The coastal wetlands of the Yellow River Delta(YRD)in China are crucial for their valuable resources,environmental significance,and economic ***,these wetlands are also vulnerable to the dual threats of climate change and human *** substantial attention to the historical shifts in YRD's coastal wetlands,uncertainties remain regarding their future trajectory in the face of compound risks from climate change and anthropogenic *** on a range of remote sensing data sources,this study undertakes a comprehensive investigation into the evolution of YRD's coastal wetlands between 2.00 and ***,the potential fate of coastal wetlands is thoroughly analyzed through the Land Use/Cover Change(LUCC)simulation using System Dynamic-Future Land Use Simulation(SD-FLUS)model and the extreme water levels projection integrated future sea-level rise,storm surge,and astronomical high tide in 2.3.,2.50,and 2.00 under scenarios of SSP1-2.6,SSP2.4.5,and *** revealed that YRD's coastal wetlands underwent a marked reduction,shrinking by 1688.72.km²from 2.00 to *** decline was mostly attributed to the substantial expansion in the areas of artificial wetlands(increasing by 82..78 km2.,construction land(increasing by 767.71 km²),and shallow water(increasing by 2.4.58 km²).Looking ahead to 2.3.-2.00,the fate of coastal wetlands appears to diverge based on different *** the SSP1-2.6 scenario,the area of coastal wetland is projected to experience considerable *** contrast,the SSP5-8.5 scenario anticipates a notable decrease in coastal *** to the inundated area suffered from the current extreme water levels,the study projects a decrease of 6.8%-10.6%in submerged coastal wetlands by 2.3. and 9.4%-18.2.by 2.50 across all *** 2.00,these percentages are projected to decrease by 0.4%(SSP2.4.5)and 2..1%(SSP5-8.5),but increase by 3..7%(SSP1-2.6).Results suggest that coastal wetlands in th

The progressive degradation in the trabecular meshwork(TM)is related to age-related ocular diseases like primary open-angle ***,the molecular basis and biological significance of the aging process in TM have not been fully ***,we established a dynamic single-cell transcriptomic landscape of aged macaque TM,wherein we classified the outflow tissue into 12.cell subtypes and identified mitochondrial dysfunction as a prominent feature of TM ***,we divided TM cells into 13.clusters and performed an in-depth analysis on cluster O,which had the highest aging score and the most significant changes in cell proportions between the two ***,we found that the APOE gene was an important differentially expressed gene in cluster O during the aging process,highlighting the close relationship between cell migration and extracellular matrix regulation,and TM *** work further demonstrated that silencing the APOE gene could increase migration and reduce apoptosis by releasing the inhibition on the PI3.-AKT pathway and downregulating the expression of extracellular matrix components,thereby increasing the aqueous outflow rate and maintaining intraocular pressure within the normal *** work provides valuable insights for future clinical diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.

In a unified algebraic scheme,we investigate the relation between the E(5) symmetry and the interacting boson model beyond the mean-field *** results indicate that the E(5) symmetry is actually in between the critical point of the U(5)-O(6) transition and the O(6) limit but it is fairly close to the former based on the phase diagram of the interacting boson model at the large boson number *** addition,an algebraic Hamiltonian of the E(5)-β2. model is proposed.

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)has the largest aperture and a 19-beam L-band receiver,making it powerful for investigating the neutral hydrogen atomic gas(HI)in the *** present HiFAST(https://***),a dedicated,modular,and self-contained calibration and imaging pipeline for processing the H?data of *** pipeline consists of frequency-dependent noise diode calibration,baseline fitting,standing wave removal using an FFT-based method,flux density calibration,stray radiation correction,and gridding to produce data *** modules can be combined as needed to process the data from most FAST observation modes:tracking,drift scanning,On-The-Fly mapping,and most of their *** HiFAST,the root-mean-square(RMS)noises of the calibrated spectra from all 19 beams were only slightly(~5%)higher than the theoretical *** results for the extended source M3. and the point sources are consistent with the results from *** moment maps(0,1 and 2.of M3. agree well with the results from the Arecibo Galaxy Environment Survey(AGES)with a fractional difference of less than 10%.For a common sample of 2.1 sources with signal-to-noise ratio S/N>10 from the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA(ALFALFA)survey,the mean value of fractional difference in the integrated flux density,Sint,between the two datasets is approximately 0.005%,with a dispersion of 15.4%.Further checks on the integrated flux density of 2. sources with seven observations indicate that the variance in the flux density of the source with luminous objects(Sint>2.5 Jy km s-1)is less than 5%.Our tests suggest that the FAST telescope,with the efficient,precise,and user-friendly pipeline HiFAST,will yield numerous significant scientific findings in the investigation of the H?in the universe.
