In this paper, an experiment in a sodium vapor cell with cw laser pumping is reported. Two dips in the excitation spectrum profile of the sodium D 1.line are observed. Theoretically excitation spectra in the three-level system are calculated in detail and results are identical with experiments. It is demonstrated that the appearance of the two dips in the excitation spectrum is close connected with quantum interference effect.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1.,1.008 kg)in the china Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 50{1.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1.89–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1.2)^(0ν)>1.0×1.^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:3.2–7.5 eV.

Metabolic reprogramming is a hallmark of cancer,including lung ***,the exact underlying mechanism and therapeutic potential are largely *** we report that protein arginine methyltransferase 6(PRMT6)is highly expressed in lung cancer and is required for cell metabolism,tumorigenicity,and cisplatin response of lung ***6 regulated the oxidative pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)flux and glycolysis pathway in human lung cancer by increasing the activity of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase(6PGD)and a-enolase(ENO1..Furthermore,PRMT6 methylated R324.of 6PGD to enhancing its activity;while methylation at R9 and R372 of ENO1.promotes formation of active ENO1.dimers and 2-phosphoglycerate(2-PG)binding to ENO1.***,targeting PRMT6 blocked the oxidative PPP flux,glycolysis pathway,and tumor growth,as well as enhanced the antitumor effects of cisplatin in lung ***,this study demonstrates that PRMT6 acts as a posttranslational modification(PTM)regulator of glucose metabolism,which leads to the pathogenesis of lung *** was proven that the PRMT6-6PGD/ENO1.regulatory axis is an important determinant of carcinogenesis and may become a promising cancer therapeutic strategy.

机体生物钟(也称昼夜节律)是地球上所有生物体能适者生存在地球自转环境中的基础。昼夜节律是生命活动最基本的调控机制,在维持人体正常生理生化稳态、疾病发生及治疗中均扮演关键角色。研究表明,生物钟在口腔组织发育生长、口腔疾病发生及治疗中具有重要作用。由于目前还没有包括口腔医学在内的生物钟研究方法的指导性文献,研究者主要基于已发表的参考文献进行探讨,致使口腔医学中有关生物钟的研究方法存在争议,如何合理应用昼夜节律的研究方法还存在诸多困惑。该共识在总结生物钟的作用特点以及分析目前生物钟在口腔医学研究中不足的基础上,组织相关专家归纳推荐了生物钟在口腔医学研究中合理实施的1.条原则,为生物钟在口腔医学研究中的合理应用提供参考。

目的:探讨陕产七叶一枝花对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用,分析可能的机制。方法:利用葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)建立溃疡性结肠炎小鼠模型。将50只小鼠分为Con组、DSS组、陕产七叶一枝花低剂量组(L-RPTS+DSS组,干浸膏5 mg/kg)与高剂量组(H-RPTS+DSS组,干浸膏1. mg/kg)、阳性对照5-氨基水杨酸组(5-ASA组,50 mg/kg),每组1.只。Con组自由饮用蒸馏水,其余各组小鼠自由饮用每日新鲜配制的3%DSS溶液,持续7 d;陕产七叶一枝花低、高剂量组及5-ASA组除自由饮用DSS溶液外,第1.开始通过灌胃给予不同剂量药物,持续1.0}d。每日观察小鼠生活状态并记录相应的疾病活动指数(DAI)评分。1.0}d后进行相关表型测定,酶联免疫吸附法(EliSA)检测小鼠结肠组织炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1.的水平变化;HE染色和透射电镜评估结肠组织病理学变化。最后采用Western blot检测TNF-α、IL-6、紧密连接闭合蛋白(Occludin)、Claudin-7蛋白表达水平。结果:与Con组比较,DSS组小鼠结肠组织出现严重溃疡反应,炎症细胞浸润,肠上皮细胞严重坏死,结肠组织炎症因子含量及TNF-α、IL-6蛋白表达升高,而Occludin、Claudin-7蛋白表达降低(均P<0.05)。与DSS组比较,L-RPTS+DSS与H-RPTS+DSS组及5-ASA组能够明显改善小鼠溃疡症状,其DAI评分降低(均P<0.05),炎症浸润现象减轻,炎症因子水平减少,肠道黏膜屏障损伤减轻。同时,陕产七叶一枝花给药组结肠组织TNF-α、IL-6蛋白表达降低,而Occludin、Claudin-7蛋白表达增加(均P<0.05)。H-RPTS+DSS组溃疡指标的改善优于L-RPTS+DSS(均P<0.05)。结论:陕产七叶一枝花能够改善DSS诱导的小鼠溃疡性结肠炎症状,其可能机制与调节炎症因子释放及调控肠道紧密连接蛋白、改善肠黏膜屏障损伤有关。

Background： Preterm premature rapture of membrane （PPROM） can lead to serious consequences such as intrauterine infection, prolapse of the umbilical cord, and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Genital infection is a very important risk which closely related with PPROM. The preliminary study only made qualitative research on genital infection, but there was no deep and clear judgment about the effects of pathogenic bacteria. This study was to analyze the association of in fections with PPROM in pregnant women in Shaanxi, china, and to establish Bayesian stepwise discriminant analysis to predict the incidence of PPROM. Methods： In training group, the 112 pregnant women with PPROM were enrolled in the case subgroup, and 108 normal pregnant women in the control subgroup using an unmatched case-control method. The sociodemographic characteristics of these participants were collected by face-to-face interviews. Vaginal excretions fiom each participant were sampled at 28 36-6 weeks of pregnancy using a sterile swab. DNA corresponding to Chlamrdia trachomalix （CT）, Ureaplasma urealyticwn （UU）, Candida albicans, group B streptococci （GBS）, herpes simplex virus- 1 （HSV-1）, and HSV-2 were detected in each participant by real-time polymerase chain reaction. A model of Bayesian discriminant analysis was established and then verified by a mull）center validation group that included 500 participants in the case subgroup and 5（10 participants in the control subgroup from five different hospitals in the Shaanxi province, respectively. Results： The sociological characteristics were not significantly different between the case and control subgroups in both training and validation groups （all P 〉 0.05）. In training group, the infection rates of UU （11.6% vs. 3.7%）, CT （17.0% vs. 5.6%）, and GBS （22.3. vs. 6.5%） showed statistically different between the case and control subgroups （all P 〈 0.05）, Iog-transfomacd quantification of UU, CE GBS, and HSV-2 showed statistically different
