We investigate a second order parabolic parametrization, w（a） = wt ＋ wa（at - a）2, which is a direct characterization of a possible turning in w. The cosmological consequence of this parametrization is explored by using the observational data of the SNLS3 type Ia supernovae sample, the CMB measurements from WMAP9 and Planck, the Hubble parameter measurement from HST, and the baryon acoustic oscillation （BAO） measurements from 6dFGS, BOSS DRI 1 and improved WiggleZ. We found the existence of a turning point in w at a - 0.7 is favored at 10- CL. In the epoch 0.55 〈 a 〈 0.9, w 〈 -1 is favored at 10- CL, and this significance increases near a - 0.8, reaching a 20- CL. The parabolic parametrization achieve equivalent performance to the ACDM and Chevallier-Polarski-Linder （CPL） models when the Akaike information criterion was used to assess them. Our analysis shows the value of considering high order parametrizations when studying the cosmological constraints on w.

An energy audit of 24 office buildings was conducted in Tianjin, including basic information of buildings, building energy system and energy bills. The investigation results showed that the average intensity of energy consumption in office buildings in Tianjin accounts for 161.51 kW-h/（mZ.a）. By breaking the energy consumption down into detailed items, it was found that the heating system consumed the highest amount of energy （46.6%）, followed by equipment （35.9%）, cooling system （11%） and lighting system （6.69%）. The main factors for office building energy consumption were found and some feasible measures to save energy were proposed.

Development of a general regulatory strategy for efficient overall water splitting remains a challenging ***,a simple,costfairness,and general fluorination strategy is developed to realize surface reconstruction,heteroatom doping,and vacancies engineering over cobalt phosphide(CoP)for acquiring high-performance bifunctional ***,the surface of CoP nanoarrays(NAs)becomes rougher,meanwhile F doped into CoP lattice and creating amounts of P vacancies by fluorination,which caused the increase of active sites and regulation of charge distribution,resulting the excellent electrocatalyst performance of F-CoP NAs/copper foam(CF).The optimized F-CoP NAs/CF delivers a lower overpotential of only 35 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and 231 mV at 50 mA·cm^(−2)for oxygen evolution reaction(OER),and the corresponding overall water splitting requires only 1.48 V cell voltage at 10 mA·cm^(−2),which are superior to the most state-of-theart reported *** work provides an innovative and feasible strategy to construct efficient electrocatalysts.

目的探究血栓弹力图(thromboelastography,TEG)指标与重症医学科(ICU)脓毒症患者住院病死率的关系。方法采用回顾性观察性队列研究方法,对广州医科大学附属第二医院重症医学科2019年6月至2023年6月间诊断为脓毒症,并就诊当天进行TEG的185例患者临床资料进行分析。根据脓毒症患者住院转归分为生存组(n=112)和死亡组(n=73),分析基线特征及TEG指标,采用多因素Cox回归评估TEG指标与脓毒症患者住院病死率之间的相关性。用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析TEG指标对脓毒症患者住院病死率的预测价值,并根据最佳截取值分组绘制住院病死率Kaplan-Meier生存曲线。对各分类变量分层进行敏感性分析。结果共纳入185例ICU脓毒症患者中,死亡73例,住院病死率39.5%。两组脓毒症患者R值、K值、α角、氧合指数、总胆红素(TBIL)、乳酸、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,K值每增加1分钟,脓毒症患者住院病死率将增加21%[HR=1.21,95%置信区间(95%CI)为1.1~1.33,P<0.001];最大振幅(MA值)每增加1 mm,脓毒症患者住院病死率将减少4%[HR=0.96,95%CI 0.93~0.98,P<0.001]。K值和MA值预测脓毒症患者住院病死率的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.834(95%CI 0.760~0.887)和0.648(95%CI 0.552~0.719)。K值最佳截取值为2.15时,敏感度为0.685,特异度为0.857,阳性预测值为0.758,阴性预测值为0.807;MA值最佳截取值为55.45 mm时,敏感度为0.397,特异度为0.866,阳性预测值为0.660,阴性预测值为0.688。根据K值与MA值最佳截取值将患者分为低K值组(<2.15 min)和高K值组(≥2.15 min)、低MA值组(<55.45 mm)和高MA值组(≥55.45 mm)。K-M生存曲线显示,高K值组住院累积存活率显著低于低K值组(Log-rank检验:P<0.0001);高MA值组住院累积存活率显著高于低MA值组(P<0.0001)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,考虑到年龄、性别、主要诊断、合并症、乳酸、D-二聚体、α角、MA值、APACHEⅡ评分和SOFA评分因素影响,高K值组住院病死率是低K值组的3.56倍(HR=3.56,95%CI为1.83~6.92,P<0.001)。对所有分类变量进行分层分析显示,K值、MA值与脓毒症住院病死率的关系保持一致。结论脓毒症患者TEG中K值、MA值与住院病死率密切相关;TEG K值超过2.15 min、MA值低于55.45 mm时,脓毒症患者死亡风险大幅增加。

We proposed a nonlinear photoacoustic(PA) technique as a new imaging contrast mechanism for tissue thermalnonlinearity *** a sine-modulated Gaussian temperature field is introduced by a laser beam, in view of the temperature dependence of the thermal diffusivity, the nonlinear PA effect occurs, which leads to the production of second-harmonic PA(SHPA) *** extracting the fundamental frequency PA and SHPA signal amplitudes of samples through the lock-in technique, a parameter that only reflects nonlinear thermal-diffusivity characteristics of the sample then can be *** feasibility of the technique for thermal-nonlinearity characterization has been studied on phantom *** vitro biological tissues have been studied by this method to demonstrate its medical imaging capability,prefiguring great potential of this new method in medical imaging applications.

Background:Accumulated degree-days(ADD)refers to the temperature value and time within a certain *** and more attention has been paid to the ADD in the study of postmortem interval(PMI)*** and Objective:This study is to confirm whether ADD is applicable in *** and Methods:We collected meteorological data of 10 different regions in China for 12 months,analyzed the distribution characteristics of ADD in different regions at different time periods,and tested the two ADD calculation methods(accumulated hourly temperature and accumulated daily average temperature),in an attempt to establish a more precise calculation method of ***:The results show that when the yearly or monthly effective temperature data is taken as the research object,the law of daily ADD mean value gradually decreases from south to north,and the average value of accumulated hourly temperature at each region is larger than the average value of accumulated daily average temperature(the difference was significant).In addition,in different periods of each day,ADD obtained at different regions is different,and the variation of its specific gravity also has a north-south *** take the daily average temperature as the independent variable and accumulated hourly temperature as the linear equation fitted by the dependent variable,showing a good linear relationship(0.992

针对目前工业遗留用地环境修复存在的常见问题，结合“环境修复+开发建设”模式，提出了污染场地地下空间利用原位自平衡策略。利用深厚不透水地层、横向止水帷幕、混凝土土壤阻隔形成封闭空间，隔绝污染土；结合场地内污染土自平衡、地下空间开发要求，将地下空间分成全利用、局部利用、（污染土）储土空间，克服修复难度大、周期长、成本高等难点。在项目应用中，结合BIM技术制定精准的实施方案，确保了自平衡策略的落地性，保障了人居环境安全、盘活了稀缺用地资源、节约修复资金80%，值得进一步完善推广。

基于直流吸盘式电磁铁在通电状态下能够产生强劲吸附力及其磁性在周期性输入信号的作用下将会改变的原理,设计一种由空腔部件、连接部件和电磁部件组成的电磁合成射流激励器。采用TSI-IFA300恒温式热线风速仪和X型探针测量激励器的射流性能,研究激励器输入信号幅值和频率的影响,测量结果显示激励器在合适激励参数下能够产生平均最大吹气速度达到30 m/s以上的稳定合成射流。然后,在后台阶上游1/2台阶高度站位的下壁面,沿风洞展向以台阶高度为间距对称分布了9个激励器,并分别测量它们的射流性能。在此基础上选择展向平均射流的最佳激励频率开展了台阶高度雷诺数为42 993的后台阶分离剪切层流动控制研究,试验结果表明激励流动剪切层内的平均速度和雷诺应力增加。
