The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 1. million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2.1. and ended in June 2.1., and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2.1.. The regular survey started in September 2.1., and completed its first year of operation in June 2.1.. The LAMOST DR1.includes a total of 1.02.plates containing 2.955 336 spectra, of which 1.790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 1.. All data with SNR ≥ 2.are formally released as LAMOST DR1.under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2.2.4 696 spectra, of which 1.944 32. are stellar spectra, 1. 082.are galaxy spectra and 501. are quasars. The DR1.not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1.061.91. entries）, A-type stars（1.0 073 entries）, and M-type stars（1.1.52. entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1.PD-[L]1.inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1.inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,82. HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1.blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2.1. to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,2.8 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-1..0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002..OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,1..2.1..1.2..3]vs.1..7 months[1..0-2..2.;adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001.ORR,60.1.vs.32.0%;P1..Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 1..8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1.blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

Objective Several COVID-1. patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-1. is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-1. remains *** A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1.1.0 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of *** Overall, 1.8(1..6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81.7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.1., 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01.1..96), and electrolyte imbalance(1..40, 3.00–26.1.)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–1..75), CVD(8.47,6.03–1..89), and electrolyte imbalance(1..44, 1..47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.1.), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two *** Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-1. severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes.

采用溶液培养方法研究了不同水稻品种获取氮能力的差异及其原因。结果表明,在不同供氮水平下,不同水稻品种吸氮能力差异显著。随着供氮水平的提高,南光、豫粳7号、黔育42.0}武运粳7号的氮积累总量增加显著,说明这4个水稻品种对氮的响应度高;而桂单4号、ELIO、云粳38和4007的氮积累总量增加不显著,说明它们对氮的响应度低。对氮响应度高的4个水稻品种的平均吸氮速率随着供氮水平的增加其增幅显著,而其总根长的变化幅度则较小。水稻氮积累总量与总根长和平均吸氮速率的相关关系的分析结果表明,平均吸氮速率对水稻苗期获取氮能力的贡献率大于其总根长的贡献率。

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1.46-031.during its outburst in 2.1. with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1.6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1.1. keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2.Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1.1.+1.5.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

We investigate high time resolution data obtained by the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)during the flare event on 2.2. April 2.0}at 01.52.*** subpeaks with durations of 4-6 s have been detected in the hard X-ray precursor phase,and the key feature is that they appear in pairs and seem like double-peak *** subpeaks are rarely observed in hard X-ray band and confirmed by the microwave obtained by Nobe{2.ma Radio Polarimeters(NoRP)and Radio Solar Telescope Network(RSTN).While an exponential function can describe the continuum component of the time profile from the precursor to part of the impulsive *** periods of quasi-periodic pulsations(QPPs)are detected to be about 7.3 and 1..8 s for the precursor and impulsive phase,respectively,with at least 95%confidence *** paired QPPs are assumed to be double-peak QPPs and then the scenario of current loop coalescence model is found to be in good agreement with our *** precursor phase can be interpreted as the oscillating coalescence of two islands,while the impulsive phase can be interpreted as more islands to coalesce one by one to form larger islands.

遗传性耳聋是一种常见的遗传性疾病,新生儿的发病率为1.~3‰。患者终身携带致病突变,导致不可逆性耳聋,至今尚无临床可用的治疗药物。在部分遗传性耳聋动物模型中,基因治疗已被证实为潜在有效的治疗方法。国内外已开展了多项遗传性耳聋基因治疗的临床试验。其中,由东南大学附属中大医院牵头,联合国内多家医院成功开展的遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床试验,取得了显著的疗效,并积累了丰富的经验。为规范遗传性耳聋基因治疗并提供临床研究指导,全国多家医院的耳科专家讨论制定了遗传性耳聋基因治疗临床指南,内容涵盖了伦理审查、遗传性耳聋的诊断和入组标准、临床前准备、药物、疗效与安全性评估标准、术后言语康复等。本指南将为耳聋基因治疗的临床诊疗提供规范的理论和技术指导。

Background： Over the years, the mechanical ventilation （MV） strategy has changed worldwide. The aim of the present study was to describe the ventilation practices, particularly lung-protective ventilation （LPV）, among brain-injured patients in China. Methods： This study was a multicenter, 1.day, cross-sectional study in 47 Intensive Care Units （ICUs） across China. Mechanically ventilated patients （1. years and older） with brain injury in a participating ICU during the time of the study, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, postoperation with intracranial tumor, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, intracranial infection, and idiopathic epilepsy, were enrolled. Demographic data, primary diagnoses, indications for MV, MV modes and settings, and prognoses on the 60th day were collected. Multivariable logistic analysis was used to assess factors that might affect the use of LPV. Results： A total of 1.4 patients were enrolled in the present study, 87 （83.7%） of whom were identified with severe brain injury based on a Glasgow Coma Scale 〈8 points. Synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation （SIMV） was the most frequent ventilator mode, accounting for 46.2. of the entire cohort. The median tidal volume was set to 8.0 ml/kg （interquartile range [IQR], 7.0-8.9 ml/kg） of the predicted body weight; 50 （48.1.） patients received LPV. The median positive end-expiratory pressure （PEEP） was set to 5 cmH2. （IQR, 5-5 cmH2.）. No PEEP values were higher than 1. cmH2.. Compared with partially mandatory ventilation, supportive and spontaneous ventilation practices were associated with LPV. There were no significant differences in mortality and MV duration between patients subjected to LPV and those were not. Conclusions： Among brain-injured patients in China, SIMV was the most frequent ventilation mode. Nearly one-half of the brain-injured patients received LPV. Patients under supportive and spontaneous ventilation were more likely to receive LPV.

选用3个氮高效水稻品种(武运粳7号、南光和4007)和1.氮低效水稻品种(Elio),在田间试验条件下研究了7个施氮水平(0、60、1.0、1.0、2.0、300和360kg·hm-2.下水稻的产量及产量构成、茎蘖变化动态、库容量以及光合产物和根系伤流强度的变化。结果表明:在7个施氮水平下氮高效水稻品种的籽粒产量均显著高于Elio,籽粒产量的差异主要是由穗数决定。Elio的最大茎蘖数与氮高效水稻差异不显著,但其成穗率仅为2.%左右,而3个氮高效水稻的成穗率为35%～49%,最终导致氮高效水稻的库容量大,差异呈显著水平。不同氮效率水稻品种齐穗期的叶面积指数差异不显著,但齐穗期后Elio的群体光合速率下降比4007快;不同氮效率水稻品种齐穗前的生物产量无差异,齐穗期后氮高效水稻品种的生物产量显著高于Elio。与地上部分生长相对应的是,从分蘖期到齐穗期后30d氮高效水稻4007的根系伤流强度显著比氮低效水稻Elio高。
