A virtual battery(VB)provides a succinct interface for aggregating distributed storage-like resources(SLR)to interact with a utility-level *** overcome the drawbacks of existing VB models,including conservatism and neglecting network constraints,this paper optimizes the power and energy parameters of VB to enlarge its flexibility *** optimal VB is identified by a robust optimization problem with decision-dependent *** algorithm based on the Benders decomposition is developed to solve this *** proposed method yields the largest VB satisfying constraints of both network and *** studies verify the superiority of the optimal VB in terms of security guarantee and less conservatism.

The umbilical cable is a vital component of subsea production systems that provide power, chemical agents, control signals et al., and its requirement for reliability is exceedingly high. However, as the umbilical cable is a composite structure comprising multiple functional units, the reliability analysis of such cables involves numerous parameters that can impact calculation efficiency. In this paper, the reliability analysis of a new kind of umbilical cable with carbon fiber rod under tension is analyzed. The global dynamic analytical model is first established to determine the maximum tension load, then the local analytical model of umbilical cable including each unit are constructed by finite element method(FEM). Based on the mechanical analytical model, the reliability of umbilical cable under tension load is studied using response surface method(RSM) and Monte Carlo method. During the calculation process, a new tangent plane sampling method to calculate the response surface function(RSF) is proposed in this paper, which could make sampling points faster come close to the RSF curve, and it is proved that the calculation efficiency increases about 33% comparing with traditional method.

A room-temperature electrodeposition method with an organic electrolyte was developed to fabricate a HNO3-pretreated graphene paper Cu(GP'-Cu)*** improve the interfacial bonding of GP'-Cu composite,magnetron sputtering technology was used to create a"sandwich"structural gradient GP'-Cu *** selection of the intermediate transition layer metal was based on two-dimensional *** electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and other analytical methods confirmed that the addition of an intermediate transition metal(Cr,ni)layer reduced the gap distance and enhanced the interfacial bonding of the GP'and Cu deposited *** GP'-ni-Cu composite exhibited the largest increase in tensile strength and *** addition,it had the highest thermal diffusivity and elongation at break among the GP'-Cu,GP'-Cr-Cu and GP'-ni-Cu composites.

The facile construction of nanoscale NbH_(x)supported by Ti_(3)C_(2)(NbH_(x)@Ti_(3)C_(2))was achieved using facile ball milling strategy to improve the hydrogen desorption kinetics and reversibility of magnesium borohydride(Mg(BH_(4))_(2)).The doping of 30 wt%NbH_(x)@Ti_(3)C_(2)catalyst reduced the onset dehydrogenation temperature of Mg(BH_(4))_(2)to 71.2℃.Additionally,the Mg(BH_(4))_(2)+30NbH_(x)@Ti_(3)C_(2)composite achieved remarkable hydrogen release of over 9.2 wt%at a temperature as low as 230℃,indicating unexpected dehydrogenation ***,the reversibility of NbH_(x)@Ti_(3)C_(2)doped Mg(BH_(4))_(2)was retained to more than 4.2 wt%after four cycles,which was increased by 68%compared to that of undoped Mg(BH_(4))_(2).The strong catalysis of NbH_(x)@Ti_(3)C_(2)catalyst could be attributed to the synergistic effect of NbH_(x)and Ti_(3)C_(2)in hydrogen spillover and ***_(x)acted as a"hydrogen pump"for effective hydrogen spillover,while Ti_(3)C_(2)created numerous diffusion channels for hydrogen dissolution and provided the active catalytic site to facilitate the re/dehydrogenation of Mg(BH_(4))_(2).

Efficient bifunction electrocatalyst is extremely interesting for electrochemical overall water splitting （OWS）.Herein,a new RuO2-Ru/MoO2@CC（RRM/CC） bifunctional electrocatalyst was prepared via a solid phase reaction *** obtain a suitable precursor for SPR,MoS2nanosheets and RuO2nanoparticles （NPs）were sequentially loaded onto carbon cloth conductive ***,the prepared RuO2/MoS2/CC precursor was sealed in a furnace and annealed in Ar to trigger the redox *** SPR,active RuO2-Ru/MoO2units containing metal–metal oxide interfaces were formed on CC substrate *** optimized RRM/CC sample annealed at 400℃ exhibited a overpotential of 13 m V for hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） and 231 mV for oxygen evolution reaction （OER） at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition,respectively,which can be deduced to the modulated electronic structure and unique hierarchica *** addition,a low cell voltage of 1.48 V for OWS was required at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition Meanwhile,RRM/CC exhibited excellent pH-independent durability.
