Background The COVID-19 pandemic has placed tremendous pressure on healthcare workers who are at the frontline in the battle against it,causing various forms of psychological *** To outline the prevalence and dynamic changing features of medical workers’psychological issues and to review the related national policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in *** We systematically searched for studies on the psychological states of Chinese medical staff from 1 January 2020 to 8 May *** aggregate prevalence of each psychological issue was calculated and plotted to observe the changes over *** on psychological support for medical staff during the pandemic were reviewed to explore their link to the prevalence of psychological *** In total,26 studies were included in this study.A total of 22062 medical workers were surveyed from 31 January to 27 February *** staff exhibited a substantial prevalence of anxiety symptoms,depression symptoms,stress-related symptoms and sleep problems during the survey period,with aggregate prevalence rates of 27.0%,26.2%,42.1%and 34.5%,*** meta-analyses revealed that the prevalence of psychological distress peaked at the beginning of the pandemic and subsequently exhibited a slow downward *** Chinese medical staff displayed significant psychological disturbance during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,which was especially severe at the early *** supportive policies may help alleviate ongoing psychological problems in healthcare workers.

The sliding wear property of high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel with the equal initial hardness and different microstructures was investigated,and the reasons for the difference of wear resistance between the cementite-bearing(CB)and cementite-free(CF)specimens were *** results show that CF specimens have lower mass loss and surface roughness and shallower wear depth than CB specimens during wear *** with CB specimen,CF specimen presents superior wear *** is due to two reasons:(1)a lot of retained austenite in CF specimen is easy to produce TRIP effect and be transformed into martensite during wear process,which notably increased the surface hardness of worn specimen;(2)there is a nondestructive oxide layer in the surface of cementite-free worn specimen,which can protect the surface of worn specimen from *** the combined effect of retained austenite and oxide layer,the loss of matrix is ***,CF specimen exhibits high wear *** reveals that the wear mechanism of high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel with different microstructures can provide a reference for improving the wear resistance in high-carbon nanostructured bainitic bearing steel in future.

Ammonia borane(NH_(3)BH_(3),AB)has been regarded as a promising chemical hydrogen storage material owing to its high hydrogen density and superior ***,the development of low-cost and high-efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the dehydrogenation of AB has attracted considerable scholarly *** this study,heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)catalysts containing oxygen vacancy(V_(o))with different Co/Sn atomic ratios(designated as V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:x))were synthesized via a simple coprecipitation-calcination method under mild reaction *** catalyst containing an optimized Co/Sn atomic ratio of 5:2(V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:2))exhibited robust catalytic performance with a turnover frequency value of 17.6mol_(H2)·mol^(-1)_(metal)·min^(-1).Moreover,82.6%of the original activity of the catalyst was retained after 14 catalytic cycles,indicating the high stability of the *** characterization combined with the density functional theory(DFT)calculation confirmed the transfer of electrons from Co_(3)O_(4)to Sn O_(2)and the distribution of the separated charges on SnO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)*** transfer of electrons and the distribution of charges facilitated the adsorption and activation of water on the catalyst,thus accelerating the dissociation of H_(2)O molecule(the ratedetermining step of AB hydrolysis).It was found that the V_(o)adjusted the electron structure of the catalysts rather than acted as active *** findings will provide researchers with useful information for designing cheap and highly efficient catalysts for catalytic AB hydrolysis.

Objective To investigate the serum total IgE （tlgE） and specific IgE （slgE） to common allergens among allergic patients in Guangzhou, China. Methods 7 085 patients were examined for tlgE and slgE to 15 allergens, based on the protocols of reversed enzyme allergosorbent test and the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results 3 758 （53.04%） patients tested positive for tlgE, and 4 640 （65.49%） for slgE. Der pteronyssinus, Derfarinae, eggs, and cow＇s milk were the most common allergens leading to higher positive rates of slgE responses. Several peaks of sensitization were： Der pteronyssinus, Derfarinae, and Blomia tropicalis at age 10-12; cow＇s milk at age below 3; eggs at age 4-6. The mean level and positive rate of tlgE tended to increase in subjects sensitized to more allergens. Sensitization to Der pteronyssinus （OR, 1.6; P〈O.05）, Der farinae （OR, 1.5; P〈O.05）, Blomia tropicalis （OR, 1.4; P〈O.05）, Blattella germanica （OR, 1.5; P〈O.05）, cow＇s milk （OR, 1.3; P〈O.05）, and soy beans （OR, 2.0; P〈O.05） were independently correlated with allergy-related conditions in preliminary diagnosis. Conclusion The major allergens in Guangzhou include Derpteronyssinus, Derfarinae, cow＇s milk, and eggs. Sensitization to these allergens appears to be predictors of allergy-related disorder.

Background Atrial fibrillation （AF） and coronary artery disease （CAD） often coexist, however, the clinical characteristics and the impact of stable CAD on the outcomes in Chinese patients with AF has not been well understood. Methods Consecutive AF patients in 20 hospitals in China from November 2008 to October 2011 were enrolled. The primary endpoints included 1-year all-cause mortality, stroke, non-central nervous system （non-CNS） embolism, and major bleeding. Results A total of 1947 AF patients were analyzed, of whom 40.5% had stable CAD. The mean CHADS2 scores in CAD patients were significantly higher than that of non-CAD patients （2.4 - 1.4 vs. 1.4 - 1.2, P 〈 0.001）. During follow-up period, warfarin use is low in both groups, with relatively higher proportion in non-CAD patients compared with CAD patients （22.3% vs. 10.7%, P 〈 0.001）. Compared with non-CAD patients, CAD patients had higher one-year all-cause mortality （16.8% vs. 12.9%, P = 0.017） and incidence of stroke （9.0% vs. 6.4%, P = 0.030）, while the non-CNS embolism and major bleeding rates were comparable between the two groups. After multivariate adjustment, stable CAD was independently associated with increased risk of 1-year all-cause mortality （HR = 1.35, 95% CI： 1.01-1 .80, P = 0.040）, but not associated with stroke （HR = 1.07, 95% CI： 0.72-1.58, P = 0.736）. Conclusions Stable CAD was prevalent in Chinese AF patients and was independently associated with increased risk of 1-year all-cause mortality. Chinese AF patients with stable CAD received inadequate antithrombotic therapy and this grim status of antithrombotic therapy needed to be improved urgently.

Using a nonperturbative quantum electrodynamics theory of high-order harmonic generation （HHG）, a scaling law of HHG is established. The scaling law states that when the atomic binding energy Eb, the wavelength ）, and the intensity I of the laser field change simultaneously to kEb, λ/k, and k3I, respectively. The characteristics of the HHG spectrum remain unchanged, while the harmonic yield is enhanced k3 times. That HHG obeys the same scaling law with above-threshold ionization is a solid proof of the fact that the two physical processes have similar physical mechanisms. The variation of integrated harmonic yields is also discussed.

First acceptance testing of multiple A10 absolute gravimeters in China and analysis of the comparison results

Three A10 absolute gravimeters(AGs) were first acquired in China by the Hubei Earthquake Agency under the Belt and Road Seismic Monitoring Network Project. Although AG measuring and testing technique is not new, the purchase and simultaneous testing of 3 A10 absolute gravimeters is unprecedented in China. This study conducted the first acceptance testing of the AGs at 3 locations(the Jiufengshan Gravity Observation Station, the Global Navigation Satellite System Observation Station in Wuhan, and the Jiugongshan Observation Station in Xianning). The results were compared using a method based on expert validation, and the acceptance testing scheme was formulated by referring to the Technical Regulations for Tectonic Environment Monitoring Networks in China and Specifications for Gravimetry Control. Based on the repeatability, precision, and consistency of the measured g values, the results from each instrument were evaluated using the air pressure precision test. Comparing the instrument reference values, the final test results can identify the indicator parameters for 3 A10 AGs, the effects of the surrounding environment, and the related parameters on measurement precision. The precision of A10-059, A10-058, and A10-057 exceeded 0.78 μGal, 0.79 μGal, and 0.42 μGal, *** testing scheme can be used as a reference for conducting acceptance testing of AGs in the future and obtaining absolute gravimetric measurements.

An optimum heading date is essential for sustainable crop productivity and ensuring high yields. In the present study, F2：3 populations were generated by crossing an early-heading accession, Y2280, with a late-heading accession, Y2282. The heading dates of the F2 and F3 populations were investigated in a field study. Using publicly available simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers, the early heading date gene HdAey2280 was mapped onto Aegilops tauschfi chromosome 7DS between the flanking markers wmc438 and barc126 at distances of 15 and 9.1 cM, respectively. Further analysis indicated that HdAey2280 is a novel heading date gene. New SSR markers were developed based on the Ae. tauschfi draft genome sequence, resulting in four new markers that were linked to the heading date gene HdAey2280. The closest distance of these markers was 1.9 cM away from the gene. The results collected in this study will serve as a framework for map-based cloning and marker-assisted selection in wheat breeding programs in the future.
