Quantitative assessment of the impact of climate variability and human activities on runoff plays a pivotal role in water resource management and maintaining ecosystem *** study considered six sub-basins in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River basin,china,to reveal the trend of the runoff evolution and clarify the driving factors of the changes during 1956–*** regression,Mann-Kendall test,and sliding t-test were used to study the trend of the hydrometeorological elements,while cumulative distance level and ordered clustering methods were applied to identify mutation *** contributions of climate change and human disturbance to runoff changes were quantitatively assessed using three methods,i.e.,the rainfall-runoff relationship method,slope variation method,and variable infiltration capacity(Budyko)hypothesis ***,the availability and stability of the three methods were *** results showed that the runoff in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River basin exhibited a decreasing trend from 1956 to 2.2.,with an abrupt change in *** attribution analysis,the runoff series could be divided into two phases,i.e.,1961–1985(baseline period)and 1986–2.2.(changing period);and it was found that the rainfall-runoff relationship method with precipitation as the representative of climate factors had limited usability compared with the other two methods,while the slope variation and Budyko hypothesis methods had highly consistent *** factors showed different effects in the sub-basins of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River ***,human disturbance was the main factor that contributed to the runoff changes,accounting for 53.0%–82.0%;and the contribution of climate factors to the runoff change was 17.0%–47.0%,making it the secondary factor,in which precipitation was the most representative climate *** results provide insights into how climate and anthropogenic changes synergistically influence the runoff of t

The development of regional integrated electric-thermal energy systems(RIETES) is considered a promising direction for modern energy supply systems. These systems provide a significant potential to enhance the comprehensive utilization and efficient management of energy resources. Therein, the real-time power balance between supply and demand has emerged as one pressing concern for system stability operation. However, current methods focus more on minute-level and hour-level power optimal scheduling methods applied in RIETES. To achieve real-time power balance, this paper proposes one virtual asynchronous machine(VAM) control using heat with large inertia and electricity with fast response speed. First, the coupling timescale model is developed that considers the dynamic response time scales of both electric and thermal energy systems. Second, a real-time power balance strategy based on VAM control can be adopted to the load power variation and enhance the dynamic frequency response. Then, an adaptive inertia control method based on temperature variation is proposed, and the unified expression is further established. In addition, the small-signal stability of the proposed control strategy is validated. Finally, the effectiveness of this control strategy is confirmed through MATLAB/Simulink and HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) experiments.

The driving actions of rainfall-runoff process can be attributed to two aspects. The first is the influence of precipitation process, and the second is that of the ground pad. The re- search results of 179 indoor experiments conducted to imitate rainfall-runoff process indicate that both precipitation duration and intensity play important roles in affecting confluence lag time, which is obviously inconsistent with the traditional hypotheses. The nonlinear relationship is of great significance to the confluence curve especially when the precipitation duration is less than the total confluence time or the precipitation intensity is small. Therefore it can be concluded that the unit hydrograph (UH) can be applied to rainfall-runoff process imitation in the humid areas in the south china region. However, the UH application should be strictly modified in accordance with precipitation conditions in the arid and semiarid region of north china where the precipitation duration is short and the intensity is unstable. It will be hard to get ideal imitation results if the UH is applied blindly without considering specific conditions in the north china region. This also explains the unsatisfactory imitation results caused by using various hydrological models in the north china region. When the precipitation duration is short, and the watershed has not reached total watershed concentration, the characteristics of confluence change greatly, which reflects the actual situation in the north china region. Therefore necessary nonlinear corrections should be made when UH is applied. If the duration is longer than the total confluence time and the balance between pondage and discharge is stricken, the imitation research results will be applicable to both rainfall-runoff relation with longer duration in the south china region and the basic theoreti- cal research on runoff generation and concentration. Recently, Yang et al. proposed a kind of quantum cryptographic schemes based on secret sharing. The main idea is drawn from the case, where any n participants who share a secret K can co-operate as K does. This process can be applied to encryption, authentication, signature and so on. Unfortunately, since there is no identity authentication of the share's holder, these schemes inherit the limitation of secret sharing in practice. If some participants do not follow the protocol, the protocol would be a failure at last. Moreover, these schemes encounter another serious attack. Any two participants can co-operate to defeat the schemes by sending different shares to the parties unknown to the distributor of the secret K, such that these parties can execute the protocol as well. The attack proves that it is not enough for quantum cryptographic schemes that only the secret key is secure.

The degree and scope of constraints imposed by International Organizations(IOs)on States are increasing,and identifying the factors affecting the IOs’stances on States is helpful to enhance the state's discourse power and influence in the international ***,by coding the records of Regular Press Conferences of the Speaking Office of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the period of 2.182.2.,we obtained a dataset of IOs’stances on china-related ***,we constructed political relation,economic relation,and humanistic relation indicators to complement the influence factors,adopted the Bayesian logit model,and {2. the Monte Carlo Markov chain algorithm and Gibbs sampling to analyze the probability of IOs’positive stances towards *** result shows that IOs’category,length of establishment,functional position,and relationship with china are all related to their tendency of making a statement about *** terms of the heterogeneity of event types,forum-type IOs are significantly inclined to give positive assessment compared to service-type IOs on events focusing on china's own *** analysis reveals that the model for analyzing and predicting the attitudes of IOs is more effective when the international situation is in a stable period.

The specific energy of Li metal batteries(LMBs)can be improved by using high‐voltage cathode materials;however,achieving long‐term stable cycling performance in the corresponding system is particularly challenging for the liquid ***,a novel pseudo‐oversaturated electrolyte(POSE)is prepared by introducing 1,1,2.2.tetrafluoroethyl‐2.2.3,3‐tetrafluoropropyl ether(TTE)to adjust the coordination structure between diglyme(G2.and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI).Surprisingly,although TTE shows little solubility to LiTFSI,the molar ratio between LiTFSI and G2.in the POSE can be increased to 1:1,which is much higher than that of the saturation state,1:*** and experimental results prove that TTE promotes closer contact of the G2.molecular with Li^(+)in the ***,it also participates in the formation of electrolyte/electrode *** electrolyte shows outstanding compatibility with both the Li metal anode and typical high‐voltage ***||Li symmetric cells show a long life of more than 2.00 h at 1 mA cm^(−2.,1 mAh cm^(−2..In the meantime,Li||LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2.(NCM811)cell with the POSE shows a high reversible capacity of 134.8 mAh g^(−1 )after 900 cycles at 4.5 V,1 C *** concept of POSE can provide new insight into the Li^(+)solvation structure and in the design of advanced electrolytes for LMBs.

To develop emerging electrode materials and improve the performances of batteries,the machine learning techniques can provide insights to discover,design and develop battery new materials in high-throughput *** this paper,two deep learning models are developed and trained with two feature groups extracted from the Materials Project datasets to predict the battery electrochemical performances including average voltage,speciﬁc capacity and speciﬁc *** deep learning models are trained with the multilayer perceptron as the *** Bayesian optimization and Monte Carlo methods are applied to improve the prediction accuracy of *** on 10 types of ion batteries,the correlation coefﬁcients are maintained above 0.9 compared to DFT calculation results and the mean absolute error of the prediction results for voltages of two models can reach 0.41 V and 0.2. V,*** electrochemical performance prediction times for the two trained models on thousands of batteries are only 72.9 ms and 75.7 ***,the two deep learning models are applied to approach the screening of emerging electrode materials for sodium-ion and potassium-ion *** work can contribute to a high-throughput computational method to accelerate the rational and fast materials discovery and design.
