Superhydrophilic surfaces have been applied for supercapacitor;however,during energy storage reaction,how the wettability affects the process of electrochemical reaction specifically is still ***,we demonstrate superhydrophilic surface for promotion of electrochemical reactions by liquid affinity and further explain the mechanism,where the transition of the wettability state caused by the change in surface free energy is the main reason for the obvious increase in specific *** citric acid assistance strategy,an intrinsically hydrophobic Ni(OH)_(2)thick nanosheets(HNHTNs,16 nm)can be transitioned into superhydrophilic Ni(OH)_(2)ultrathin nanosheets(SNHUNs,6.8 nm),where the water contact angle was 0°and the surface free energy increased from 8.6to 65.8 mN·m^(-1),implying *** with HNHTNs,the specific capacitance of SNHUNs is doubled:from 123. F·g^(-1)(HNHTNs)to 23.0 F·g^(-1)(2A·g^(-1))and,even at 20 A·g^(-1),from 83. F·g^(-1)(HNHTNs)to 1670 F·g^(-1).The asymmetric capacitors assembled by SNHUNs and activated carbon show 52.44 Wh·kg^(-1)at 160W·kg^(-1)and excellent stability with~90%retention after5000 cycles(~80%retention after 9500 cycles).The promotion of electrochemical performances is ascribed to the change of surface wettability caused by surface free energy,which greatly increase affinity of electrode to the surrounding liquid environment to reduce the interface resistance and optimize the electron transport path.

This paper reports the study of ancient potteries unearthed from the Guangfulin site in shanghai. From the external features of these potteries, archeologists can classify them into two different cultural types: Liangzhu culture (local culture) and a new culture which might be derived elsewhere, but they can not recognize whether they were produced in the same place. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA) were used to measure the chemical compositions of the samples and the results were analyzed using multivariate statistics. We found that the two methods can complement each other and their database can be mutually referenced in the study of ancient potteries. Experimental results show that the compositions of the potteries from the two cultural types are different, which means that the materials for ancient potteries of new culture originate from elsewhere. This supports the archaeologists’ speculation that a group of ancient people migrated to shanghai from some other places 4000 years ago.

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the second leading cause of cancer mortality *** initial diagnosis,approximately 20%of patients are diagnosed with metastatic CRC(mCRC).Although the APC-Asef interaction is a well-established target for mCRC therapy,the discovery and development of effective and safe drugs for mCRC patients remains an urgent and challenging *** this study,we identified a novel structural scaffold based on MAI inhibitors,the first-in-class APC-Asef inhibitors we reported *** model-driven optimizations of the N-terminal cap and experimental evaluations of inhibitory activity were performed,and 24-fold greater potency was obtained with the best inhibitor compared to the parental *** addition,the cocrystal structure validated that the two-layerπ-πstacking interactions were essential for inhibitor stabilization in the bound ***,in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that novel inhibitors suppressed lung metastasis in CRC by disrupting the APC-Asef *** results provide an intrinsic structural basis to further explore drug-like molecules for APC-Asef-mediated CRC therapy.

Rice production accounts for approximately half of the freshwater resources utilized in agriculture,result-ing in greenhouse gas emissions such as methane(CH4)from flooded paddy *** address this chal-lenge,environmentally friendly and cost-effective water-saving techniques have become widely adopted in rice ***,the implementation of water-saving treatments(WsTs)in paddy-field rice has been associated with a substantial yield loss of up to 50%as well as a reduction in nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).In this study,we discovered that the target of rapamycin(TOR)signaling pathway is compromised in rice under *** profiling-coupled transcriptome sequencing(polysome-seq)analysis unveiled a substantial reduction in global translation in response to WST associated with the downregulation of TOR ***,biochemical,and genetic analyses revealed new insights into the impact of the positive TOR-S6K-RPS6 and negative TOR-MAF1 modules on translation repression under ***,ammonium exhibited a greater ability to alleviate growth constraints under WsT by enhancing TOR signaling,which simultaneously promoted uptake and utilization of ammonium and nitrogen *** further demonstrated that TOR modulates the ammonium transporter AMT1;1 as well as the amino acid permease APP1 and dipeptide transporter NPF7.3.at the translational level through the 5'untranslated ***,these findings reveal that enhancing TOR signaling could mitigate rice yield penalty due to WST by regulating the processes involved in protein synthesis and *** study will contribute to the breeding of new rice varieties with increased water and fertilizer utilization efficiency.

Nonconventional luminescent materials （NLMs） are a type of organic luminescent materials that does not contain aromatic *** to the simplicity of the synthesis process,mild reaction conditions,good hydrophilicity and biological compatibility,NLMs have attracted much ***,numerous reports indicate that NLMs can only effectively luminesce at high concentrations and in solid state,which limits their applicability in the field of cell *** study addresses this limitation by designing and synthesizing oligomers P1,P2 and P3.using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and amine compounds containing ethylene *** oligomers exhibit remarkable luminescence efficiency reaching as high as 9.2%in dilute solutions （0.1 mg/m L）,making them among the best NLMs in this ***,the synthesized oligomers exhibit excitation wavelength-dependent and concentration-dependent luminescence intensity,fluorescence response to temperature and p H changes,as well as the ability to identify Fe3.,Cu2+and Mo5+in dilute *** characteristics render them potentially useful in the for cell imaging.

Calcium production and the stellar evolution of first-generation stars remain fascinating mysteries in *** one possible nucleosynthesis scenario,break-out from the hot carbon–nitrogen–oxygen(HCNO)cycle was thought to be the source of the calcium observed in these oldest ***,according to the stellar modeling,a nearly tenfold increase in the thermonuclear rate ratio of the break-out ^(19)F(p,γ)^(20) Ne reaction with respect to the competing ^(19)F(p,α)^(16) O back-processing reaction is required to reproduce the observed calcium *** performed a direct measurement of this break-out reaction at the china Jinping underground *** measurement was performed down to the low-energy limit of E_(c.m.)=186 keV in the center-of-mass *** key resonance was observed at 225.2 keV for the first *** a temperature of approximately 0.1 GK,this new resonance enhanced the thermonuclear ^(19)F(p,γ)^(20) Ne rate by up to a factor of≈7.4,compared with the previously recommended NACRE *** is of particular interest to the study of the evolution of the first stars and implies a stronger breakdown in their“warm”CNO cycle through the ^(19)F(p,γ)^(20) Ne reaction than previously *** break-out resulted in the production of the calcium observed in the oldest stars,enhancing our understanding of the evolution of the first stars.

黄鳍金枪鱼(Thunnus albacares)和鲣(Katsuwonus pelamis)是大洋性高度洄游物种,也是全球大洋性渔业的主要捕捞对象,其种群分布和资源密度容易受气候变化所引起的海洋环境变化影响,且存在响应滞后。为了探索气候变化对中西太平洋海域(WCPO)低龄黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣群体影响及滞后效应,本研究基于长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)分析了海洋尼诺指数(ONI)对1982年至2021年间WCPO围网黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣单位捕捞努力量渔获量(CPUE)的影响,利用不同时间步长模拟不同滞后期(0~12个月)下CPUE对ONI响应。结果表明:LSTM适用于对黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣等大洋性种群资源密度与ONI等环境因素间滞后效应的分析;WCPO赤道南北不同海域围网黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣CPUE对ONI的响应存在滞后,且不同海域的最佳滞后期均为12个月;最佳滞后期与渔获群体年龄相当,表明WCPO黄鳍金枪鱼和鲣的繁殖能力或幼鱼存活率易受到气候变化及其引起的海洋环境变动影响,表现出时长为捕捞年龄的滞后时间。研究方法与结果为后续开展WCPO关键物种群体分布研究提供了资源变动机制上的新思路。
