City level co_(2) and local air pollutants co-control performance evaluation: A case study of 113 key envir on mental protection cities in China

‘co-control',or synergistically reducing co_(2)and local air polluta nt emissions,is an important strategy for cities to achieve'low carb on'and'blue sky'***,there were few studies to evaluate and compare the level of co-control of co_(2) and local air pollutants in cities *** present study proposed qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the level of co-control of co_(2)and three local air pollutant(SO_(2).NOX,and particulate matter PM)emissions in key environmental protection cities in China over two periods(2012-2015 and 2015-2018).Statistical analysis found that,though three local air pollutant emissions positively correlated with co_(2) emission,no significantly positive correlation was found between local air pollutants emission reductions and co_(2) emission reductions,indicating that co-control effects were poor in *** using the co-control effect coordinate system,qualitative evaluation showed that less than half of the sample cities could achieve co-control of the total amount of co_(2) and local air *** employing the indicator of emission reduction equivalence(EReq),quantitative evaluation showed that the co-control level of the sample cities improved in 2015-2018 compared with *** regression analysis showed that,reducing coal consumption and economic development significantly enhanced the co-control performance of the observed *** present case study proved that the proposed methods for evaluation and comparison of the city co-control performance works well,and can be used in other countries and regions to promote global cities racing to carbon and local air pollutants co-control.

With a further increase in energy flexibility for customers,short-term load forecasting is essential to provide benchmarks for economic dispatch and real-time alerts in power *** electrical load series exhibit periodic patterns and share high associations with metrological ***,current studies have merely focused on point-wise models and failed to sufficiently investigate the periodic patterns of load series,which hinders the further improvement of short-term load forecasting ***,this paper improved Autoformer to extract the periodic patterns of load series and learn a representative feature from deep decomposition and *** addition,a novel multi-factor attention mechanism was proposed to handle multi-source metrological and numerical weather prediction data and thus correct the forecasted electrical *** paper also compared the proposed model with various competitive *** the experimental results reveal,the proposed model outperforms the benchmark models and maintains stability on various types of load consumers.

Syntheses Characterization of Chloro-cyclopentadienyltricarbonyl-molybdenum with β-Cyclodextrin Supramolecular

Organotransition metal complex have been extensively used as homogeneous catalysts in organic reactions and much effort has been paid to improve their activity and selectively. Cyclodextrins have been studied as a model of enzyme for selective catalysis. However, so far there are only a few reports on the inclusion compounds of organometallic complexes with cyclodextrins. Breslow et *** high acylation rates for β-CD using ferrocene derivatives and assumed β-CD substrate complexes as intermediate [1]..larad et al reported the preparation and propertics of cyclodextrin-ferrocen inclusion compounds as the first example of cyclodextrin inclusion compounds of organotransition metal complexes[2]. Song Le-Xin et al reported the supramolecular inclusion compound of β-cyclodextrin with cyclopentadieny-tricarbonylmanganese [3] .To our knowledge, there are no reports of inclusion compounds of β-CD with molybdenum organometallic complexes. In the present work we described the preparation and properties of the supramolecular of CpMo(co)3Cl with β-CD in details.　　……

A comparative Study of Genetic Algorithm Parameters for the Inverse Problem-based Fault Diagnosis of Liquid Rocket Propulsion Systems

Fault diagnosis of liquid rocket propulsion systems （LRPSs） is a very important issue in space launch activities particularly when manned space missions are accompanied, since the safety and reliability can be significantly enhanced by exploiting an efficient fault diagnosis system. Currently, inverse problem-based diagnosis has attracted a great deal of research attention in fault diagnosis domain. This methodology provides a new strategy to model-based fault diagnosis for monitoring the health of propulsion systems. To solve the inverse problems arising from the fault diagnosis of LRPSs, GAs have been adopted in recent years as the first and effective choice of available numerical optimization tools. However, the GA has many control parameters to be chosen in advance and there still lack sound theoretical tools to analyze the effects of these parameters on diagnostic performance analytically. In this paper a comparative study of the influence of GA parameters on diagnostic results is conducted by performing a series of numerical experiments. The objective of this study is to investigate the contribution of individual algorithm parameter to final diagnostic result and provide reasonable estimates for choosing GA parameters in the inverse problem-based fault diagnosis of LRPSs. Some constructive remarks are made in conclusion and will be helpful for the implementation of GA to the fault diagnosis practice of LRPSs in the future.

The comparative analysis based on maize integrated QTL map and meta-analysis of plant height QTLs

1201 published maize QTLs conferring for 68 traits were collected and imported into local CMap software to construct an integrated QTL map,which can be used for marker-mining,QTL localiza- tion,gene cloning and marker-assisted selection. The maize integrated QTL map showed that maize QTLs for various traits usually clustered in all chromosomes. 22 plant height QTLs of maize were co-linear with 64 plant height QTLs of rice,43 grain yield QTLs of maize were co-liner with 7 grain yield QTLs of rice. 127 plant height QTLs of maize were refined by means of “overview” analysis. At last,40 “real” QTLs were identifed. A substantial number of candidate quantitative trait genes for plant height of maize were found. These results established an important bioin- formatics platform for extracting most of maize QTL information.

TSPAN1 protein expression:A significant prognostic indicator for patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma

AIM:To determine if TSPAN1 overexpression is associated with clinicopathological and prognostic factors in human colorectal ***:Total RNA was extracted in 20 human adenocarcinoma tissues for TSPAN1 mRNA assay by ***-eight specimens of human colorectal adenocarcinoma were surgically ***1 protein levels in cancer tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry using a polyclonal antibody against self-prepared *** correlation between TSPAN1 expression and the clinicopathological factors and the overall survival rate was analyzed by univariate and multivariate ***:TSPAN1 mRNA was detected in 90.0%(18/20) of cancerous *** light density of TSPAN1 mRNA expression levels was 0.89 ± 0.30 in adenocarcinoma by gel-image ***1 protein expression was detected in 78.41%(69/88) and weakly expressed in 40% normal colorectal *** were significant differences between colorectal adenocarcinoma and normal control epithelium(P colorectal cancerous tissue was significantly correlated with the histological grade,cell expression PCNA,lymph nodal metastasis and TNM staging of the *** with TSPAN1 protein overexpression had a significantly shorter survival period than that in patients with TSPAN1 protein negative or weak expression,respectively(P colorectal cancers(P confidence interval 0.302-1.208).coNCLUSION:The expression of TSPAN1 gene is increased in colorectal carcinoma,suggesting that TSPAN1 might serve as an independent prognostic factor for the colorectal adenocarcinoma patients.

The pathogenic cascade of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)characterized by amyloid-β protein accumulation is still poorly understood,partially owing to the limitations of relevant models without in vivo neural tissue microenvironment to recapitulate cell-cell *** better mimic neural tissue microenvironment,three-dimensional(3D)core-shell AD model constructs containing human neural progenitor cells(NSCs)with 2% matrigel as core bioink and 2% alginate as shell bioink have been bioprinted by a co-axial bioprinter,with a suitable shell thickness for nutrient exchange and barrier-free cell interaction *** constructs exhibit cell self-clustering and-assembling properties and engineered reproducibility with long-term cell viability and self-renewal,and a higher differentiation level compared to 2D and 3D MIX *** different effects of 3D bioprinted,2D,and MIX microenvironments on the growth of NSCs are mainly related to biosynthesis of amino acids and glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism on day 2 and ribosome,biosynthesis of amino acids and proteasome on day ***,the model constructs demonstrated Aβ aggregation and higher expression of Aβ and tau isoform genes compared to 2D and MIX *** model constructs will provide a promising strategy to facilitate the development of a 3D in vitro AD model for neurodegeneration research.

Response of Zhadang Glacier runoffin Nam co Basin,Tibet,to changes in air temperature and precipitation form

This paper describes 2007/2008 inter-annual changes in runoff from the Zhadang Glacier located on the northern slope of Nyainqêntanglha Range,Tibet,and analyzes their *** increased by 17.9%in summer months of 2008 compared with the same period in 2007,drainage basin runoff decreased by 33.3%,and glacial meltwater decreased by 53.8%.Change in positive accumulated air temperature explained approximately half of the inter-annual difference in glacial meltwater using a degree-day *** suggests that the glacier is extremely sensitive to changes in air *** balance analysis showed that change in glacier surface albedo,considered to be caused by difference in precipitation form,resulted in the large inter-annual difference in glacial *** was shown statistically that precipitation form in the summer months of 2007 was mainly rainfall which comprised 71.5%of total precipitation,while during the same period in 2008 rainfall accounted for 30.7%,with the majority of precipitation falling as *** form should be considered an independent factor when analyzing glacier sensitivity to climate change or forecasting the runoff from certain glaciers.

Differentiations of 5-HT and GAS cells in the digestive canals of Rana chensinensis tadpoles

In the current study, 5-nydroxytryptamine （5-HT） and gastrin （GAS） cells in the digestive canals of Rana chensinensis tadpoles at different developmental stages were investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results showed that the 5-HT cells were only detected in the duodenum before metamorphosis began, and were extensively distributed in the stomach, duodenum, small intestine, and rectum thereafter, with the highest counts found in the duodenum and rectum when metamorphosis was completed. The GAS cells were only distributed in the stomach and duodenum, and only rarely detected in the duodenum before metamorphosis began, but increased in the stomach during metamorphosis and showed zonal distribution in the gastric mucosa when metamorphosis was completed. Metamorphosis is a critical period for amphibians, during which structural and functional physiological adaptations are required to transition from aquatic to terrestrial environments. During metamorphosis, the differentiations of 5-HT cells in the gastrointestinal canals of tadpoles could facilitate mucus secretion regulation, improve digestive canal lubrication, and help water- shortage food digestion in terrestrial environments. conversely, GAS cell differentiations during metamorphosis might contribute to the digestive and absorptive function transition from herbivore to omnivore.
