周围神经损伤后神经再生缓慢，骨骼肌由于长期得不到神经的支配、缺乏营养物质和神经电活动刺激而逐渐产生肌萎缩。神经调节蛋白-1（NRG-1）与表皮生长因子受体（ErbB）结合可激活多个细胞内复杂的信号网络，对神经和肌肉产生影响。本文围绕NRG-1/ErbB信号通路对周围神经、肌肉及神经肌肉接头（NMJ）的调控作用进行综述，以期为失神经后肌萎缩寻找新的治疗靶点提供参考。

Heptafluoroisobutyrontrile(C_(3)F_(7)CN)performs well in dielectric properties and environmental protection,which has the potential to replace SF6 *** decomposition characteristics of C_(3)F_(7)CN mixture under fault conditions directly affect the possibility of its replacement for SF6 ***,the number of studies on the decomposition characteristics of C_(3)F_(7)CN mixture under overheating fault is *** this paper,the decomposition characteristics of C_(3)F_(7)CN/CO_(2) mixture under an overheating fault are studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)and quantum chemical *** CO,C_(3)F_(6) and HF are detected at 200℃.At 550℃,the C_(3)F_(7)CN molecule begins to decompose and produces CHF_(3),C_(2)F_(4),CF_(3)CN and ***,the results of GC/MS show that the insulation medium C_(3)F_(7)CN contains an impurity,which is C3HF7(HFC-227ea).Combined with the results of GC/MS and quantum chemistry calculations,it can be concluded that the decomposition by-product C_(3)F_(6) at 200℃ mainly comes from the decomposition of C_(3)HF_(7).C_(3)HF_(7) reduces the decomposition temperature of the C_(3)F_(7)CN/CO_(2) ***,it is very important to improve the purity of the insulation medium C_(3)F_(7)CN.

目的梳理我国药品临床综合评价已发表案例的评价机制及方法学,为规范开展药品临床综合评价及加强决策转化提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方数据、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年12月31日,筛选我国已发表的药品临床综合评价案例,并从主题遴选、指标体系构建、评价方法、综合决策、质量控制等方面进行汇总分析。结果 2014-2023年,我国共发表药品临床综合评价案例143篇,其发文量在2019年之后呈逐年快速上升趋势。评价案例的主题以儿童用药、中成药、心血管药品、抗肿瘤药品为主;评价维度为3~8个,均涉及安全性和有效性维度;多数案例采用基于文献综述和专家访谈/问卷调研的快速评估方法,较少开展真实世界研究;大部分案例未涉及综合决策、质量控制及决策转化的相关内容。结论在国家政策的引领下,我国药品临床综合评价已取得了较快进展,但仍存在评价方法及标准尚待完善、评价结果向决策转化的案例较少、质量控制机制缺乏等问题和挑战。未来应探索标准化的评价路径及质量控制机制,在循证依据不充分时,应尽可能地开展真实世界研究,加快推进评价结果的决策转化。

Study on Graphene Oxide Modified Inorganic Phase Change Materials and Their Packaging Behavior

We prepared the nano-inorganic phase-change ＂alloy＂ materials through the modification of Na2SO4·10H2O using Na2HPO4·12H2O and GO nano-nucleating agent, and further investigated their thermophysical properties such as melting/solidification temperatures and enthalpies via differential scanning calorimetry. When the weight ratio of Na2SO4·10H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O was 8：2 and the weight ratio of graphene oxide was 0.5% of phase change material, the phase change ＂alloy＂ material showed excellent performances, specifically, the melting temperature and latent heat were found to be 22 ℃ and 190 J/g with a degree of subcooling decreased from 8.6℃ to 2.1℃. In order to extend the application of the phase change ＂alloy＂ material to building energy saving field, it was adsorbed on expanded glass beads under vacuum and further covered with diatomite. When the adsorption rate of EGB（volume） and PCAM（weight） was 2.5：1, the particle size of diatomaceous earth was found to be 3.6μm, while the best packaging result was obtained with the melting temperature and latent heat being 21℃ and 135 J/g, and no leakage was observed.

In order to study the accumulation mechanism of＂barkinite＂,eight Late Permian channel benches（approximately 15-cm across and 10-cm deep） were taken from the Jinshan Mine,Anhui Province,*** samples were analyzed by microscopical and geochemical *** microscopical observations indicate that the occurrence modes of＂barkinite＂in this area are different from those in other areas of *** ratios of structureless＂barkinite＂are much higher in the Jinshan Mine,probably due to the flow-water and marine influenced ***, vitrinite macerals also show a strong *** vitrinite fluorescence characteristics have not been observed in the Permian＂barkinite＂coals from northern *** composition and variation of minerals in the column section also showed that the swamps in the study area were seriously influenced by seawater in the early and late stage during the peat accumulation.

An innovative method for the ultrasensitive detection of mercury by solution anode glow discharge atomic emission spectroscopy(SAGD-AES) coupled with hydride generation(HG) was first *** this method,the mercury vapor generated by the HG was transmitted to the SAGD through the miniature hollow tungsten tube for excitation and detected by a miniaturized spectrograph.A thorough parametric evaluation of the HG and SAGD system was performed,including the type and concentration of ca rrier acid,He flow rate,concentrations of NaBH4,discha rge current and discharge *** optimal operating conditions,the detection limit for Hg^(2+) achieved 0.03 μg/L,with a relative standard deviation of 1.1% at the Hg^(2+) concentration of 5 μg/***,the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9996 in the range between 0.1 and 10 μg/*** accuracy and practicability of HG-SAGD-AES were verified by measuring GBW09101 b(human hair),GBW10029(fish),soil and rice *** results showed good agreement with the certified values and values from direct mercury analyzer(DMA).

In order to further ensure that the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is to be implemented and the action measures of all countries are consistent, the United Nations has put forward a set of indicators to monitor and evaluate the progress of global sustainable development. This set of evaluation indicators is aimed for global and regional progress. An important feature of the evaluation indicators is that they are internationally comparable, but due to the large differences in the levels of sustainable development among countries, this framework of evaluation indicators has a disadvantage that it does not apply to tracking the progress of sustainable development at the national level. This paper focuses on the analysis of specific issues in the application of the global sustainable development indicators framework to meet the goals and targets of the UN and builds a system of evaluation indicators to assess the progress of sustainable development at the national level in China, and offers a perspective to assess China’s progress as well.

Every day,human beings produce excreta all over the world,and the sludge that accumulates in waste disposal systems is referred to as the‘faecal sludge(FS)’.FS can cause serious environmental pollution in urban areas if it cannot be disposed of properly.A complete FS management system must include onsite sanitation technologies,FS collection and transport,a treatment plant,and resource recovery or disposal of the treatment *** on the treatment and reuse/disposal step of a FS complete service chain,this research presents two cases of FS treatment in *** Case 1,FS biogas plant adopts anaerobic digestion(AD)to treat FS,and the digestate can be used as biofertilizer in the surrounding *** Case 2,several technologies including solid-liquid separation,dewatering,pyrolysis,AD and co-composting are integrated to find innovative solutions for FS treatment.A comprehensive assessment including the aspects of technology,economy and environment is conducted for further SWOT(Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats)***,critical strategies are developed,which include(1)selecting project site for optimized transportation,maximum waste reuse,minimum environmental impact and convenient final effluent disposal;(2)planning technical options at a feasible study stage,considering resource recovery,secondary pollution prevention and fire protection;(3)exploring market channels for by-products sale to increase profitability;(4)guaranteeing engineering quality and service life for the purpose of sustainable operation;(5)minimizing health risks to persons exposed to the untreated FS;and(6)providing necessary training for hygiene *** cases in Beijing can provide valuable lessons for urban areas in developing countries and the strategies can provide a reference for stakeholders and decision-makers who intend to develop FS treatment projects.
