The GECAM series of satellites utilizes LaBr_(3)(Ce),LaBr_(3)(Ce,Sr),and NaI(Tl)crystals as sensitive materials for gamma-ray detectors(GRDs).To investigate the nonlinearity in the detection of low-energy gamma rays and address the errors in the calibration of the E-C relationship,comprehensive tests and comparative studies of the three aforementioned crystals were conducted using Compton electrons,radioactive sources,and mono-energetic *** nonlinearity test results of the Compton electrons and X-rays demonstrated substantial differences,with all three crystals presenting a higher nonlinearity for X/-rays than for Compton *** the LaBr_(3)(Ce)and LaBr_(3)(Ce,Sr)crystals having higher absolute light yields,they exhibited a noticeable nonlinear decrease in the light yield,especially at energies below 400 *** NaI(Tl)crystal demonstrated an"excess"light output in the 6-200 keV range,reaching a maximum"excess"of 9.2%at 30 keV in the X-ray testing and up to 1..5%at 1. keV during Compton electron testing,indicating a significant advantage in the detection of low-energy gamma ***,we explored the underlying causes of the observed nonlinearity in these *** study not only elucidates the detector responses of GECAM,but also initiates a comprehensive investigation of the nonlinearity of domestically produced lanthanum bromide and sodium iodide crystals.

As the brightest gamma-ray burst ever observed,GRB 221.09A provided a precious opportunity to explore spectral line *** this article,we performed a comprehensive spectroscopy analysis of GRB 221.09A jointly with GECAM-C and Fermi/GBM data to search for emission and absorption *** the first time we investigated the line feature throughout this GRB including the most bright part where many instruments suffered problems,and identified prominent emission lines in multiple time *** central energy of the Gaussian emission line evolves from about 37 to 6 MeV,with a nearly constant ratio(about 1.%)between the line width and central ***,we find that both the central energy and the energy flux of the emission line evolve with time as a power law decay with power law index of–1.and–2,*** suggest that the observed emission lines most likely origin from the blue-shifted electron positron pair annihilation 51. ke V *** find that a standard high latitude emission scenario cannot fully interpret the observation,thus we propose that the emission line comes from some dense clumps with electron positron pairs traveling together with the *** this scenario,we can use the emission line to directly,for the first time,measure the bulk Lorentz factor of the jet(Γ)and reveal its time evolution(i.e.,Γ~t^(-1.)during the prompt ***,we find that the flux of the annihilation line in the co-moving frame keeps *** discoveries of the spectral line features shed new and important lights on the physics of GRB and relativistic jet.

Two new piperazine templated lanthanide sulfates （C4N2HI2）1.5[Ln（SO4）3（H20）]H20[Ln=Gd（1., Tb（2）] have been synthesized solvothermally and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction（XRD）, infrared（IR） spectroscopy, thermal analysis, fluorescent spectra and inductively coupled plasma（ICP）. Single crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that both compounds 1.and 2 crystallized in the monoclinic crystal system, with space group P2t/c and cell dimensions： a=0.64468（1.） nm, b=2.9979（9） nm, c=0.981.（3） nm, fl=1.1.271.4）, V=l.8608（1.） nm3, Z=4 for compound 1. a=0.64259（1.） nm, b=3.001.（9） rim, c=0.981.（3） nm, fl=1.1.229（4）, V=1.8560（1.） nm3, Z=4 for compound 2. Compounds 1.and 2 are isomorphous and have similar 2D corrugated inorganic frameworks fabricated via the connection of single chains and $204 groups, while fully protonated piperazine cations and water molecules are located between the inorganic layers. The solid state luminescent properties of compound 2 were investigated and it displayed a typical luminescent property of Tb3＋ with excitation wavelength at 371.nm.

Various SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses have been increasingly identified in pangolins,showing a potential threat to *** we report the infectivity and pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2-related virus,PCoV-GX/P2V,which was isolated from a Malayan pangolin(Manis javanica).PCoV-GX/P2V could grow in human hepatoma,colorectal adenocarcinoma cells,and human primary nasal epithelial *** replicated more efficiently in cells expressing human angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(hACE2)as SARS-CoV-2 *** intranasal inoculation to the hACE2-transgenic mice,PCoV-GX/P2V not only replicated in nasal turbinate and lungs,but also caused interstitial pneumonia,characterized by infiltration of mixed inflammatory cells and multifocal alveolar *** population immunity established by SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination may not protect people from PCoV-GX/P2V *** findings further verify the hACE2 utility of PCoV-GX/P2V by in vivo experiments using authentic viruses and highlight the importance for intensive surveillance to prevent possible cross-species transmission.

Background The aim of this study was to characterize the variable phenotypes and outcomes associated with the methylmalonic aciduria and homocystinuria type C protein gene(MMACHC)c.482G>A mutation in 1.5 Chinese cases with CblC *** We carried out a national,retrospective multicenter study of 1.5 Chinese patients with CblC disease attributable to the MMACHC c.482G>A variant either in a homozygous or compound heterozygous *** control group consisted of 200 patients diagnosed with CblC disease who did not possess the c.482G>A *** features,including disease onset,symptoms,biochemical metabolites,gene mutation,and follow-up outcomes were reviewed and analyzed in *** median follow-up period spanned 3 years and 8 months,with a range of 1.year and 2 months to 1. years and 1. *** Among 1.5 patients carrying the c.482G>A variant,1.5(64.1.)cases were diagnosed by newborn screening(NBS),60(30.8%)cases were detected due to disease onset,and 1.(5.1.)cases were identified from sibling *** hundred and seventeen(93.6%)individuals who were diagnosed by NBS,and nine patients who came from sibling diagnoses remained asymptomatic in this *** 69 symptomatic patients of the c.482G>A group,more patients presented with later onset,and the top six common clinical symptoms at disease onset were developmental delay(59.4%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(50.7%),cognitive decline(37.7%),gait instability and abnormal posture(36.2%),seizures(26.1.),and psychiatric and behavioral disturbances(24.6%).In the 1.9 symptomatic patients lacking c.482G>A variants,the most frequently observed clinical manifestations at disease onset included developmental delay(81.8%),lethargy and feeding difficulty(62.9%),lower limb weakness and poor exercise tolerance(54.7%),prolonged neonatal jaundice(51.6%),vomiting(47.2%),and seizures(32.7%).Before treatment,the levels of blood propionylcarnitine,propionylcarnitine/acetylcarnitine ratio

以β位氯代的噻吩衍生物3,6-二氯噻吩并[3,2-b]噻吩(2ClTT)为C-H单体、溴代噻吩取代吡咯并吡咯二酮(DPPC1.-Br)或溴代异靛蓝(IIDC1.-Br)为C-Br单体,采用直接芳基化缩聚(DArP)合成了共轭聚合物DPP-2ClTT和IID-2ClTT.氯原子的引入可大幅提高并噻吩α-C-H键的反应活性,理论计算表明,2ClTT的直接芳基化反应活性与文献报道的高活性氯代联噻吩C-H单体的活性相当.此外,利用氯原子较强的电负性,可以降低聚合物的前线轨道能级,DPP-2ClTT和IID-2ClTT的HOMO/LUMO能级分别为-5.35/-3.66 eV和-5.88/-3.73 eV.由于具有合适的HOMO和LUMO能级以及离域的HOMO和LUMO轨道,以DPP-2ClTT为活性层制备的有机薄膜晶体管(OTFT)表现出双极传输特性,最高电子和空穴迁移率分别为1.36和0.89 cm^(2)/V/s. IID-2ClTT具有较低的HOMO能级以及较为定域的HOMO轨道,因而该聚合物在OTFT器件中表现出n型传输特性,最高电子迁移率为0.029 cm^(2)/V/s.相比于IID-2ClTT,DPP-2ClTT高的电子迁移率可归因于其好的骨架平面性、有序的分子堆积以及优异的薄膜形貌.
