Ecological security pattern construction using landscape ecological quality:A case study of yanchi County,northern China

Ecological security patterns are paramount to the advancement of an ecological civilization in China,aiming to enhance the stability and service functions of ecosystems to achieve sustainable regional ***,current regional ecological protection efforts have not been effectively integrated into the regional development planning of ecological security *** study systematically assessed the effectiveness of ecological protection projects in yanchi County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,China,through the evaluation of landscape ecological *** on the evaluation results of landscape ecological quality,this study used morphological pattern analysis(MSPA),minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model,and gravity model together to construct the ecological security pattern of yanchi *** findings revealed that from 1990 to 2020,with the implementation of ecological protection projects started from 2000,the landscape stability of yanchi County first decreased and then increased,and the intensity of landscape disturbance first intensified but then decreased,indicating an improvement in the landscape ecological quality and a significant enhancement of the ecological environment in yanchi *** ecological security pattern of yanchi County consisted of 10 ecological sources,10 ecological source points,23 ecological corridors,and 27 ecological *** ecological security pattern of yanchi County exhibited distinct spatial variations,with stronger ecological security observed in the southern part than in northern part of the *** ecological sources were denser in the southern part than in the northern part of the county,and accordingly,the length of ecological corridors was shorter and denser in the southern than that in the northern part of the *** on the spatial distribution of landscape ecological quality and the characteristics of ecological security pattern of yanchi County in 2020,we suggested yanchi County to build four zon

Effect of h-BN rods on high-temperature properties of alumina-carbon refractory

h-BN rods modified low-carbon alumina-carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)-C)refractories were prepared,and the effect of h-BN rod addition on the high-temperature properties was investigated and compared with commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes *** results demonstrated that Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories containing h-BN rods exhibited optimal high-temperature service performances,including 25%higher hot modulus of rupture,21.3%higher thermal shock strength residual ratio,20.9%lower in oxidation and 44.3%less in slag corrosion,compared to the counterpart specimens without ***,benefiting from the synergistic enhancement of the rod-like h-BN and in-situ generated SiC whiskers,the high-temperature service performances of h-BN rods containing specimens outperformed counterpart specimens containing commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes,respectively.

长期氮磷钾肥配施对贵州黄壤玉米产量和土壤养分可持续性的影响

为明确长期氮磷钾肥配施下贵州典型黄壤玉米产量、氮磷钾肥增产效应及土壤养分的演变特征,利用国家贵阳黄壤肥力与肥效长期定位试验,研究氮磷钾平衡施肥(NPK)与缺素施肥(N、NK、NP、PK)对玉米相对产量、氮磷钾肥增产贡献率及土壤氮磷钾素养分可持续性指数等的影响.结果表明:氮磷钾平衡施肥有显著增产效果,玉米相对产量均值为:NPK>NP>NK>PK>CK;氮、磷、钾肥增产贡献率和农学利用率均为氮肥>磷肥>钾肥,施肥依存度为氮、磷、钾肥配施>氮肥>磷肥>钾肥,但缺磷处理(NK)玉米相对产量以每年1.4%的速度极显著下降,磷肥贡献率和依存度则以每年2.3%和1.4%的速度极显著上升,最终磷肥对玉米生产的影响逐渐与氮肥持平;缺磷处理土壤p H值和有机质含量均最低,而缺氮处理则较高;施用化学磷肥可提高黄壤磷素可持续性指数,但氮肥和钾肥对黄壤氮素和钾素可持续性指数无显著影响.综上,平衡施肥是贵州典型黄壤地区玉米高产的重要保障,其中磷肥与氮肥同等重要,但长期单施化肥尤其是缺磷处理不利于黄壤养分的可持续利用.

通过低温等离子体聚合交联作用,制备了基于PDMS@ZnO纳米颗粒复合涂层的超耐久、自修复超疏水涤纶纤维.研究了制备工艺对超疏水性、自修复性以及涂层的耐久性和稳定性的影响.结果显示, PET-g-PDMS@ZnO织物表面的水接触角(WCA)可达162.7°,滚动角(SA)为7.5°,经过300次水洗循环和1300次摩擦循环后仍然保持超疏水特性, WCA和SA分别为150.0°和35.0°.分别采用等离子体和加热方法对磨损破坏的涂层进行自修复处理,结果表明等离子体修复效果明显,而热修复只在小载荷下效果明显,并利用扫描电子显微镜、纳米压痕以及X射线光电子能谱测量结果探讨了自修复机理.该研究为等离子体技术在超疏水织物制备中的开发和应用提供理论和技术支撑.

Lycium barbarum polysaccharide inhibits retinal neovascularization and inflammation in vitro and in vivo

AIM:To explore the effect and mechanism of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP)inhibiting retinal ***:In vitro tests were performed on human retinal microvascular endothelial cells(HRECs)from three groups,including control group(normal oxygen),hypoxic group(hypoxia at 37℃,1%O_(2),5%CO_(2),and 94%N2),and LBP group(hypoxic group with LBP 100μg/mL).In vivo experiments,C57 mice were divided into three groups:control group(normal rearing group),the oxygen-induced ischemic retinopathy(OIR)group,and the OIR with 50 mg/kg LBP *** neovascularization was observed by fluorescein angiography and *** thickness was evaluated by Hematoxylin and eosin(HE)*** expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K),mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),phosphorylated mammalian target of rapamycin(p-mTOR),protein kinase B(AKT),phosphorylated protein kinase B(p-AKT),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in each group were analyzed by Western ***-1βlevel in retina was analyzed using immunohistochemical ***:The increased area of neovascular clusters in OIR mice was significantly decreased by *** thickness of OIR mice was significantly thinner compared with normal oxygenated mice and was increased in LBP *** with those in the hypoxic groups,Western blotting of HRECs and retinal tissues revealed that the expression of EGFR,PI3K,p-mTOR,p-AKT,IL-1β,iNOS,and TNF-αdecreased in the LBP group but was still greater than that in control ***,IL-1βwas reduced in retinal sections treated with *** the scratch test,the cell migration of the hypoxic group was significantly greater than that of the control group,while LBP treatment attenuated this increase in ***:LBP reduces retinal neovascularization and inflammation in vivo and inhibits the migration of HRECs in vitro by regulating the EGFR/PI3K/Akt

基于三维松散煤体温度场对流占优扩散偏微分方程数学模型,使用有限元方法解决一定边界条件下的煤自燃温度场控制方程模拟煤温的自然变化趋势,数值模拟出一组具有动态变化规律的空间对应温度值.用煤温测试装置测得煤堆中一些特定点的瞬态煤温的变化温度后对比了模拟温度值与实验温度值,比较分析结果的可行性,根据模拟结果对模型进行评价,为建立快速、准确的煤自燃预测预报系统奠定了基础.

长期不同施肥对水稻干物质和磷素积累与转运的影响

【目的】磷是制约黄壤生产力的重要限制因子,提高作物的磷效率是农业科学研究的热点之一。探讨不同施肥模式对水稻干物质和磷素积累与转运的影响,为黄壤稻田合理施用磷肥提供理论依据。【方法】依托22年的黄壤(水田)长期定位试验,选取其中6种施肥模式:不施肥(CK);不施磷肥(NK);平衡施用化肥(NPK);单施有机肥(M);1/2有机肥替代1/2 NP (0.5 MNP);有机肥化肥配施(MNPK)。除CK和MNPK外,NK、NPK、M、1/2 MN处理为等氮量165 kg/hm^2,施磷量依次为P2O5 0、82.5、79.4、81.0 kg/hm^2,MNPK施N330 kg/hm^2、P2O5 161.9 kg/hm^2。于水稻分蘖期、开花期及成熟期,采集水稻植株样品,分析比较各处理水稻产量、干物质和磷素积累与转移特征、磷肥吸收利用效率的差异。【结果】水稻产量、干物质和磷素积累量大小顺序均表现为MNPK> M> 0.5 MNP> NPK> CK> NK。磷素积累快速增长开始(t1)和结束(t2)时间均较干物质积累提前2~8 d和5~20 d,且磷素积累快速增长持续时间(Δt)也较干物质缩短了4~12 d,表明磷素快速吸收较干物质早,且持续时间短。处理NK、NPK、0.5 MNP、MNPK干物质最大增长速率(Vm)出现时间(t0)以及t1、t2分别比CK和M处理滞后5~10 d、1~4 d、6~16 d,Δt延长了1~14 d。各处理干物质和磷素积累的Vm均表现为M、MNPK> 0.5 MNP、CK> NPK> NK。水稻籽粒干物质积累量主要来源于花后干物质积累,磷素积累量则主要来源于花前磷素积累向籽粒的转运,各处理花后干物质积累率为29.5%~43.4%,施用化肥各处理显著高于CK和M处理,各处理花前磷素积累率为60.5%~85.6%,大小为CK> NPK、M> NK、0.5 MNP、MNPK。与NPK处理相比,M和0.5 MNP处理磷肥吸收效率、磷肥偏生产力、磷肥利用率分别显著提高了0.43kg/kg、48.9 kg/kg、40.8个百分点和0.26 kg/kg、32.2 kg/kg、25.3个百分点。【结论】黄壤地区水稻栽培中长期缺磷不利于花后干物质的积累,也不利于花前磷素的积累,严重制约水稻产量和磷吸收量的提高。在氮磷钾投入平衡前提下,长期单施有机肥可促进花前干物质和磷素的积累及其向籽粒的转运,但不利于花后干物质和磷素的积累,长期单施化肥可延长干物质和磷素积累的快速增长持续时间,但最大增长速率较小,而长期有机无机配施均较有利于促进水稻花前和花后干物质和磷素的积累,水稻产量和磷肥利用率均较高,是最合理的施肥方式。
