The effect of rolling schedules on the ridging resistance of ultra-thin ferritic stainless steel(FSS)430 foil was evaluated by studying the microstructure and *** results show that specimens processed with three-pass cold rolling under the reductions of 40%,40%and 31%,respectively,exhibit improved ridging resistance owing to the microstructural refinement and the texture structure optimization.A nearly 40%reduction of ridging height can be achieved using the proposed rolling schedule compared to the other two rolling *** addition,the effect of annealing temperature after cold rolling on the ridging resistance of FSS 430 foil is also found to be crucial,and an optimal annealing temperature of 900℃ is obtained for FSS 430 foil with high ridging ***,the improvement in the ridging resistance of FSS 430 foil can be attributed to the reduction in the fraction of{001}and{114}components by optimization of the rolling and annealing processes.

BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αceramics exhibit superior conductivity among related ***,the hightemperature sintering makes it difficult to prepare electrochemical devices with a BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αmultilayer film,and very few studies have examined the conductivity and transport properties of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-α.In nominally dry conditions,the instability of this material in a watercontaining atmosphere can be minimized,allowing the unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αto be applied in some particular test environment as a component of electrochemical ***,the conductivity of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αin dry conditions was measured via AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 500-800℃.The unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αexhibits high conductivity and hydration ability,as well as low proton activation *** addition,it shows high oxygen vacancy and low proton transport numbers at high temperature,limited by its grain *** work provides insights into the conductivity and proton transport of unsintered BaCe_(0.8)Y_(0.2)O_(3)-αand demonstrates its potential as a proton-conducting electrolyte.

A permeable interface crack between elasticdielectric material and piezoelectric material is studied basedon the extended Stroh’s *** by strong engi-neering demands to design new composite materials,theauthors perform numerical analysis of interface crack tip sin-gularities and the crack tip energy release rates for 35 typesof dissimilar bimaterials,respectively,which are constructedby five kinds of elastic dielectric materials:Epoxy,Poly-mer,Al;O;.SiC,and Si;N;and seven kinds of practicalpiezoelectric ceramics:PZT-4,BaTiO;,PZT-5H,PZT-6B,PZT-7A,P-7,and PZT-PIC 151,*** elasticdielectric material with much smaller permittivity than com-mercial piezoelectric ceramics is treated as a special trans-versely isotropic piezoelectric material with extremely *** present investigation shows that thestructure of the singular field near the permeable interfacecrack tip consists of three singularities:r;and r;,which is quite different from that in the impermeable inter-face *** can be concluded that different far field load-ing cases have significant influence on the near-tip fracturebehaviors of the permeable interface *** on thepresent theoretical treatment and numerical analysis,the elec-tric field induced crack growth is well explained,which pro-vides a better understanding of the failure mechanism inducedfrom interface crack growth in elastic dielectric/piezoelectricbimaterials.

Post-etching method using dilute acid solutions is an effective technology to modulate the surface compositions of metal-oxide *** theα-MnO2 catalyst treated with 0.1 mol/L nitric acid exhibits higher ozone decomposition activity at high relative humidity than the counterpart treated with acetic *** the increases in surface area and lattice dislocation,the improved activity can be due to relatively higher Mn valence on the surface and newly-formed Brønsted acid sites adjacent to oxygen *** remnant nitro species deposited on the catalyst by nitric acid treatment is ideal hydrophobic groups at ambient *** decomposition route is also proposed based on the DRIFTS and DFT calculations:ozone is facile to adsorb on the oxygen vacancy,and the protonic H of Brønsted acid sites bonds to the terminal oxygen of ozone to accelerate its cleavage to O2,reducing the reaction energy barrier of O2 desorption.

In this paper, the existence of a global tangent frame on every oriented and connected smooth 3-manifold will be used to develop a global frame method in 3-dimensional geometry and topology. Corresponding to each global tangent frame, we define a Poisson matrix on the 3-manifold. And using it as an initial date. we give an explicit expression of all the curvatures for some Riemannian metric. The method is well applied to 3-manifolds with constant Poisson matrix. Such 3-manifolds are essentially the homogeneous spaces of 3-dimensional lie groups.
