Mobile ad-hoc networks(MANETs)provide highly robust and self-configuring network capacity required in many critical applications,such as battlefields,disaster relief,and wild life *** this paper,we focus on efficient message forwarding in sparse MANETs,which suffers from frequent and long-duration *** contacts become the basic way of communication in such kind of network instead of data links in traditional ad-hoc *** approaches are primarily based on estimation with pure probability *** forwarding decisions from statistic results can lead to disastrous routing performance when wrong choices are *** paper introduces a new routing protocol,based on contact modeling and contact prediction,to address the *** contact model focuses on the periodic contact pattern of nodes with actual inter-contact time involved,in order to get an accurate realization of network cooperation and connectivity *** corresponding contact prediction algorithm makes use of both statistic and time sequence information of contacts and allows choosing the relay that has the earliest contact to the destination,which results in low average *** is used to compare the routing performance of our algorithm with three other categories of forwarding algorithm proposed *** results demonstrate that our scheme is more efficient in both data delivery and energy consumption than previously proposed schemes.

Internet of Things (IoT) as an important and ubiquitous service paradigm is one of the most important issues in IoT applications to provide terminal users with effective and efficient services based on service community. This paper presents a semantic-based similarity algorithm to build the IoT service community. Firstly, the algorithm reflects that the nodes of IoT contain a wealth of semantic information and makes them to build into the concept tree. Then tap the similarity of the semantic information based on the concept tree. Finally, we achieve the optimization of the service community through greedy algorithm and control the size of the service community by adjusting the threshold. Simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of this algorithm.

Subtypes of H1N1 influenza virus can be found in humans in North America,while they are also asso-ciated with the infection of *** of the genotypes of viral strains in human popula-tions is important to understand the source and distribution of viral *** and protein sequences of 10 isolates of the 2009 outbreak ofinfluenza A(H1N1) virus in North America were obtained from GenBank *** characterize the genotypes of these viruses,phylogenetic trees of genes PB2,PB1,PA,HA,NP,NA,NS and M were constructed by Phylip3.67 program and N-Linked glycosylation sites of HA,NA,PB2,NS1 and M2 proteins were analyzed online by NetNGlyc1.0 *** analysis indicated that these isolates are virtually identical but may be recombinant viruses because their genomic fragments come from different *** isolates also contain a char-acteristic lowly pathogenic amino acid motif at their HA cleavage sites(IPSIQSR↓GL),and an E residue at position 627 of the PB2 protein which shows its high affinity to *** homologous model of M proteins showed that the viruses had obtained the ability of anti-amantadine due to the mutation at the drug-sensitive site,while sequence analysis of NA proteins indicated that the viruses are still suscep-tible to the neuraminidase inhibitor drug(*** and zanamivir) because no mutations have been *** results strongly suggested that the viruses responsible for the 2009 outbreaks ofinfluenza A(H1N1) virus have the ability to cross species barriers to infect human and mammalian animals based on molecular *** findings may further facilitate the therapy and prevention of possible transmission from North America to other countries.

鸡没有汗腺,加上体表较厚的羽毛,热应激反应大。肉鸡饲养周期短、生长速度快、消耗大,其身体负荷压力本来就大,遇到炎热的夏季热应激反应更大。虽然随着现代养殖业的发展,对肉鸡养殖有了良好的环境控制技术,并有现代化的设备设施运营保障,但随着近年来时有发生的高温极端天气,不少肉鸡养殖户反映肉鸡出现腹泻问题。现对肉鸡夏季易发生腹泻的原因进行分析总结,并针对极端高温季节,提出科学的应对措施,尤其要在肉鸡饲养管理上更需细致和科学合理,以确保肉鸡安全度过夏季,并取得良好的养殖效益。

This paper introduces a new protocol routing medium access control(RMAC)that integrates the routing and medium access control(MAC)layer *** can both reduce latency and save energy in the wireless sensor network(WSN)while most others propose protocols that sacrifice latency for *** make RMAC fit WSN better,we designed an easy and efficient routing protocol base station flooding(BSF)and then integrated it with a MAC protocol timing out MAC(TMAC)[1],while traditionally BSF and TMAC work separately at two *** call this two-layer protocol(TLP).We theoretically proved the advan-tages of RMAC over TLP and evaluated RMAC over *** simulation results show that RMAC spends half the latency of TLP,as well as consumes less energy than TLP.
