[目的]农田镉(Cd)污染是当前我国水稻产业高质量发展面临的主要环境问题之一,严重影响稻米商品价值和人民健康。本研究采用田间大区试验,探究水分调控下绿肥种植、石灰施用对稻米Cd含量及水稻产量的影响,以期为水稻安全生产提供技术参考。[方法]试验用早、晚稻品种分别为湘早籼24.和华润2号,试验地在湖南省益阳市,设置常规栽培(CK)、水分调控(W)、绿肥+水分调控(GW)、石灰+水分调控(LW)、绿肥+石灰+水分调控(GLW)共5个处理。[结果]与CK处理相比,W、GW和LW处理早晚稻平均糙米镉含量分别显著降低34.5%、83.5%和83.3%,稻谷镉含量分别显著降低26.3%、82.5%和83.4.;GLW处理仅晚稻的糙米镉含量显著降低4..7%,稻谷镉含量显著降低4..8%。相比CK处理,GW和LW处理早晚稻平均稻壳镉含量分别显著降低71.3%和74.2%,茎叶镉含量显著下降85.3%和79.1.;GLW处理仅晚稻的稻壳镉含量显著降低38.5%,茎叶镉含量显著降低51.9%。相比CK处理,W、GW和LW处理早晚稻平均灌浆期土壤pH值分别显著提高6.2%、23.7%和20.0%,GW处理早晚稻灌浆期土壤有效镉含量显著降低20.0%~22.6%。相比CK处理,GW和LW处理可显著降低早稻稻壳中的Cd向糙米转运;除W处理早稻稻壳和晚稻茎叶较CK处理差异不显著外,其余各处理均可显著降低土壤中的Cd向茎叶、糙米和稻壳富集。各处理间水稻产量差异不显著。[结论]在水稻孕穗后淹水灌溉基础上,配套冬季豆科绿肥种植或春季石灰施用,可实现轻度镉污染稻田水稻安全生产,不影响水稻丰产。

Rechargeable batteries currently hold the largest share of the electrochemical energy storage market,and they play a major role in the sustainable energy transition and industrial decarbonization to respond to global climate *** to the increased popularity of consumer electronics and electric vehicles,lithium-ion batteries have quickly become the most successful rechargeable batteries in the past three decades,yet growing demands in diversified application scenarios call for new types of rechargeable *** efforts are made to developing the next-generation post-Li-ion rechargeable batteries,which include,but are not limited to solid-state batteries,lithium–sulfur batteries,sodium-/potassium-ion batteries,organic batteries,magnesium-/zinc-ion batteries,aqueous batteries and flow *** the great achievements,challenges persist in precise understandings about the electrochemical reaction and charge transfer process,and optimal design of key materials and interfaces in a *** roadmap tends to provide an overview about the current research progress,key challenges and future prospects of various types of rechargeable *** computational methods for materials development,and characterization techniques will also be discussed as they play an important role in battery research.

Targeting the chromatin structural changes of antitumor immunity

SUMMARY Widely distributed haematite-bearing red beds are an important source of palaeomagnetic field ***,unresolved issues regarding remagnetization and inclination shallowing in red beds have questioned the reliability of the palaeomagnetic results obtained from such *** this study,we investigated the remagnetization mechanism in red beds from Lower Triassic sandstones in Yunnan Province,southwestern *** results indicate that the characteristic remanent magnetizations(ChRMs) of most samples(1.2/1.5) are dominated by only one component at temperatures 80-660℃,with a mean direction of D/I= 0.9/4..6°(k = 4.0.2,α= 2.1.).The corresponding geomagnetic pole is 89.1.N, 331.7°E(k = 338.2,A=2.4.).This coincides with the present geomagnetic field,which is a strong indication that these ChRMs are *** rock magnetic and microscope investigations reveal that the remagnetization is due to the acquisition of a chemical remanent magnetization(CRM) carried by authigenic maghemite and *** the widespread remagnetization,about 7 per cent of the studied samples still record a magnetization that we consider to be primary that was isolated at high temperatures 61.-660℃,with a mean direction of D/I = 21..3/1..6°(it = 1..0,α = 1..7°).We propose that the CRM overprinting is controlled by the overlapping degree of the unblocking temperature between the CRM carried by the authigenic haematite and the primary remanent magnetization carried by the detrital *** results further suggest that microscope investigation,rock magnetic proxies for the haematite concentration and susceptibility-temperature curves are useful methods for pre-selecting samples suitable for isolating the primary remanence at this *** linkage among the palaeomagnetic results,rock magnetic proxies and CRM remagnetization mechanism could be extended to other studies,although the detailed proxy would be different due to specific overprint process._

Epigenomic imbalance drives abnormal transcriptional processes,promoting the onset and progression of *** defective gene regulation generally affects carcinogenesis and tumor suppression networks,tumor immunogenicity and immune cells involved in antitumor responses may also be affected by epigenomic changes,which may have significant implications for the development and application of epigenetic therapy,cancer immunotherapy,and their ***,we focus on the impact of epigenetic regulation on tumor immune cell function and the role of key abnormal epigenetic processes,DNA methylation,histone post-translational modification,and chromatin structure in tumor immunogenicity,and introduce these epigenetic research *** emphasize the value of small-molecule inhibitors of epigenetic modulators in enhancing antitumor immune responses and discuss the challenges of developing treatment plans that combine epigenetic therapy and immuno-therapy through the complex interaction between cancer epigenetics and cancer immunology.

The profiles of nutrient salts in the interstitial water of sediment were analyzed in the zhu- jiang Estuary in the summer of 1.99, and based on the profiles of content and characteristic of nutri- ents, the relationship between nutrients in the interstitial water and organic matter decomposition in sediment was discussed. The results showed that ammonium with high content was the main existence form of nutrients in the interstital water of sediment, and the organic matter decomposition was com- pleted in anaerobic condition. The increase of ammonium content in the bottom water resulted from the decomposition of organic matter and release of metabolic production, and the ammonium bottom flux was an important resource for nutrients {1. in the zhujiang Estuary.

ABSTRACT: This paper, with Milanggouwan stratigraphic section as a typical section of the Salawusu River Basin, explores the relation between CaCO3 content distribution and climate change since 1.0 ka B. P. and concludes that: 1. The low-high changes of CaCO3 content in the section has a remarkable corresponding relation with the sedimentary cycles of ancient aeolian sand and overlying fluviolacustrine facies or palaeosols. 2) CaCO3 distribution in aeolian sand is relatively meagre, ranging from 0. 8% - 7. 1.%, or on an average 2. 50% but relatively enriches in the fluviolacustrine faceis and palaeosols, ranging from 2. 20% - 1.. 9% , or on an average 5. 74.. This implies that they have different climatic backgrounds. The former was the product of erosion, transport and deposition by wind under arid and cold climatic conditions, whereas the latter was related to its special low-lying geomorphic position between the Ordos Plateau and Loess Plateau and warm-humid climatic environment. When the climatic became warm and humid, fluviolacustrine and swamp facies developed, soil-forming action strengthened, and low-lying catchment condition was favorable to CaCO3 accumulation. 3) The basic cause responsible for the multicycle of CaCO3 migration and accumulation in the Milanggouwan section may be the multiple alterations of winter and summer monsoons over the Mu Us Desert under the influences of climatic fluctuation of glacial and interglacial periods in the Northern Hemisphere since 1.0ka B. P. .

With the increasing demand for terahertz(THz)technology in security inspection,medical imaging,and flexible electronics,there is a significant need for stretchable and transparent THz electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding *** EMI shielding materials,like opaque metals and carbon-based films,face challenges in achieving both high transparency and high shielding efficiency(SE).Here,a wrinkled structure strategy was proposed to construct ultra-thin,stretchable,and transparent terahertz shielding MXene films,which possesses both isotropous wrinkles(height about 50 nm)and periodic wrinkles(height about 500 nm).Compared to flat film,the wrinkled MXene film(8 nm)demonstrates a remarkable 36.5%increase in SE within the THz *** wrinkled MXene film exhibits an EMI SE of 21.1.dB at the thickness of 1.0 nm,and an average EMI SE/t of 700 dBμm^(−1.over the 0.1.1. *** calculations suggest that the wrinkled structure enhances the film’s conductivity and surface plasmon resonances,resulting in an improved THz wave ***,the wrinkled structure enhances the MXene films’stretchability and *** bending and stretching(at 30%strain)cycles,the average THz transmittance of the wrinkled film is only 0.5%and 2.4.,*** outstanding performances of the wrinkled MXene film make it a promising THz electromagnetic shielding materials for future smart windows and wearable electronics.

Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)is a malignancy from bone marrow myeloid stem cells mainly driven by the fusion gene *** addition to BCR-ABL,other genes including RNF6 are also dysregulated in CML cells.1.RNF6,a ubiquitin ligase of the RING family,promotes various cancer cell proliferation,chemoresistance,and tumor growth in vivo by targeting various proteins for ubiquitination and degradation,including SHP1.TLE3,FOXA1.and MAD1.^(2) However,its specific mechanism in CML is not known.

Biosynthesis and biodegradation of microorganisms critically underpin the development of biotechnology,new drugs and therapies,and environmental ***,most uncultured microbial species along with their metabolic capacities in extreme environments,remain *** we unravel the metabolic potential of microbial dark matters(MDMs)in four deep-inland hypersaline lakes in Xinjiang,*** metagenomic binning,we uncovered a rich diversity of 3030 metagenomeassembled genomes(MAGs)across 82 phyla,revealing a substantial portion,2363 MAGs,as previously unclassified at the genus *** unknown MAGs displayed unique distribution patterns across different lakes,indicating a strong correlation with varied physicochemical *** analysis revealed an extensive array of 9635 biosynthesis gene clusters(BGCs),with a remarkable 94.3 being novel,suggesting untapped biotechnological ***,some MAGs from potentially new phyla exhibited a high density of these *** biosynthesis,our study also identified novel biodegradation pathways,including dehalogenation,anaerobic ammonium oxidation(Anammox),and degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and plastics,in previously unknown microbial *** findings significantly enrich our understanding of biosynthesis and biodegradation processes and open new avenues for biotechnological innovation,emphasizing the untapped potential of microbial diversity in hypersaline environments.
