Study on joint Bayesian model selection and parameter estimation method of GTD model

The Bayesian method is applied to the joint model selection and parameter estimation problem of the GTD model. An algorithm based on RJ-MCMC is designed. This algorithm not only improves the model order selection and parameter estimation accuracy by exploiting the priori information of the GTD model, but also solves the mixed parameter estimation problem of the GTD model properly. Its performance is tested using numerical simulations and data generated by electromagnetic code. It is shown that it gives good model order selection and parameter estimation results, especially for low SNR, closely-spaced components and short data situations.

The vast amount of data generated by large-scale open online course platforms provide a solid foundation for the analysis of learning behavior in the field of *** study utilizes the historical and final learning behavior data of over 300000 learners from 17 courses offered on the edX platform by Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the 2012-2013 academic *** have developed a spike neural network to predict learning outcomes,and analyzed the correlation between learning behavior and outcomes,aiming to identify key learning behaviors that significantly impact these *** goal is to monitor learning progress,provide targeted references for evaluating and improving learning effectiveness,and implement intervention measures *** results demonstrate that the prediction model based on online learning behavior using spiking neural network achieves an impressive accuracy of 99.80%.The learning behaviors that predominantly affect learning effectiveness are found to be students’academic performance and level of participation.

Maximizing the development of renewable energy plays a critical role in mitigating the climate *** land provides space for the development of biomass energy;however,it remains unclear how the amount and spatial distribution of marginal land that is suitable for energy crop development will change in the ***,we project energy marginal land changes in China following the shared socioeconomic pathway(SSP)and/or repre-sentative concentration path(RCP).We provide datasets of mar-ginal land,agriculturally suitable land,and potentially suitable for energy crops under historical scenarios and six future scenarios(***1-1.9,SSP1-2.6,SSP4-3.4,SSP2-4.5,SSP4-6.0,and SSP3-7.0)for the period 2020-2100,with a spatial resolution of 5 *** the six scenarios,from 2020-2100,the area of suitable marginal land ranged from 1.90-16.28(Jatropha curcas L.)to 37.37-73.97(Panicum virgatum L.)(×10^(4)km^(2)),depending on the choice of energy crops and climate *** on the growing suitability of eight important bioenergy crops-Ricinus communis L.,Saccharum officinarum L.,Pistacia chinensis Bunge,Panicum virga-tum L.,Jatropha curcas L.,Miscanthus giganteus J.,Manihot esculenta Crantz,and Sorghum bicolor Moench-our dataset can be used to identify suitable locations for specific energy *** new syn-thetic dataset could support the development of multiscenariobased solutions related to carbon neutrality,ecosystem services,and energy transition.

The Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas,one of the most exploited molluscs in the world,has suffered from massive mortality in recent decades,and the occurrence mechanisms have not been well *** this study,to reveal the relationship of associated microbiota to the fitness of oysters,temporal dynamics of microbiota in the gill,hemolymph,and hepatopancreas of *** during April 2018-January 2019 were investigated by 16 S rRNA gene *** microbiota in *** exhibited tissue heterogeneity,of which Spirochaetaceae was dominant in the gill and hemolymph while Mycoplasmataceae enriched in the ***-occurrence network demonstrated that the gill microbiota exhibited higher inter-taxon connectivity while the hemolymph microbiota had more *** richness(Chao 1 index)and diversity(Shannon index)of microbial community in each tissue showed no significant seasonal variations,except for the hepatopancreas having a higher richness in the ***,beta diversity analysis indicated a relatively stable microbiota in each tissue during the sampling period,showing relative abundance of the dominant taxa exhibiting temporal *** indicate that the microbial community in *** showed a tissue-specific stability with temporal dynamics in the composition,which might be essential for the tissue functioning and environmental adaption in *** work provides a baseline microbiota in *** and is helpful for the understanding of host-microbiota interaction in oysters.

Sodium(Na)metal batteries(SMBs)have emerged as promising alternatives to lithium metal batteries for large-scale energy storage applications,owing to their cost-effectiveness,abundance,and favorable redox ***,the practical implementation of SMBs faces several challenges associated with the Na metal anode,including the formation of dendrites,low Coulombic efficiency,and capacity ***,we propose a novel approach to enhance the electrochemical performance of Na metal anodes through a porous Al-Cu alloy host(PAC)fabricated by a local eutectic melting *** local eutectic melting facilitates the development of a conductive network,offering mechanical support,and the porous structure provides abundant channels for the diffusion of Na ions and accommodates volume fluctuations in the Na metal during charge–discharge ***,the PAC exhibits a high average Coulombic efficiency of 99.8%at 1 mA·cm^(−2)for 1 mAh·cm^(−2)and a low voltage polarization of 19 mV during 500 *** study provides valuable insight into the design and fabrication of highperformance Na metal anodes,which hold significant promise for the advancements of next-generation energy storage systems.

The efficient exploitation of geothermal energy through enhanced geothermal systems(EGS)has been a relevant topic for hot dry rock(HDR)geothermal *** cryogenic fluid is injected into a thermal reservoir,improving heat exchange efficiency is key to achieving the optimal exploitation of *** this paper,granite outcrops from Gonghe Basin were used as the testing *** natural fractures in the granite samples were relatively well *** simulate long-term injection and production from multi-wells in situ,physical ex-periments were performed in a newly-developed,in-house large-scale true triaxial experimental *** extraction performance of an HDR was simulated for long-term injection and production ***,the mode of one-injection and multiple-production wells was *** the paper,the ef-fects of the production-injection well spacing,the number of production wells and the injection rate on the production temperature and flow rate are *** results show that,during long-term injection and pro-duction,there are two stages of production temperature variation,namely stabilization and *** the number of the production wells is increased,the heat extraction efficiency is ***,competitive diversion of fluid among fractures occurred due to different ***,under different pro-duction modes,the production flow rate contributed differently to the heat ***,the effect of the production-injection wells spacing on the heat exchange performance was analyzed;this is mainly reflected in the change of the effective heat exchange area between the rock and the injected *** results emphasize the importance of designing an appropriate production mode and optimizing the injection-production parameters to ensure efficient HDR exploitation.
