Accurately predicting fluid forces acting on the sur-face of a structure is crucial in engineering ***,this task becomes particularly challenging in turbulent flow,due to the complex and irregular changes in the flow *** this study,we propose a novel deep learning method,named mapping net-work-coordinated stacked gated recurrent units(MSU),for pre-dicting pressure on a circular cylinder from velocity ***-cally,our coordinated learning strategy is designed to extract the most critical velocity point for prediction,a process that has not been explored *** our experiments,MSU extracts one point from a velocity field containing 121 points and utilizes this point to accurately predict 100 pressure points on the *** method significantly reduces the workload of data measure-ment in practical engineering *** experimental results demonstrate that MSU predictions are highly similar to the real turbulent data in both spatio-temporal and individual ***,the comparison results show that MSU predicts more precise results,even outperforming models that use all velocity field *** with state-of-the-art methods,MSU has an average improvement of more than 45%in various indicators such as root mean square error(RMSE).Through comprehensive and authoritative physical verification,we estab-lished that MSU’s prediction results closely align with pressure field data obtained in real turbulence *** confirmation underscores the considerable potential of MSU for practical applications in real engineering *** code is available at https://***/zhangzm0128/MSU.

The identification of dominant driving factors for different ecosystem services(ESs)is crucial for ecological conservation and sustainable ***,the spatial heterogeneity of the dominant driving factors affecting various ESs has not been adequately elucidated,particularly in ecologically fragile *** study employed the integrated valuation of ESs and trade-offs(InVEST)model to evaluate four ESs,namely,water yield(WY),soil conservation(SC),habitat quality(HQ),and carbon storage(CS),and then to identify the dominant driving factors of spatiotemporal differentiation of ES and further to characterize the spatial heterogeneity characteristics of the dominant driving factors in the eco-fragile areas of the upper Yellow River,China from 2000 to *** results demonstrated that WY exhibited northeast-high and northwest-low patterns in the upper Yellow River region,while high values of SC and CS were distributed in central forested areas and a high value of HQ was distributed in vast grassland *** CS,WY,and SC exhibited decreasing trends over *** most critical factors affecting WY,SC,HQ,and CS were the actual evapotranspiration,precipitation,slope,and normalized difference vegetation index,*** addition,the effects of different factors on various ESs exhibited spatial *** results could provide spatial decision support for eco-protection and rehabilitation in ecologically fragile areas.

Human activities and industrialization have signiﬁcantly increased soil nutrients,such as nitrogen(N)and phos-phorus(P),profoundly impacting the composition and structure of plant community,as well as the ecosystem functions,especially in nutrient-limited ***,as the key propagule pool of perennial grasslands,how belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation respond to short-term changes in soil nutrients was still *** this study,we conducted a short-term(2021–2022)soil fertilization experiment with N addition(10 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))and P addition(5 g N m^(-2) yr^(-1))in the meadow steppe of Inner Mongolia,China,to explore the responses of belowground bud bank,aboveground shoot population and their relationships(represented by the ratio of bud to shoot density-meristem limitation index(MLI))for the whole community and three plant functional groups(perennial rhizomatous grasses-PR,perennial bunchgrasses-PB,and perennial forbs-PF)to nutrient *** short-term nutrient addition had no signiﬁcant inﬂuences on belowground bud density,aboveground shoot density,and MLI of the whole plant *** functional groups showed different responses to soil ***ﬁcally,N addition signiﬁcantly increased the bud density and shoot density of PR,especially in combination with P addition.N addition reduced the shoot density of PF but had no inﬂuence on its bud density and *** addition had signiﬁcant effects on the three indicators of *** study indicates that the belowground bud bank and its relationship with aboveground vegetation in temperate meadow steppe are insensitive to short-term soil fertilization,but plant functional groups exhibit speciﬁc responses in terms of population regeneration,which implies that plant community composition and ecosystem functions will be changed under the ongoing global change.

Strategies to improve T cell therapy efficacy in solid tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are urgently *** common cytokine receptorγchain(γc)family cytokines such as IL-2,IL-7,IL-15 and IL-21 play fundamental roles in T cell development,differentiation and effector *** study aims to determine the combination effects of IL-21 in T cell therapy against HCC and investigate optimized strategies to utilize the effect of IL-21 signal in T cell *** antitumor function of AFP-specific T cell receptor-engineered T cells(TCR-T)was augmented by exogenous IL-21 in vitro and in ***-21 enhanced proliferation capacity,promoted memory differentiation,downregulated PD-1 expression and alleviated apoptosis in TCR-T after activation.A novel engineered IL-21 receptor was established,and TCR-T armed with the novel engineered IL-21 receptors(IL-21R-TCR-T)showed upregulated phosphorylated STAT3 expression without exogenous IL-21 ***-21R-TCR-T showed better proliferation upon activation and superior antitumor function in vitro and in ***-21R-TCR-T exhibited a less differentiated,exhausted and apoptotic phenotype than conventional TCR-T upon repetitive tumor antigen *** novel IL-21 receptor in our study programs powerful TCR-T and can avoid side effects induced by IL-21 systemic *** novel IL-21 receptor creates new opportunities for next-generation TCR-T against HCC.

电动汽车充电站负荷波动的不确定性与长时间预测任务给提升充电负荷预测精度带来巨大的挑战。文中提出一种基于动态自适应图神经网络的电动汽车充电负荷预测算法。首先,构建了一个充电负荷信息时空关联特征提取层,将多头注意力机制与自适应相关图结合生成具有时空关联性的综合特征表达式,以捕获充电站负荷的波动性;然后,将提取的特征输入到时空卷积层,捕获时间和空间之间的耦合关系;最后,通过切比雪夫多项式图卷积与多尺度时间卷积提升模型耦合长时间序列之间的能力。以Palo Alto数据集为例,与现有方法相比,所提算法在4种波动情况下的平均预测误差大幅降低。

目的探讨改良ROX(mROX)指数预测经鼻高流量氧疗(HFNC)治疗新冠病毒感染致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者结局的价值。方法采用回顾性观察性研究,纳入2022年12月至2023年6月兰州大学第二医院重症监护病房(ICU)收治的新冠病毒感染致ARDS且需要HFNC治疗的57例患者。根据是否成功撤机将患者分为HFNC失败组和HFNC成功组。记录两组患者入ICU后实验室检查、入ICU首个24 h的急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)和序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)、HFNC治疗即刻和6 h后生命体征及动脉血气分析、治疗方案、ICU住院时间、总住院时间,电话随访患者28 d和90 d结局。采用单因素分析上述指标,将有意义的指标纳入二元多因素Logistic回归分析,分析患者HFNC失败的影响因素;绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析HFNC失败组和HFNC成功组患者28 d和90 d结局;绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析6 h mROX指数和6 h ROX指数预测患者HFNC成功的价值。结果共纳入57例新冠病毒感染致ARDS患者,其中HFNC成功组34例,HFNC失败组23例。与HFNC成功组比较,HFNC失败组的降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血乳酸(Lac)水平及使用升压药比例、连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)比例、APACHEⅡ评分和SOFA评分、治疗即刻和6 h呼吸频率(RR)均明显升高,ICU住院时间明显延长,治疗即刻氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)及治疗即刻和6 h SpO2、PaO2、ROX指数、mROX指数均明显降低(均P4.5时,预测HFNC治疗成功的可能性更大。

推进以区域贸易协定(RTA)为代表的区域经济一体化是构建更加紧密的亚太产业链供应链的重要依托。文章以1995~2018年亚太经济体间签订的RTA为准自然实验,运用多时点双重差分法考察了RTA对亚太产业链深度合作的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明,RTA显著促进了亚太产业链深度合作,这种促进效应主要通过降低贸易成本和缩小经济自由度差异实现。异质性分析表明,RTA对亚太产业链深度合作的促进效应存在显著的条款类型、经济体对、地理区域、RTA类型、亚太价值链地位差异、RTA网络结构及双边政治关系等多重异质性。基于中国的经验分析表明,RTA显著促进了中国参与亚太产业链深度合作,且该促进效应在涵盖“WTO-X”条款的RTA及与亚太发达经济体(或非东亚经济体)的产业链深度合作情形下更为凸显。
