算法优化双向长短时记忆网络(bi-directional long short-term memory,BiLSTM)的短期光伏功率预测方法。首先,运用互信息算法进行输入数据的变量选择,以消除冗余变量。其次,通过互补集合经验模态分解和改进的小波阈值算法对筛选后的数据进行特征重构,旨在降低数据中的噪声干扰并完成输入变量的特征优化。随后,结合改进的Tent混沌映射、非线性递减因子、动态权重策略和差分进化算法对标准灰狼优化算法进行混合优化,以确定双向长短期记忆神经网络的最优超参数组合,并引入注意力机制以挖掘数据中的关键时序信息,最终构建出一种新型的短期光伏功率预测模型。仿真实验表明,相较于最小二乘支持向量机、长短期记忆网络和双向长短期记忆网络,所提模型在晴天、多云、阴天和降雨等不同工况下的均方根误差平均分别降低了12.45%、7.95%和5.37%,显示出优秀的预测性能、良好的泛化能力和潜在的工程应用价值。

基于自我扩展和社会善念理论,从积极代际互动视角探讨高质量代际接触实现相互知识共享的机制过程。运用跨层共同命运模型,对174对代际员工的配对问卷调查数据进行建模。结果发现:(1)人际层面的代际接触质量正向预测人际层面的相互知识共享;(2)个体层面的自我扩展与年长/年轻员工导向善念在人际层面的代际接触质量与人际层面的相互知识共享关系中起着链式中介作用;(3)在代际接触质量影响相互知识共享中年轻员工相比年长员工产生更强的客体与链式中介效应。

Carbon and oxygen behavior in the RH degasser with carbon powder addition

For ultra-low-carbon(ULC)steel production,the higher oxygen content before Ruhrstahl-Heraeus(RH)decarburization(de-C)treatment could shorten the de-C time in the RH ***,this would lead to oxidation rates being exceeded by molten steel production,affecting ULC steel surface *** this work,a carbon powder addition(CPA)process was proposed to reduce the dissolved oxygen content at the end of RH de-C through addition of carbon powder to molten steel in the vacuum *** and oxygen behavior during the CPA and conventional process was then *** results demonstrated that the de-C rate with CPA was lower compared to the conventional process,but the carbon content at the end of de-C presented no *** de-C reaction for CPA process took place in the four reaction sites:(1)within the bulk steel where the spontaneous CO bubbles form;(2)splashing area on the liquid steel surface;(3)Ar bubble surface;(4)molten steel *** CPA process could significantly reduce the dissolved oxygen content at the end of de-C,the sum content of FeO and MnO in the slag,the aluminum consumption,and the defect rate of rolled *** was beneficial in improving ULC steel cleanliness.

Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(Plication group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(Plied to RN 8 most frequently(support 84.39%). Unique landslides (loess slide-flows) induced by an extreme rainstorm in 2018 on the Loess Plateau: A new geological hazard and erosion process

Currently, the vegetation has recovered well in most areas of the Loess Plateau in China, and soil erosion has significantly decreased. However, the heavy rainfall event in July 2018 triggered many instances of a unique type of loess landslides（i.e., slide-flows） on the gully-slopes with vegetation recovery in the Nanxiaohegou Basin on the Loess Plateau. This rainfall event was unusual and was a persistent heavy rainfall. The accumulated rainfall from 24 June to 10 July was 232.2 mm, which comprised 42% of the mean annual rainfall. A loess slide-flow is characterized by combining two movement types of the slide and flow. The loess slide-flows first slide on the gully-slopes and then turn into long run-out earthflows moving downstream, delivering vast amounts of sediment to the river. The average landslide erosion rates were 110.8-134.9 kg/m2. These loess slide-flows generally did not occur individually but in groups,which were characterized by large numbers, high density, small scale, and shallow depth. The changes of vegetation characteristics and soil characteristics both had a significant impact on the scale of the landslides. Grass with high coverage had an adverse effect on the occurrence of shallow landslides. The adverse hydrological effects of the plant may offset the weak root reinforcement. Loess slide-flows have become a new geological hazard and erosion process on the Loess Plateau. Loess slide-flows are a prominent ecological and environmental problem after vegetation restoration, and more attention should be paid to loess slide-flows in the future.
