[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the control efficacy of 6% ascorbic acid water aqua on kiwifruit bacterial canker. [Methods]The ascorbic acid water aqua was sprayed onto annual potted kiwifruit seedlings once every 5 d,for three times in total,and Pseudomonas syringae pv. Actinidiae was inoculated by needle punching 7 d later. Scab diameter and number of newly infected scab were investigated to analyze the control efficacy. [Results] Kiwifruit plants were treated with 6% ascorbic acid water aqua,and after 30 d,the 20 mg/L treatment showed an incidence rate of 25. 5%,and the 60 mg/L treatment exhibited an incidence rate only of 12. 1%; and after 60 d,the relative control efficacy reached 90. 7% at the mass concentration of 60 mg/L. [Conclusions] The6% ascorbic acid water aqua weakened the destruction and expansion of the pathogen in plants,effectively improved the resistance in kiwifruit plants,and had certain control efficacy on kiwifruit canker.

Effects of Low Temperature after Flowering on Grain Filling and Plant Hormone Contents in Rice

Four varieties, indica-japonica hybrid rice Yongyou 538 and Yongyou 17, indica rice Zhongzheyou 1 and japonica rice Zhejing 88 were treated under low temperatures in different time periods of grain filling stage, to analyze endogenous hormone changes and differences in different treatments in grain filling process. The results showed that the effects of low temperatures in different time periods after flowering on grain filling showed an order of early stage 〉 middle stage 〉 late stage, while the difference between the effects of lower temperatures on grain filling in middle and late filling stage was not significant, and the effects of low temper- atures on Yangyou 17 and Zhongzheyou 1 were higher than those on Yangyou 538 and Zhejing 88. Low temperature in early filling stage after flowering aignifieanfly slowed grain filling of Yongyou 17 and prolonged filling duration, while the effect on Yongyou 538 was not significant. Under low temperature treatments after flow- ering, changes in endogenous hormone contents in various varieties differed to certain degrees, IAA and ZR contents in grains of Yongyou 17 in early and middle filling stage decreased significantly, while GA3 and ABA contents were improved remarkably ; and Yongyou 538 showed significantly reduced GA3 content in grains, but higher IAA and ZR contents, which were the main reason for normal filling in grains. Proper hormone regulation measures could be taken in production to improve filling of rice grains under low temperature.

从LonWorks总线的介质访问机制入手,本着冲突避免和冲突解决两个原则,论证了LonTalk协议在实时性方面存在的问题。对LonTalk协议的MAC仲裁机制进行了改进,提出了一种新的实时通信协议,解决了因较高优先级节点交替占用总线而使较低优先级节点长期得不到总线使用权的问题。实验结果表明,与原协议相比,新的实时通信协议在网络节点数大于10时,报文最大传送延迟时间减少了72.33%以上,网络有效利用率提高了100%。新的实时通信协议在实时性、确定性等方面均优于原协议。

目的设计基于SOAP[subjective(主观资料),objective(客观资料),assessment(评估),plan(计划)]的新版临床见习日志并验证其使用效果。方法在秋季学期见习的97名学生中,通过定量与定性研究评估基于SOAP结构化病历的新版日志对学生见习成绩及临床思维的影响。定量指标采用SPSS 26.0软件行t检验和方差分析。结果新版见习成绩[(96.29±1.38)分]较旧版[(93.53±1.60)分]好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);进一步行多因素分析显示先使用旧版后使用新版的学生成绩提升显著优于先使用新版后使用旧版的学生(P<0.001)。定性访谈显示手写见习日志非常有必要,新版较旧版更能促进学员临床思维有序化,教员点评环节可提供反馈,所有受访学生均表示新版日志值得推广。结论引入SOAP结构化病历的新版临床见习日志有助于提升见习效果,培养学生有序化的临床思维能力,值得在见习教学中推广。

With the continuous improvement of mulberry(Morus alba) resources development and utilization,people’s use of mulberry leaves has long been not limited to raising silkworms,and various mulberry leaf extension products have emerged one after *** requirements of the mulberry industry for the quality and yield of mulberry leaves are gradually ***,the fresh leaves of mulberry trees have a strong period of time for picking and are susceptible to adverse factors such as drought and high *** them,drought stress is the most harmful,drought stress will not only reduce the yield of mulberry leaves per unit area,but also cause premature aging,shrinkage,and insufficient nutrient supply of mulberry leaves,which greatly damages the quality of mulberry ***,exploring the molecular mechanism of mulberry trees resisting drought stress and clarifying the regulation network of mulberry drought response is the focus of current *** this study,mulberry grafted seedlings were subjected to natural drought treatment,and 9 day drought treatment(DS9) materials were collected and the control samples were compared for transcriptome and proteome analysis(CK ***9),aiming to clarify the molecular mechanism of mulberry drought stress *** transcriptome and proteome sequencing,we identified 23,358 DEGs and 1,893 DEPs,enriched them in the stress-responsive GO functional categories such as signal transducer activity,antioxidant activity,and transcription regulator *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) differential enrichment analysis shows that a large number of DEGs and DEPs are enriched in flavonoid biosynthesis pathways,hormone signaling pathways(ABA,gibberellin,salicylic acid,etc.),lignin metabolism and other pathways *** subsequent cooperation analysis,we identified 818 co-differentially expressed genes in the CK ***9 comparison group,including:Peroxidase(PRX),Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Aldehyde dehydrogen
