Locusts have caused periodic disasters in the recorded history of *** to now,locust disaster is still the biggest threat to the world’s agricultural *** desert locust Schistocerca gregaria is one of the most harmful locusts,which has caused massive food crises,economic losses,and ecological *** desert locust is a migratory insect pest that occurs year-round in the tropic and subtropical *** the wind and seasonal alternation,it moves and flies in the African continent and West *** locust damages the stems and leaves of more than 300 plants,including Gramineae,Tribulus terrestris,and *** cause devastating disasters to local plants,especially field crops,and significantly threaten food *** date,voluminous research has been conducted regarding the ecology and management of desert *** review represents an effort to summarize the basic information on the biology and ecology,distribution,damage,and economic impact of desert locusts,examine the recent developments in integrated locust management,and make recommendations for future research.

Female adults of the migratory locust,Locusta migratoria manilensis(Meyen),can sense seasonal photoperiod changes,which induces embryonic diapause as a key strategy to *** protease inhibitor genes(SPNs)were thought to play key roles during diapause,while few SPNs were functionally ***2 was one of those genes differentially expressed between diapause and non-diapause eggs;however,its biological function remained to be ***,we conducted RNAi knockdown of LmSPN2,resulting in a significant decrease of the egg diapause rate by 29.7%.Using yeast two-hybrid assays,co-immunoprecipitation,and pull-down methods,we found an interaction between LmSPN2 and LmSPN3,which was proved to be mediated by a glutamate(E331)binding site of *** knockdown of LmSPN3 resulted in a significant increase in diapause rate by 14.6%,indicating an inverse function of LmSPN2 and LmSPN3 on diapause *** knockdown of two SPN genes resulted in a 26.4%reduction in diapause rate,indicating that LmSPN2 was the dominant regulatory ***,we found four Toll pathway genes(easter,spätzle,pelle,and dorsal)upregulated significantly after the knockdown of LmSPN2 while downregulated after the knockdown of ***,we speculate that two SPNs regulate diapause through the Toll *** results indicated that LmSPN2 positively regulates locust egg entry into diapause,while LmSPN3 is a negative regulator of embryonic commitment to *** interaction is mediated by the binding site of E331 and influences egg diapause through the Toll *** mechanistic understanding of diapause regulation expands our understanding of insect developmental regulation and provides functional targets for developing locust management strategies.

目的分析复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片不良反应(ADR)自发报告数据,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法检索2014年1月至2022年10月国家不良反应监测中心收集的复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片ADR报告,对报告中性别、年龄、累及系统器官及临床表现、严重ADR等信息进行统计分析。结果近9年共收到6104例ADR报告,男女比例为1.20∶1,65岁以下与65岁以上比例为1.57∶1。6104例报告合计报道9569例次事件,主要累及的系统器官为神经系统(2792例,占29.18%)、胃肠系统(2779例,占29.04%)和全身性疾病及给药部位反应(1462例,占15.28%),主要临床表现为恶心(1601例,占16.73%)、头晕(1078例,占11.27%)和乏力(1062例,占11.10%)。在6104例ADR中,严重165例(2.70%)、低血压相关102例(1.67%)、抑郁相关43例(0.70%)、胃肠出血相关14例(0.23%)、心动过缓相关6例(0.10%)。结论复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片安全性良好,在真实世界中所致ADR的临床表现主要为恶心、头晕、乏力,同时低血压、抑郁、胃肠出血、心动过缓相关ADR报告占比极低。

Bismuth(Bi),as an alloy-based anode material,has attracted much atte ntion in the developme nt of sodiumion hybrid capacitors(SIHCs)due to its high theoretical ***,the volume expansion of the Bi-based anode during the sodiation/desodiation process results in limited rate *** the present work,a porous Bi-based composite was constructed by a one-step hydrothermal method,and Bi was encapsulated in ligninderived nitrogen-doped porous carbon(Bi@LNPC)after *** obtained Bi nanoparticles could effectively adapt to the strain and shorten the diffusion distance of Na^(+).In addition,porous carbon skeleton provides a rigid conductive network for electronic ***,the assembled sodium-ion half-cell with Bi@LNPC anode shows ultra-high-rate *** the current density was enhanced from 0.1 to 50 A·g^(-1),the specific capacity decreased slightly from 351.5 to 342.8 mAh·g^(-1).Even at an extremely high current density of 200 A·g^(-1),it retains 81.3%capacity retention when compared to a current density of 1 A·g^(-1).The SIHCs assembled by Bi@LNPC show a high energy density of 63 Wh·kg^(-1).This work provides an effective method for developing high-rate Bi anode materials for sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(SIHCs)and sodium-ion batteries(SIBs).

Oily wastewater from ocean oil spills endangers marine ecosystems and human health. Therefore, developing an effective and sustainable solution for separating oil-water mixtures is urgent. Interfacial solar photothermal evaporation is a promising approach for the complete separation of two-phase mixtures using only solar energy. Herein, we report a carbonized wood-based absorber with Janus structure of comprising a hydrophobic top-layer and an oleophobic bottom-layer for simultaneous solar-driven oil-water separation and electricity generation. Under sunlight irradiation, the rapid evaporation of seawater will induce a separation of oil-water mixtures, and cause a high salt concentration region underlying the interface, while the bottom “bulk water” maintains in a low salt concentration, thus forming a salinity gradient. Electricity can be generated by salinity gradient power. Therefore, oil-water separation efficiency of > 99% and derived extra electricity power of ~0.1 W/m2 is achieved under solar radiation, demonstrating the feasibility of oil-water separation and electricity production synchronously directly using solar energy. This work provides a green and cost-effective path for the separation of oil-water mixtures.

目的分析真实世界中高血压患者服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片控制血压的效果。方法回顾性选取2012—2019年青岛市西海岸新区就诊服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片的高血压患者,设为干预组;并按照性别、年龄和BMI 1∶1匹配未服用该药但服用了其他降压药物的高血压患者,作为对照组。从电子病例数据库收集患者的一般资料、用药和血压控制情况,采用线性、logistic和Cox回归分析服用该药与45 d血压控制和心血管疾病新发事件的相关性。结果共纳入4860例(干预组2627例,对照组2233例)患者,其中,3335例(68.6%)随访期内血压达标,360例(7.4%)发生心血管疾病新发事件。多因素线性分析和logistic回归分析显示,服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片会降低随访期末次收缩压(P<0.05),提高血压达标率(P<0.01)。多因素Cox回归分析显示,服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片是预防心血管疾病新发事件的保护因素,心血管疾病新发事件风险可降低20%(HR=0.80,95%CI:0.65~0.99);规律服用该药能进一步降低心血管疾病新发事件风险,降低达34%(HR=0.66,95%CI:0.45~0.97)。结论服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片可有效降低血压,降低心血管疾病新发事件发生风险;规律服用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片的降压效果和心血管保护作用更为显著。

This study examined the impact of current solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Co-28Cr-6Mo-0.22C alloy investment *** findings reveal that the current solution treatment significantly promotes the dissolution of carbides at a lower *** optimal conditions for solution treatment are determined as a solution temperature of 1,125°C and a holding time of 5.0 *** these parameters,the size and volume fraction of precipitated phases in the investment castings are measured as6.2μm and 1.1vol.%.The yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,and total elongation of the Co-28Cr-6Mo-0.22C investment castings are 535 MPa,760 MPa,and 12.6%,*** values exceed those obtained with the conventional solution treatment at 1,200°C for 4.0 *** findings suggest a phase transformation of M_(23)C_(6)→σ+C following the current solution treatment at 1,125°C for 5.0 *** comparison,the traditional solution treatment at 1,200°C for 4.0 h leads to the formation of M_(23)C_(6)and M_(6)C *** is noteworthy that the non-thermal effect of the current during the solution treatment modifies the free energy of both the matrix and precipitation *** modification lowers the phase transition temperature of the M_(23)C_(6)→σ+C reaction,thereby facilitating the dissolution of *** a result,the current solution treatment approach achieves carbide dissolution at a lower temperature and within a significantly shorter time when compared to the traditional solution treatment methods.
