[目的/意义]推进学科导向的采编一体化改革,探索文献资源建设转型发展的创新路径对于推动高校图书馆高质量发展、助力高校“双一流”建设具有重要意义。[方法/过程]从高校图书馆文献资源建设的现状入手,首先探讨北大图书馆在顶层设计机制下文献资源采编一体化的发展战略和组织架构,进而深入分析其学科导向的采编一体化流程重组框架及创新路径。[结果/结论]在发展战略指导下,北大图书馆通过组织结构改革和馆员队伍建设建立学科导向的采编一体化组织架构,并从内部流程、供应端和服务端入手进行学科导向的采编一体化流程重组。构建采编一体化协同机制、打通学科资源与服务流程、培养高素质学科采编馆员等是北大图书馆文献资源采编一体化转型的重要特点。

Synchronization of coupled metronomes on two layers

Coupled metronomes serve as a paradigmatic model for exploring the collective behaviors of com- plex dynamical systems, as well as a classical setup for classroom demonstrations of synchronization phenomena. Whereas previous studies of metronome synchronization have been concentrating on symmetric coupling schemes, here we consider the asymmetric case by adopting the scheme of layered metronomes. Specifically, we place two metronomes on each layer, and couple two layers by placing one on top of the other. By varying the initial conditions of the metronomes and adjusting the friction between the two layers, a variety of synchronous patterns are observed in experiment, including the splay synchronization （SS） state, the generalized splay synchronization （GSS） state, the anti-phase synchronization （APS） state, the in-phase delay synchronization （IPDS） state, and the in-phase syn- chronization （IPS） state. In particular, the IPDS state, in which the metronomes on each layer are synchronized in phase but are of a constant phase delay to metronomes on the other layer, is observed for the first time. In addition, a new technique based on audio signals is proposed for pattern detection, which is more convenient and easier to apply than the existing acquisition techniques. Furthermore, a theoretical model is developed to explain the experimental observations, and is employed to explore the dynamical properties of the patterns, including the basin distributions and the pattern transitions. Our study sheds new lights on the collective behaviors of coupled metronomes, and the developed setup can be used in the classroom for demonstration purposes.

基于环境投入产出结构分解和协同效应评估方法分析了各社会经济因素对工业大气污染物(SO_(2)、烟粉尘、NOx)与CO_(2)排放的协同影响。研究发现:(1)经济增长与工业大气污染物和CO_(2)排放未实现协同解耦;(2)最终需求视角下,工业大气污染物和CO_(2)的共同关键排放部门为机械工业,主要差异部门在轻工业和电力热力、水的生产和供应业;(3)2007—2020年直接排放强度、生产结构和消费结构因素是促进工业污染减排的主要驱动力,人均最终需求因素促进了工业污染和CO_(2)的增排。此外,还发现各因素驱动各污染物与CO_(2)排放的协同影响逐渐呈一致性。未来通过增强生产技术创新、以绿色消费推动绿色产品的认证、增加绿色项目投资等措施可促进工业协同减污降碳。

漆酶是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶家族,在植物中主要参与木质素合成以及抵御各种逆境胁迫。本研究对甘蓝型油菜漆酶基因(BnaLACs)家族成员进行鉴定,通过氨基酸数量、分子量、等电点、不稳定系数以及脂溶性系数等指标衡量其理化性质。后对其染色体位置、进化关系、基因结构、组织部位表达模式等进行预测和分析。结果表明,甘蓝型油菜基因组共有53个BnaLACs家族成员,基本为碱性、稳定蛋白,大多数BnaLACs定位在液泡膜和细胞外。基因结构分析发现, BnaLACs结构较为保守。组织部位表达模式分析表明,除花药外, BnaLACs在各组织部位均有表达,其中在根、种子、角果皮和茎秆中表达量较高。分析茎秆中BnaLAC4s表达模式发现,BnaA05G0074200ZS与甘蓝型油菜抗倒性显著相关;单倍型分析表明,包含BnaA05G0074200ZS两种单倍型的品系间抗倒性、木质素含量均存在显著差异。研究结果将为进一步解析甘蓝型油菜漆酶基因家族功能及茎秆抗倒伏机制奠定基础。

To adapt to the low-velocity water flow closely related to human life,the natural energy can be efficiently harvested and used to power monitoring ***,a triboelectric soft fishtail(TE-SFT)driven by flow-induced vibration(FIV)effect is proposed based on the soft material synthesis ***,inspired by the fishtail fin,a bluff body with the cross-section of fishtail-shaped is designed,and has a preferable vortex effect by fluid *** power generation part,the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)is designed to act as an inertial pendulum structure by geometric *** the FIV effect,the TESFT driven by fishtail-shaped bluff body swings like a fish in the water and then brings the inertial pendulum to acquire the oscillation for harvesting energy from low-velocity water *** TE-SFT attains an open-circuit voltage(VOC)of 200 V to 313 V at the flow velocities of 0.24 to 0.89 m/***,after 30 days of water immersion,the VOC of TE-SFT retains 96.81%.In demonstration,the TE-SFT is applied to power the temperature and humidity sensor through harvesting water flow *** work also provides a way for self-powered system based on the TENG and soft bionic fish in water environment.

The effects of surface ligands and counter cations on the stability of anionic thiolated M_(12)Ag_(32)(M=Au,Ag) nanoclusters

The stabilities of [M12Ag32（SR）30]4- （M = Ag, Au and SR = SPhF2, SPhCF3, SPhF） clusters having the same structure but different surface ligands or counter cations were systematically studied. It was clearly revealed that a subtle structural change in the surface ligands or counter cations could significantly alter the overall stability of [M12Ag32（SR）30]4 although they all had an electronic structure of 18-electron superatom shell closure. SPhF2 was found as a better surface ligand than SPhCF3 or SPhF to stabilize [M12Ag32（SR）30]4-. And the use of more bulky [（PPhj）2N]＋ as the counter cations was revealed to be more deleterious to the overall stability of [M12Ag32（SR）30]4- clusters than PPh4＋. [Au12Ag32（SR）30]4- was much more stable than [Ag44（SR）30]4 with the same surface ligands and counter cations. An exceptional stability was observed on （PPh4）4[Au12Ag32（SPhF2）30] which was stable in DMF for more than 8 days in air at 80 ℃. More research efforts are still needed to deeply understand why a small structural change could result in a significant change in the stability of noble metal nanoclusters.

We investigate what role the SKA neutral hydrogen(HI)intensity mapping(IM)and galaxy sky surveys will play in weighing neutrinos in *** use the simulated data of the baryon acoustic oscillation(BAO)measurements from the HI surveys based on SKA1(IM)and SKA2(galaxy)to do the *** the current observations,we use the Planck 2015 cosmic microwave background(CMB)anisotropies observation,the optical BAO measurements,the type Ia supernovae(SN)observation(Pantheon compilation),and the latest H0 *** consider three mass ordering cases for massive neutrinos,i.e.,the normal hierarchy(NH),inverted hierarchy(IH),and degenerate hierarchy(DH)*** is found that the SKA observation can significantly improve the constraints on?m and *** to the current observation,the SKA1 data can improve the constraints on?m by about 33%,and on H0 by about 36%;the SKA2 data can improve the constraints on?m by about 58%,and on H0 by about 66%.It is also found that the SKA observation can only slightly improve the constraints on∑mν.Compared to the current observation,the SKA1 data can improve the constraints on∑mνby about 4%,3%,and 10%,for the NH,IH,and DH cases,respectively;the SKA2 data can improve the constraints on∑mνby about 7%,7%,and 16%,for the NH,IH,and DH cases,respectively.

Assessing the impacts of climate change and anthropogenic activities on vegetation in southwest China

The topography and geomorphology of southwest China are complex,and the intensity of human activities not *** impact of climate change and anthropogenic activities on vegetation shows temporal and spatial ***,we used normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)to analyze the impact of climate change and anthropogenic activities on vegetation in four provinces and municipality in the southwest China from 2000 to *** results showed that(1)NDVI increased 0.004–0.005/yr during this *** 57.74%–69.09%of the area with significant changes was found to be primarily affected by anthropogenic activities during all four seasons and the growing season,while 6.05%–10.74%and 5.09%–9.77%of the area was affected by temperature and precipitation,respectively.(2)The impact of temperature and precipitation changes were spatially *** had a positive impact during spring and summer in the northwestern ***,NDVI was positively affected in the southwestern and eastern regions,while the western region was negatively affected by *** temperatures and precipitation had the greatest impact throughout the year.(3)Returning farmland to forests and improving agricultural management demonstrated positive impacts of anthropogenic activities on the vegetation,while areas with significant negative impacts due to anthropogenic activities were located near the provincial capitals of the four provinces and *** study can provide a scientific basis for accurately identifying key ecological protection areas in Southwest China.

The Influence of Rare Earth Ions on the Rheological Behavior of Polyamide

The polyamide 66 （PA66）/lanthanum acetate blends with small amounts of salt loadings （≤ 1 wt% of PA） have been prepared in a twin-screw extruder. The rheology of PA66 and its blends has been investigated by a rotational rheometer. The results suggested that with the salt loading in excess of 0.2 wt% the typical Newtonian viscosity plateau disappeared and both the low-frequency complex viscosities η^＊ and storage modulus G＇ of blends were much higher than those of neat PA66, the storage modulus was higher than the loss modulus at low frequencies （tanδ〈 1）, i.e., the melt changed from a viscoelastic liquid for unfilled polymer to a viscoelastic solid （G′ 〉 G″）. While the viscosity followed a strong shear thinning with increasing frequency, the η^＊ and G′ decreased significantly even lower than those of neat PA66 at high frequencies. The combination of dynamic mechanical analysis （DMA） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） analysis has revealed that coordination effect occurred between lanthanum and carbonyl oxygen atoms in amide groups of the polymer to form pseudo- crosslinked network structure, which makes the glass transition temperatures （Tg） and storage modulus （E′） of blends enhanced. The network structure formation-destruction and chains entanglement-disentanglement processes at different frequencies are responsible for the above rheological behaviors of blends.
