激素性股骨头坏死是骨科临床常见病,其发病机制较为复杂,至今尚未阐明,近年研究发现由NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD信号通路介导的骨髓间充质干细胞焦亡与激素性股骨头坏死的发生密切相关,而中医药对NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD信号通路有着良好的调节作用。基于此,对NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD信号通路介导BMSCs焦亡与激素性股骨头坏死发病的相关性,以及中医药对NLRP3/Caspase-1/GSDMD信号通路的调控机制进行综述,以期为中医药防治激素性股骨头坏死提供参考。

The paper introduces the research and new development on soft-contacting electromagnetic continuous casting in *** the year of 2008,Baosteel successfully completed the carbon steel SCEMCC industrial experiment in a 6-strand curved type round billet *** the year of 2011,Baosteel selected another 3-strand curved billet caster. Baosteel successfully developed the SCEMCC mold for the first time to do the industrial production experiment for stainless steel round billet continuous ***,in the same stainless steel caster,the square billet SCEMCC mold was successfully developed *** at the beginning of the year 2012,the square billet SCEMCC of SUS304 and SUS303Cu was implemented up to *** was proved the machine system was reliable for the long time *** industrial experimental result shows the soft-contacting electromagnetic continuous casting can reduce the depth of oscillation mark from about 0.7mm to near *** SCEMCC billets without surface grinding were transferred to mill tubes,of which the quality is satisfied.

Effect of cooling method on TiN precipitation behavior of high-titanium high-strength steel during solidification

Metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and TiN growth thermodynamic and kinetic equations were used to investigate the morphology,quantity,and size of TiN in the center of high-titanium high-strength steels under different solidification cooling *** results showed that TiN in the center of the experimental steels mainly existed in three forms:single,composite(Al2O3-TiN),and multi-particle *** began precipitating at around 1497℃(solidification fraction of 0.74).From the end of melting to solidification for 180 s,the cooling rates in the center of the experimental steels for furnace cooling,air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling tended to stabilize at 0.17,0.93,1.65,and 2.15℃/s,*** size of TiN in the center of the experimental steel cooled using furnace cooling was mainly concentrated in the 5-15 pm *** contrast,the size of TiN in the center of the experimental steels cooled using air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling were mainly concentrated in the 1-5 pm *** addition,their density of TiN in the center of the experimental steels is signif-icantly higher than that of the furnace-cooled experimental *** and kinetic precipitation models of TiN established predicted the growth size of TiN in a high-titanium high-strength steel when the solidification cooling rates are not below 0.93℃/s.

Nanomaterials as lubricating oil additives have attracted significant attention because of their designable composition and structure,suitable mechanical property,and tunable surface ***,the poor compatibility between nanomaterials and base oil limits their further *** this work,we demonstrated oil-soluble poly(lauryl methacrylate)(PLMA)brushes-grafted metal-organic frameworks nanoparticles(nanoMOFs)as lubricating oil additives that can achieve efficient friction reduction and anti-wear *** were synthesized by free-radical polymerization,which was coordinatively grafted onto the surface of the UiO-67 ***,PLMA brushes were grown on the macroinitiator-modified UiO-67 by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization,which greatly improved the lipophilic property of the UiO-67 nanoparticles and significantly enhanced the colloidal stability and long-term dispersity in both non-polar solvent and base *** adding UiO-67@PLMA nanoparticles into the 500 SN base oil,coefficient of friction and wear volume reductions of 45.3%and 75.5%were achieved due to their excellent mechanical properties and oil ***,the load-carrying capacity of 500 SN was greatly increased from 100 to 500 N by the UiO-67@PLMA additives,and their excellent tribological performance was demonstrated even at a high friction frequency of 65 Hz and high temperature of 120℃.Our work highlights oil-soluble polymer brushes-functionalized nanoMOFs for highly efficient lubricating additives.

Reinforcement learning behavioral control(RLBC)is limited to an individual agent without any swarm mission,because it models the behavior priority learning as a Markov decision *** this paper,a novel multi-agent reinforcement learning behavioral control(MARLBC)method is proposed to overcome such limitations by implementing joint ***,a multi-agent reinforcement learning mission supervisor(MARLMS)is designed for a group of nonlinear second-order systems to assign the behavior priorities at the decision *** modeling behavior priority switching as a cooperative Markov game,the MARLMS learns an optimal joint behavior priority to reduce dependence on human intelligence and high-performance computing *** the control layer,a group of second-order reinforcement learning controllers are designed to learn the optimal control policies to track position and velocity signals *** particular,input saturation constraints are strictly implemented via designing a group of adaptive *** simulation results show that the proposed MARLBC has a lower switching frequency and control cost than finite-time and fixed-time behavioral control and RLBC methods.

Local delivery of nanoparticles holds promise for colorectal cancer(CRC)***,the presence of the mucus layer on the epithelium poses a significant challenge to drug delivery,thereby adversely affecting treatment *** is crucial to develop efficient drug delivery carriers that can effectively overcome mucus barriers to treat colorectal ***,we utilized poly(1,4-butadiene)-b-poly(ethylene oxide)polymers to prepare four distinct geometries of polymeric micelles,namely linear micelles(LMs),worm-like micelles(WLMs),large spherical micelles(LSMs),and small spherical micelles(SSMs)to investigate the influence of shape effects on overcoming colonic mucosal *** found that the carriers exhibited diverse shapes while maintaining comparable physicochemical *** these,WLMs had an aspect ratio similar to segmented filamentous bacteria,which exhibited superior mucus penetration ability,leading to prolonged drug release kinetics and faster entry into epithelial cells compared to ***,rectally administrated 10-hydroxycamptothecin-loaded WLMs traversed the colorectal mucus in orthotopic CRC nude mice model,penetrated and accumulated within tumor tissue,and effectively aggregated within cancer cells,thereby inducing significantly robust antitumor outcomes in *** findings underscore the significance of shape design in overcoming colonic mucosal absorption barriers,offering a novel approach for the development of drug delivery carriers tailored for effective tumor therapy.

The balance between cationic redox and oxygen redox in layer-structured cathode materials is an important issue for sodium batteries to obtain high energy density and considerable cycle *** redox can contribute extra capacity to increase energy density,but results in lattice instability and capacity fading caused by lattice oxygen gliding and oxygen *** this work,reversible Mn^(2+)/Mn^(4+)redox is realized in a P3-Na_(0.65)Li_(0.2)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.75)O_(2)cathode material with high specific capacity and structure stability via Co *** contribution of oxygen redox is suppressed significantly by reversible Mn^(2+)/Mn^(4+)redox without sacrificing capacity,thus reducing lattice oxygen release and improving the structure *** X-ray techniques reveal that P3 phase is well maintained in a wide voltage window of 1.5-4.5 V ***^(+)/Na even at 10 C and after long-term *** is disclosed that charge compensation from Co/Mn-ions contributes to the voltage region below 4.2 V and O-ions contribute to the whole voltage *** synergistic contributions of Mn^(2+)/Mn^(4+),Co^(2+)/Co^(3+),and O^(2-)/(O_n)^(2-)redox in P3-Na_(0.65)Li_(0.2)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.75)O_(2)lead to a high reversible capacity of 215.0 m A h g^(-1)at 0.1 C with considerable cycle *** strategy opens up new opportunities for the design of high capacity cathode materials for rechargeable batteries.
