Monkeypox is a zoonotic *** the first human monkeypox case was detected in 1970,it has been prevalent in some countries in central and western *** may 2022,monkeypox cases have been reported in more than 96 non-endemic countries and regions *** of September 14,2022,there have been more than 58,200 human monkeypox cases,and there is community *** cessation of smallpox vaccination in 1980,which had some cross-protection with monkeypox,resulted in a general lack of immunity to monkeypox,which caused global concern and *** of Sep-tember 14,2022,there are four monkeypox cases in China,including three in Taiwan province and one in Hong Kong *** foreign studies have shown that children are vulnerable to monkeypox and are also at high risk for severe disease or *** order to improve pediatricians'understanding of monkeypox and achieve early detection,early diagno-sis,early treatment,and early disposal,we have organized national authoritative experts in pediatric infection,respiratory,dermatology,critical care medicine,infectious diseases,and public health and others to formulate this expert consensus,on the basis of the latest"Clinical management and infection prevention and control for monkeypox"released by The World health Organization,the"guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox(version 2022)"issued by National health Commission of the People's Republic of China and other relevant *** the development of this consensus,multidisciplinary experts have repeatedly demonstrated the etiology,epidemiology,transmission,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment,discharge criteria,prevention,disposal process,and key points of prevention and control of suspected and confirmed cases.

Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)can cause liver fibrosis and lead to cirrhosis and *** the effectiveness of antiviral therapy to reverse liver fibrosis is limited,We aimed to evaluate the effect of An-Luo-Hua-Xian pill(ALHX)on fibrosis regression in CHB patients treated with entecavir(ETV).Methods:Treatment-naïve patients with CHB were randomly treated with ETV alone or combined with ALHX(ETV+ALHX)between October 1,2013 and December 31,***,laboratory,and liver histology data before and after 78 weeks of treatment were *** Ishak fibrosis score(F)was used and fibrosis regression required a decrease in F of≥1 after ***:A total of 780 patients were enrolled,and 394 with a second liver biopsy after treatment were included in the per-protocol population,132 in ETV group and 262 in ETV+ALHX *** 78 weeks of treatment,the fibrosis regression rate in the ETV+ALHX group was significantly higher than that of the ETV group at baseline F≥3 patients:124/211(58.8%)vs.45/98(45.9%),p=*** percentage of patients with a decreased liver stiffness measurement(LSM)was higher in the ETV+ALHX group:156/211(73.9%)vs.62/98(63.%),p=*** regression analysis showed that ETV combined with ALHX was associated with fibrosis regression[odds ratio(OR)=1.94,p=0.018],and a family history of hepatocellular carcinoma was on the contrary.(OR=0.41,p=0.031).Conclusions:ETV combined with ALHX increased liver fibrosis regression in CHB patients.

A 48-year-old woman was admitted with 15-mo history of abdominal pain, diarrhea and hematochezia, and 5-mo history of defecation difficulty. She had been successively admitted to nine hospitals, with an initial diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease with stenotic sigmoid colon. Findings from computed tomography virtual colonoscopy, radiography with meglumine diatrizoate, endoscopic balloon dilatation, metallic stent implantation and later overall colonoscopy, coupled with the newfound knowledge of compound Qingdai pill-taking, led to a subsequent diagnosis of ischemic or toxic bowel disease with sigmoid colon stenosis. The patient was successfully treated by laparoscopic sigmoid colectomy, and postoperative pathological examination revealed ischemic or toxic injury of the sigmoid colon, providing a final diagnosis of druginduced sigmoid colon stenosis. This case highlights that adequate awareness of drug-induced colon stenosis has a decisive role in avoiding misdiagnosis and mistreatment. The diagnostic and therapeutic experiences learnt from this case suggest that endoscopic balloon expansion and colonic metallic stent implantation as bridge treatments were demonstrated as crucial for the differential diagnosis of benign colonic stenosis. Skillful surgical technique and appropriate perioperative management helped to ensure the safety of our patient in subsequent surgery after long-term use of glucocorticoids.

An ongoing randomized,double-blind,controlled phase 2 trial was conducted to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a mosaic-type recombinant vaccine candidate,named NVSI-06-09,as a booster dose in subjects aged 18 years and older from the United Arab Emirates(UAE),who had administered two or three doses of inactivated vaccine BBIBP-CorV at least 6 months prior to *** participants were randomly assigned with 1:1 to receive a booster dose of NVSI-06-09 or *** primary outcomes were immunogenicity and safety against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant,and the exploratory outcome was cross-immunogenicity against other circulating *** may 25 and 30,2022,516 adults received booster vaccination with 260 in NVSI-06-09 group and 256 in BBIBP-CorV *** results showed a similar safety profile between two booster groups,with low incidence of adverse reactions of grade 1 or *** immunogenicity,by day 14 post-booster,the fold rises in neutralizing antibody geometric mean titers(GMTs)from baseline elicited by NVSI-06-09 were remarkably higher than those by BBIBP-CorV against the prototype strain(19.67 vs 4.47-fold),Omicron BA.1.1(42.35 vs 3.78-fold),BA.2(25.09 vs 2.91-fold),BA.4(22.42 vs 2.69-fold),and BA.5 variants(27.06 vs 4.73-fold).Similarly,the neutralizing GMTs boosted by NVSI-06-09 against Beta and Delta variants were also 6.60-fold and 7.17-fold higher than those by *** findings indicated that a booster dose of NVSI-06-09 was well-tolerated and elicited broad-spectrum neutralizing responses against divergent SARS-CoV-2 variants,including Omicron and its sub-lineages.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is the cause of a rapidly spreading illness,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),affecting more than seventeen million people around the *** and treatment guidelines for clinicians caring for patients are *** the early stage,we have issued"A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infected pneumonia(standard version)";now there are many direct evidences emerged and may change some of previous recommendations and it is ripe for develop an evidence-based *** formed a working group of clinical experts and *** steering group members proposed 29 questions that are relevant to the management of COVID-19 covering the following areas:chemoprophylaxis,diagnosis,treatments,and discharge *** searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of COVID-19,and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)*** were either strong or weak,or in the form of ungraded consensus-based ***,we issued 34 *** them,6 were strong recommendations for,14 were weak recommendations for,3 were weak recommendations against and 11 were ungraded consensus-based *** covered topics of chemoprophylaxis(including agents and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)agents),diagnosis(including clinical manifestations,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),respiratory tract specimens,IgM and IgG antibody tests,chest computed tomography,chest X-ray,and CT features of asymptomatic infections),treatments(including lopinavirritonavir,umifenovir,favipiravir,interferon,remdesivir,combination of antiviral drugs,hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine,interleukin-6 inhibitors,interleukin-1 inhibitors,glucocorticoid,qingfei paidu decoction,lianhua qingwen granules/capsules,convalescent plasma,lung

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

采用半导体光刻技术在硅衬底上获得图形化掩膜,然后用热化学气相淀积(T-CVD)的方法制备了图形化的碳纳米管线阵列,用扫描电镜和拉曼光谱仪对碳纳米管进行了表征。研究了图形化碳纳米管线阵列的场发射特性,并与无图形化处理的碳纳米管薄膜样品的场发射特性进行了比较。当发射电流密度达到10μA/cm2时,无图形化处理的碳纳米管薄膜、10μm碳纳米管线阵列以及2μm碳纳米管线阵列样品的开启电场分别为3V/μm、2.1V/μm和1.7V/μm;而当电场强度达3.67V/μm时,相应的电流密度分别为2.57ma/cm2、4.65ma/cm2和7.87ma/cm2。实验结果表明,图形化处理后的碳纳米管作为场发射体,其场发射特性得到了明显的改善。对改善的原因进行了分析和讨论。
