Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2.2. December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

N Accumulation and Translocation in Four Japonica Rice Cultivars at Different N Rates

Developing high-yielding rice(Oryza sativa L.)cultivars depends on having a better understanding of nitrogen(N) accumulation and translocation to the ear during the reproductive *** experiments were carried out to evaluate the genetic variation for N accumulation and translocation in different Japonica rice cultivars at different N rates and to identify any relationship to grain yield in southeast *** Japonica cultivars with similar agronomic characteristics were grown at two experimental sites in 2.04 with three N rates of 0,60,and 1.0 kg N ha^(-1..Dry {2.ghts and N contents of rice plants were measured at tillering,initiation,anthesis,and *** yields exhibited significant differences (P1.and N-translocation efficiency from 33% to 68%. Grain yield was linear to N uptake at anthesis(r^2.0.78^(**))and N translocation(r^2.0.67^(**)).Thus,cultivars with a high N uptake at anthesis,low residual N in the straw at maturity,and appropriate low N fertilizer supply in southeast China should efficiently increase N-recovery rate while maintaining grain yield and soil fertility.

Genotypic Differences in Grain Yield and Physiological Nitrogen Use Efficiency Among Rice Cultivars

Efficient use of N in agricultural practice can increase yield, decrease production costs and reduce the risk of environmental pollution. Effects of N fertilizer application rates on grain yield and physiological N use efficiency (PE) in relation to the accumulation and redistribution of biomass and N in rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars were studied at two experimental farms of Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing, China in 2.04. Three high N use efficiency (NUE) rice cultivars (Wuyunjing 7, Nanguang and 4007) and one low NUE rice cultivar (Elio) with similar growth patterns were studied under seven N rates (0, 60, 1.0, 1.0, 2.0, 300 and 360 kg ha -1.). Grain yield increased with the N application rate and attained plateau at 1.0 kg N ha -1.for rice cultivars at each site. Increasing N rate decreased PE for biomass and grain yield. Grain yield and PE of Elio were about 2.% and 1.% lower than those of high NUE cultivars. Differences in biomass, N accumulation and N redistribution were observed at the post-heading stage among rice cultivars with differing NUEs. The less reproductive tillers of Elio resulted in less demand for C and N during grain filling, thus leading to lower PE of Elio compared with the high NUE rice cultivars.

Root Physiological and Morphological Characteristics of Two Rice Cultivars with Different Nitrogen-Use Efficiency

The variation in nitrogen （N） uptake by rice has been widely studied but differences in rice root morphology that may contribute to this variation are not completely understood. Field and greenhouse experiments were carried out to study N accumulation, root dry weights, total root lengths, root surface areas, and root bleeding rates of two rice cultivars, Elio with low N-use efficiency and Nanguang with high N-use efficiency. Low （1.mmol N L^-1. and high （5 mmol N L^-1. N applications were established in the greenhouse experiment, and the N rates were 0, 1.0, and 2.0 kg ha^-1.in the field experiments at {1.gning and {1.gpu farms, Nanjing, China. The results showed that the N accumulation, root dry weight, total root length, and root surface area increased with an increase in N application. At the heading stage, N accumulation in the shoots and roots of Nanguang was greater than that of Elio in the field experiments and that of Elio at 5 mmol N L^-1.in the greenhouse experiment. After the heading stage, N accumulation was higher for Nanguang at both 1.and 5 mmol N L^-1.in the greenhouse experiment. The total root length and root surface area were significantly different between the two cultivars. Over the range of the fertilizer application rates, the root lengths of Nanguang at {1.gning Farm were 49%-61.0 greater at booting and 2.%-39% greater at heading than those of Elio, and at {1.gpu Farm they were 2.%-42. and 2.%-38% greater, respectively. Nanguang had a greater root bleeding rate than Elio. It was concluded that the N-use efficiency of the two rice cultivars studied depended to a great extent on the root morphological parameters and root physiological characteristics at different growth stages.

With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) *** present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1.Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2. treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative *** International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism,and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).

目的总结深圳市新生儿脑卒中发病率、临床特征及预后等情况,提高脑卒中新生儿的早期诊治能力。方法由深圳市儿童医院牵头,收集2.2.年1.—2.2.年1.月深圳新生儿数据协作网组织2.0}单位收治的新生儿脑卒中36例,分析深圳市新生儿脑卒中发... 详细信息

目的总结深圳市新生儿脑卒中发病率、临床特征及预后等情况,提高脑卒中新生儿的早期诊治能力。方法由深圳市儿童医院牵头,收集2.2.年1.—2.2.年1.月深圳新生儿数据协作网组织2.0}单位收治的新生儿脑卒中36例,分析深圳市新生儿脑卒中发病率、临床特征、治疗、预后等情况。结果深圳市2.0}医院2.2.、2.2.0}2.2.年新生儿脑卒中的发病率分别为1.1.1.7、1.6060、1.7704。缺血性脑卒中占75%(2./36),男性患儿占64%(2./36)。86%(31.36)的患儿在生后3d内起病,53%(1./36)以惊厥起病。颅脑影像学结果显示,2.例(61.)大脑左侧发生梗死,1.例(36%)基底节梗死;1.例完成磁共振血管成像检查,9例(75%)累及大脑中动脉。2.例患儿完成脑电图检查,2.0}(72.)出现尖波,1.例(34%)出现电发作。不同医院对症支持治疗不同。1.例(33%)完善新生儿行为神经测定评分,平均得分(32.4)分。共随访2.例患儿1.月龄左右的预后情况,44%(1./2.)的患儿预后良好。结论新生儿脑卒中主要为缺血性脑卒中,多以惊厥为首发症状,多累及大脑中动脉,脑电图多出现尖波,神经发育评分较低,以对症支持治疗为主,部分患儿预后不良。

Based on previous site testing and satellite cloud data,Ali,Daocheng and Muztagh-ata have been selected as candidate sites for the Large Optical/Infrared Telescope(LOT) in *** present the data collection,processing,management and quality analysis for our site testing based on using similar *** analyze meteorological data,seeing,background light,cloud and precipitable water vapor data from 2.1. March 1. to 2.1. March *** also investigated the relative usefulness of our all-sky camera data in comparison to that from the meteorological TERRA satellite data based on a night-by-night comparison of the correlation and consistency between *** find a 6% discrepancy arising from a wide range of factors.

A large ground-based optical/infrared telescope is being planned for a world-class astronomical site in *** cloud-free night percentage is the primary meteorological consideration for evaluating candidate *** data from GMS and NOAA satellites and the MODIS instrument were utilized in this research,covering the period from 1.96 to *** data analysis benefits from overlapping results from different independent teams as well as a uniform analysis of selected sites using GMS+NOAA *** significant ground-based monitoring is needed to validate these findings,we identify three different geographical regions with a high percentage of cloud-free conditions(~83%on average),which is slightly lower than at Mauna Kea and Cerro Armazones(~85%on average)and were chosen for the large international projects TMT and ELT *** study finds evidence that cloud distributions and the seasonal changes affected by the prevailing westerly winds and summer monsoons reduce the cloud cover in areas influenced by the *** is consistent with the expectations from climate change models and is suggestive that most of the identified sites will have reduced cloud cover in the future.
