GRK2 inhibits Flt-1^(+)macrophage infiltration and its proangiogenic properties in rheumatoid arthritis

Electromagnetic precursors before Wenchuan earthquake on May 12, 2008, were collected and summarized on the basis of related published papers. The relationship was analyzed between electromagnetic anomalies and different earthquake preparation stage, and an entire seismic preparation process was constructed according to corresponding anomalies in different electromagnetic parameters. Stereo electromagnetic observation is useful in earthquake study. However there are still a lot of questions in anomaly distinguishing and coupling mechanism, which are discussed finally.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease with a complex ***-derived macrophages(MDMs)infiltration are associated with RA *** have reported the deletion of G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 2(GRK2)reprograms macrophages toward an anti-inflammatory phenotype by recovering G-protein-coupled receptor ***,as more GRK2-interacting proteins were discovered,the GRK2 interactome mechanisms in RA have been ***,in the collagen-induced arthritis mouse model,we performed genetic GRK2 deletion using GRK2^(f/f)Lyz2-Cre^(+/−)*** inflammation and M1 polarization were improved in GRK2^(f/f)Lyz2-Cre^(+/−)*** experiments with RNA-seq and dual-luciferase reporter assays identified peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)as a new GRK2-interacting *** further confirmed that fms-related tyrosine kinase 1(Flt-1),which promoted macrophage migration to induce angiogenesis,was inhibited by GRK2-PPARγ***,excess GRK2 membrane recruitment in CIA MDMs reduced the activation of PPARγligand-binding domain and enhanced Flt-1 ***,the treatment of mice with GRK2 activity inhibitor resulted in significantly diminished CIA pathology,Flt-1^(+)macrophages induced-synovial inflammation,and ***,we anticipate to facilitate the elucidation of previously unappreciated details of GRK2-specific intracellular *** GRK2 activity is a viable strategy to inhibit MDMs infiltration,affording a distinct way to control joint inflammation and angiogenesis of RA.

The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite, launched into orbit from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre on February 2 nd, 2018, is China's first space satellite dedicated to geophysical exporation. The satellite carries eight scientific payloads including high-precision magnetometers to detect electromagnetic changes in space, in particular changes associated with global earthquake disasters. In order to encourage and facilitate use by geophysical scientists of data from the satellite's payloads, this paper introduces the application systems developed for the China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite by the Institute of Crustal Dynamics, China Earthquake Administration;these include platform construction, data classification, data storage, data format, and data access and acquisition.

Early detection of breast cancer is paramount to successful clinical therapy. Yet, early-stage breast cancer lacks specific symptoms or biomarkers. With the emerging of the mass spectrometric (MS) -based signatures as biomarkers, we investigated breast cancer-related serum profile pattern through class prediction and independent validation, and used Fourier transfer MS to identify breast cancer signature. We now show a distinctive serum peptide pattern that discriminates breast cancer from healthy controls with 93.2% sensitivity and 95.4% specificity. m/z 5901.70 and 4465.74 of ion fragment of FPA and alpha1-antichymotrypsin are found in the signatures that predominantly discriminate breast cancer from healthy individuals. These novel findings identify an MS-based serum peptide pattern of breast cancer that may have direct clinical utility in future.

该文作为2篇系列文章的第2篇,重点分析双馈风机组成的大规模风电场集中接入电力系统后影响系统暂态功角稳定性的关键因素。在第1篇文章理论分析的基础上,根据扩展等面积定则,讨论了同步机出力调整、风电渗透率和风电场选址等因素起主导作用时,电力系统暂态功角稳定性的变化。然后,从暂态功角稳定的角度出发,总结出风电接入情况下指导电力系统规划和调度的一般规律。最后,通过在双机互联系统上进行的数值仿真验证所提规律的正确性。结果表明,从本质上看,各种因素的变化如果有助于减小前向机群的有功出力,则有助于提高电力系统的暂态功角稳定水平。

This study examined whether prolonged residence in the Antarctica had a significant impact on cognitive performance. Participants were members of the 24th and 25th Chinese National Antarctic Research Expeditions. Cognitive performance was measured with tests designed to evaluate short-term recognition, memory search and spatial cognition, measured four times： January, March, April, and June 2010. Age was controlled as a covariate, and data were analyzed using repeated-measures ANOVA. The results revealed that subjects＇ short-term memory and recognition ability remained stable, while 82% of team members exhibited improved scores on a spatial cognitive ability test. These findings have important implications for furthering our understanding of cognitive functioning in extreme environments.

Based on the case studies and statistical analysis of earthquake-related ionospheric disturbances mainly from DEMETER satellite, ground-based GPS and ionosounding data, this paper summarizes the statisw tical characteristics of earthquake-related ionospheric disturbances, including electromagnetic emissions, plasma perturbations and variation of energetic particle flux. According to the main results done by Chinese scientists, fusing with the existed study from global researches, seismo-ionospheric disturbances usually occurred a few days or hours before earthquake occurrence. Paralleling to these case studies, lithosphere-atmosphere-ionosphere （LAI） coupling mechanisms are checked and optimized. A thermo-electric model was proposed to explain the seismo-electromagnetic effects before earthquakes. A propagation model was put forward to explain the electromagnetic waves into the ionosphere. According to the requirement of earthquake prediction research, China seismo-electromagnetic satellite, the first space-based platform of Chinese earthquake stereoscopic observation system, is proposed and planned to launch at about the end of 2014. It focuses on checking the LAI model and distinguishing earthquake-related ionospheric disturbance. The preliminary design for the satellite will adopt CAST-2000 platform with eight payloads onboard. It is believed that the satellite will work together with the ground monitoring network to improve the capability to capture seismo-electromagnetic information, which is beneficial for earthquake monitoring and prediction researches.
