Insulin-responsive GLUT4(glucose transporter 4) translocation plays a major role in regulating glucose uptake in adipose tissue and *** or not there is a specialized secretory GSV(GLUT4 storage vesicle) pool,and more importantly how GSVs are translocated to the PM(plasma membrane) under insulin stimulation is still under *** the present study,we systematically analyzed the dynamics of a large number of single GLUT4-containing vesicles in 3.3.L1.adipocytes by TIRFM(total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy).We found that GLUT4-containing vesicles can be classified into three groups according to their mobility,namely vertical,stable,and lateral GLUT4-containing *** these groups,vertical GLUT4-containing vesicles exclude transferrin receptors and move towards the PM specifically in response to insulin stimulation,while stable and lateral GLUT4-containing vesicles contain transferrin receptors and show no insulin *** data demonstrate that vertical GLUT4-containing vesicles correspond to specialized secretory GSVs,which approach the PM directly and bypass the constitutive recycling pathway.

This paper provides principles and applications of the sparse microwave imaging theory and *** aperture radar(SAR) is an important method of modern remote *** decades microwave imaging technology has achieved remarkable progress in the system performance of microwave imaging technology,and at the same time encountered increasing complexity in system *** sparse microwave imaging introduces the sparse signal processing theory to radar imaging to obtain new theory,new system and new methodology of microwave *** on classical SAR imaging model and fundamental theories of sparse signal processing,we can derive the model of sparse microwave imaging,which is a sparse measurement and recovery problem and can be solved with various *** exist several fundamental points that must be considered in the efforts of applying sparse signal processing to radar imaging,including sparse representation,measurement matrix construction,unambiguity reconstruction and performance *** on these considerations,the sparse signal processing could be successfully applied to radar imaging,and achieve benefits in several aspects,including improvement of image quality,reduction of data amount for sparse scene and enhancement of system *** sparse signal processing has also been applied in several specific radar imaging applications.

Software vulnerability detection is one of the most important methods for guaranteeing software *** main classes of methods can detect vulnerabilities in binary files:white-box testing and black-box *** former needs to construct and solve path constraints to detect *** has two main drawbacks:path exploding and complexity of *** latter often aimlessly exhausts various inputs to test binary *** paper combines both testing methods to detect vulnerabilities in binary *** analyzing the input elements that aect check condition corresponding to a certain check point,we can generate one class of inputs that get to the check point to increase fuzzing *** analyzing the relationship between guard conditions and check condition,the redundant check points are *** taint analysis method(CTAM)is proposed to compute guard conditions,which is more ecient than traditional taint analysis method(TTAM).We implemented a prototype and made several experiments on *** results showed that our method could increase the eciency of black-box testing.

The Global/Regional Assimilation and PrEdiction System(GRAPES) is a newly developed global non-hydrostatic numerical prediction model,which will become the next generation medium-range opera-tional model at china Meteorological Administration(CMA).The dynamic framework of GRAPES is featuring with fully compressible equations,nonhydrostatic or hydrostatic optionally,two-level time semi-Lagrangian and semi-implicit time integration,Charney-Phillips vertical staggering,and complex three-dimensional pre-conditioned Helmholtz solver,*** the singularity of horizontal momentum equations at the poles,the polar discretization schemes are described,which include adoption of Arakawa C horizontal grid with ν at poles,incorporation of polar filtering to maintain the computational stability,the correction to Helmholtz equation near the poles,as well as the treatment of semi-Lagrangian interpolation to improve the departure point accuracy,*** balanced flow tests validate the rationality of the treatment of semi-Lagrangian departure point calculation and the polar discretization during long time *** and Suarez tests show that the conservation proper-ties of GRAPES model are quite good.

The Mg/Sr ratio in a stalagmite, which is di-rectly proportional to DMg/Ca, the solid-liquid distribution coefficient of Mg, is proposed as a geochemical thermometer to estimate paleotemperature changes. The paleotempera-ture change in eastern beijing over the past 3.00 years has been reconstructed by using this thermometer in the stalag-mite ZFFS-1.from Jingdong Cave. The records can be di-vided into two periods: 3.00—2.00 aBP, cool and wet, the air temperature averaging 9.8℃; and 2.00 aBP—present, hot and dry, the air temperature being 1. higher than the mean value (1..7℃) of the past 3.00 years. During 500—2.0 aBP, the air temperature was about 1.2. lower than that of the present, corresponding to the Little Ice Age in Europe. Like d 1.O and d 1.C, Mg/Sr (or DMg/Ca) reflects an obviously warming trend of the past 2.0 years. These results are sup-ported by historic records.

The dynamic weapon-target assignment （DWTA） problem is an important issue in the field of military command and control. An asset-based DWTA optimization model was proposed with four kinds of constraints considered, including capability constraints, strategy constraints, resource constraints and engagement feasibility constraints. A general ＂virtual＂ representation of decisions was presented to facilitate the generation of feasible decisions. The representation is in essence the permutation of all assignment pairs. A construction procedure converts the permutations into real feasible decisions. In order to solve this problem, three evolutionary decision-making algorithms, including a genetic algorithm and two memetic algorithms, were developed. Experimental results show that the memetic algorithm based on greedy local search can generate obviously better DWTA decisions, especially for large-scale problems, than the genetic algorithm and the memetic algorithm based on steepest local search.

Requirements for monitoring the coastal zone environment are first summarized. Then the appli- cation of hyperspectral remote sensing to coast environment investigation is introduced, such as the classification of coast beaches and bottom matter, target recognition, mine detection, oil spill identification and ocean color remote sensing. Finally, what is needed to follow on in application of hyperspectral remote sensing to coast environment is recommended.

Whole rock 40Ar/3.Ar age dating has been conducted on a basalt sample from Dur’ngoi ophiolite, Qinghai Province, which was reported to be the northernmost pa-leo-tethyan oceanic basin in Tibet. A high temperature pla-teau age (3.5.3.7.9 Ma) with an isochorn age (3.6.6±7.1.Ma) has been obtained, representing the eruption time of oceanic crust Considering related geological settings, the new age provides constraints on the northernmost pa-leo-tethyan suture zone in Tibet and the tectonic evolution of Paleo-tethys in Northeast Tibet and adjacent areas.
