Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huashi Baidu Granules(HSBD)in treating patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron ***:A single-center retrospective cohort study was conducted during COVID-19 Omicron epidemic in the Mobile Cabin hospital of shanghai New International Expo Center from April 1st to May 23rd,*** COVID-19 patients with asymptomatic or mild infection were assigned to the treatment group(HSBD users)and the control group(non-HSBD users).After propensity score matching in a 1:1 ratio,496 HSBD users of treatment group were matched by propensity score to 496 non-HSBD *** in the treatment group were administrated HSBD(5 g/bag)orally for 1 bag twice a day for 7 consecutive *** in the control group received standard care and routine *** primary outcomes were the negative conversion time of nucleic acid and negative conversion rate at day *** outcomes included the hospitalized days,the time of the first nucleic acid negative conversion,and new-onset symptoms in asymptomatic *** events(AEs)that occurred during the study were *** subgroup analysis was conducted in vaccinated(378 HSBD users and 390 non-HSBD users)and unvaccinated patients(118 HSBD users and 106 non-HSBD users).Results:The median negative conversion time of nucleic acid in the treatment group was significantly shortened than the control group[3 days(IQR:2-5 days)vs.5 days(IQR:4-6 days);Phospitalized days in the treatment group were significantly reduced[10 days(IQR:8-11 days)vs.11 days(IQR:10.25-12 days);P<0.01].The time of the first nucleic acid negative conversion had significant differences between the treatment and control groups[3 days(IQR:2-4 days)vs.5 days(IQR:

In 2009,the Consortium for the Barcode of Life(CBOL) recommended the combination of rbcL and matK as the plant barcode based on assessments of recoverability,sequencing quality,and levels of species ***,based on a study of more than 6600 samples belonging to 193 families from seven phyla,the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) 2 locus was proposed as a universal barcode sequence for all major plant taxa used in traditional herbal *** of these two studies was based on a detailed analysis of a particular ***,zingiberaceae plants,including many closely related species,were used to compare the genetic divergence and species identification efficiency of ITS2,rbcL,matK,psbK-psbI,trnH-psbA,and *** results indicate that ITS2 has the highest interspecific divergence and significant differences between inter-and intraspecific divergence,whereas matK and rbcL have much lower divergence *** 260 species belonging to 30 genera in zingiberaceae,the discrimination ability of the ITS2 locus was 99.5% at the genus level and 73.1% at the species ***,we propose that ITS2 is the preferred DNA barcode sequence for identifying zingiberaceae plants.

Metal halide perovskites have attracted much attention in biomedicine because of their excellent fluorescence energy conversion properties;however,poor water-stability and cytotoxicity limit its applications as a biomedical tracer,especially in cellular ***,water-ultrastable perovskites C sPbBr_(3):Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)nanocrystals(NCs)encapsulated in chitosan are fabricated successfully using a water-triggered *** as-synthesized CsPbBr_(3):Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)@CS(chitosan,CS)nanoparticles in water display enhanced fluorescence emission for 35 ***,the viability of glioma cells(U87 cells)incubated with different concentrations of CsPbBr_(3):Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)@CS nanoparticles(0-20μg·ml^(-1))for24 h is found to be higher than 90%.In artificial body fluid,analyses using laser confocal microscopy,the standard Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)method,and flow cytometry demonstrated the good water ultrastability and high biocompatibility performance of CsPbBr_(3):Cs_(4)PbBr_(6)@CS nanoparticles in cellular ***,the water-ultrastable halide perovskites support promising perspectives in biological cell tracing and intelligent medical technology.

With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) *** present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative *** International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism,and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).
