The battery management system is employed to monitor the external temperature of the lithium-ion battery in order to detect any potential ***,this outside–in detection method often suffers from a lag and is therefore unable to accurately predict the battery’s real-time ***,an inside–out frequency response approach is used to accurately monitor the battery’s state at various temperatures in real-time and correlate it with the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)evolution of the graphite *** SEI evolution at temperatures of−15,25,60,and 90℃exhibits certain regular characteristics with temperature *** a temperature of−15℃,the Li^(+)-solvent interaction of lithium-ion slowed down,resulting in a significant reduction in *** 25℃,a LiF-rich inorganic SEI was identified as forming,which facilitated lithium-ion ***,high temperatures would induce decomposition of lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF_(6))and lithium-ion *** the extreme temperature of 90℃,the SEI would be organic-rich,and Li_(x)P_(y)F_(z),a decomposition product of lithium salts,was further oxidized to Li_(x)PO_(y)F_(z),which led to a surge in the charge-transfer resistance at SEI(R_(sei))and a reduction in Coulombic efficiency(CE).This changing relationship can be recorded in real time from the inside out by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)*** provides a new theoretical basis for the structural evolution of lithium-ion batteries and the regular characterization of EIS.

Elucidating the flow features around piles in local scouring processes is crucial for studies of local scouring mechanisms and scour depth *** study details the flow turbulence characteristics of two submerged piles that are determined by solving the Navier-Stokes equations with the improved delayed detached eddy simulation *** model is verified by comparing experimental and numerical results for hydrodynamic parameters with the literature for both square-crossing piles(SCPs)and circular-crossing piles(CCPs).Original topographies of flat and scoured beds(i.e.,the initial and equilibrium scouring stages)are based on experimental results obtained by the authors in the present *** and CCP flow features in the scouring process are *** results indicate that during the scouring process,the time-averaged drag coefficient and root mean square(rms)of the lift coefficient increase linearly in the CCP test,while the rms of the lift coefficient in the SCP test decreases ***,the minimum pressure coefficient is always located in the upstream corners in the SCP case but moves from 72.5°to 79.5°when the scour hole is completely developed in the CCP *** flow behind the pile,which is generated by separated boundary layers above the top face of the pile,can reach the sand bed and turn the separated shear layers into patches of small vortices in the near-wake ***,the high shear stress zones are mainly at the scour edges under scoured-bed conditions.

新发现的洪深、赵清阁在抗战期间与文艺奖助金管理委员会、国民政府教育部的往来书信等档案材料,呈现了战时戏剧奖助机制的生态面貌。戏剧及其演出带来的巨大宣传和教育价值使得国民政府在抗战期间对此种文艺体裁进行了专门性的奖励救助投入,包括相关的奖助机制、活动、机构和资金。这使得大量戏剧从业人士尤其是剧作家们受益其中。但是一方面,这些政府主导的戏剧奖助体系治标不治本,并不能改变剧作家们因为战争及其带来的恶性通货膨胀导致的贫病交加的生存和创作环境;另一方面,不同剧作家们由个性、习惯所形成的不同受助心理也直接影响了其各自的受奖受助生态乃至命运,洪深和赵清阁正是其中的两个典型个案。

本文基于金融衍生品的主要类型和特点,探讨跨境金融衍生品交易所得定性、来源认定和税收管辖权分配等问题。不同于传统贷款或股权交易,金融衍生品交易所得难以被定性为股息或利息,使现行税收协定关于股息、利息等所得的规则无法适用于跨境金融衍生品交易所得,来源国将面临税收流失。同时,金融衍生品可为纳税人提供避税机会,而基于主要目的测试的反避税规则存在不确定性。因此,在税收协定或国内法中就金融衍生品交易所得进行专门规定将更有针对性。此外,非居民金融机构通过远程金融衍生品交易从市场国取得大量营业利润时,与适用于支柱一金额A规则的企业在市场国开展经营活动相类似。因此,国际社会可借鉴支柱一金额A规则,将金融机构部分营业利润在市场国之间进行分配。

目的:探讨虎杖苷通过抑制转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠AS斑块和内皮炎症反应的改善作用。方法:将60只大鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、虎杖苷低、中、高剂量组和阳性对照组,每组10只。正常对照组大鼠用普通饲料喂养,其余各组大鼠采用高脂饲料喂养与维生素D3腹腔注射联合的方法制备AS大鼠模型。虎杖苷低、中、高剂量组大鼠每天灌胃虎杖苷40、80、160 mg/kg,阳性对照组大鼠每天灌胃辛伐他汀5 mg/kg,模型对照组和空白对照组大鼠每天灌胃等量生理盐水。给药结束后,油红O染色观察大鼠主动脉AS斑块形成情况;全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、IL-6、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)含量;蛋白免疫印迹法检测大鼠TGF-β1、Smad2/3、p-Smad2/3蛋白表达水平。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠主动脉内壁出现大量AS斑块,血清中TG、TC、LDL-C水平及TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CRP、MCP-1、Hcy、ICAM、ET-1含量明显升高,HDL-C水平明显降低,主动脉组织中TGF-β1蛋白表达、p-Smad2/3/Smad2/3显著升高(P0.05),其余指标均比虎杖苷高剂量组更低(P<0.05)。结论:虎杖苷通过调节血脂、降低细胞炎症因子的表达,从而减少AS斑块的形成,改善AS大鼠体内的炎症反应,其机制与抑制TGF-β/Smad信号通路激活有关。
