Parameter calibration and experimental verification of discrete element simulation model for Protaetia brevitarsis larvae bioconversion mixture

To improve the survival rate of larvae during material separation after biotransformation of existing residual film mixtures of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae,this paper adopts the method of combining physical test and EDEM simulation test,and selects Hertz Mindlin with JKR contact model to calibrate the discrete element simulation contact parameters of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae and the frass ***,the cylinder lifting method was used to determine the actual repose angle of the mixture of larvae and *** collision recovery coefficients between larvae-frass and steel,static friction coefficient,kinetic friction coefficient and the collision recovery coefficient between larvae were measured through physical tests such as the inclined plane *** Plackett-Burman test was then used to screen out the factors that have a significant impact on the repose angle:Poisson’s ratio of frass,frass-frass rolling friction coefficient,frass JKR surface energy,frass-larvae JKR surface *** optimal value intervals of four significant factors were determined based on the steepest climb test,Based on the Box-Behnken response surface analysis test,the second-order regression model between the repose angle and four significant factors was determined,and variance and interaction effects were *** with the actual repose angle as the goal,the significant factors were optimized and the optimal parameter combination of the four significant factors was *** simulation test of material repose angle and screening was carried out with the optimal parameter combination,and compared with the physical *** was found that the maximum relative errors of the two tests were 1.48%and 3.79%respectively,indicating that the calibrated parameter values are true and reliable,It can provide a reference for the discrete element simulation of the transportation and separation of the Protaetia brevitarsis larvae-frass mixture.

Foxtail millet(Setaria italica),which was domesticatedfromthewild speciesgreenfoxtail(Setaria viridis),isa richsource of phytonutrientsfor *** evaluate how breeding changed themetabolome offoxtail millet grains,we generated and analyzed the datasets encompassing the genomes,transcriptomes,metabolomes,and anti-inflammatory indices from 398 foxtail millet *** identified hundreds of common variants that influence numerous secondary *** observed tremendous differences in natural variations of the metabolites and their underlying genetic architectures between distinct sub-groups of foxtail ***,we found that the selection of the gene alleles associated with yellow grains led to altered profiles of metabolites such as carotenoids and endogenous *** CRiSPR-mediated genome editing wevalidated the function of PHYTOENE SYNTHASE1(PSY1)gene in affecting milletgrain colorand ***,our in vitro cell inflammation assays showed that 83 metabolites in millet grains have anti-inflammatory *** together,ourmulti-omics study illustrates how the breeding history of foxtail millet has shaped its metabolite *** datasets we generated in this study also provide important resources for further understanding how millet grain quality is affected by different metabolites,laying the foundations for future millet genetic research and metabolome-assisted improvement.

人工肌肉是一种新型的仿生柔性驱动器,具有显著柔顺性和柔软度,能够安全地与人体及其他生物环境进行交互.鉴于现有的人工肌肉存在负载程度低、迟滞效应大、寿命短等局限,一种基于尼龙等聚合物纤维进行加捻卷绕制作的人工肌肉(twisted and coiled polymer fiber, TCPF)应运而生.这种人工肌肉可产生超过40%的变形量,承受载荷的能力达到同等重量和长度人体肌肉的100倍之多,并且具有高达5.3 kW/kg的能量密度,迅速成为当前学术研究的热点问题.本文综述TCPF人工肌肉的发展历程和研究现状,着重围绕TCPF人工肌肉的制备工艺和驱动原理、新材料和结构、驱动方式的改进以及在软体机器人领域的应用等方面进行介绍,分析了现有研究中存在的不足和瓶颈问题,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望.

微粉碎对燕麦麸皮功能性成分及抗氧化性的影响

为了提高燕麦麸皮的利用率和营养价值,以燕麦麸皮粗粉为原料,探究微粉碎对燕麦麸皮营养成分、功能性成分及抗氧化性的影响。结果表明:随着麸皮粒径的减小,燕麦麸皮中多糖含量先增后减,总酚含量呈先增大后减小趋势,各组间存在明显差异,膳食纤维含量显著减小(P<0.05)。微粉碎处理对燕麦麸皮的抗氧化能力影响显著,随着麸皮粒径的减小,总抗氧化能力增大,而羟自由基清除率和TBA值呈逐渐减小的趋势。当燕麦麸皮为74μm(200目)时,DPPH自由基清除率和ABTS自由基清除率达到最大值,分别为92.1%和71.88%,亚油酸过氧化抑制率最强。相关性分析表明,总酚、膳食纤维与抗氧化指标间存在极大的相关性,相关系数均大于0.71。多糖、总酚、膳食纤维是燕麦麸皮起抗氧化能力的重要功能性成分。

燕麦麸皮体外调节肥胖人群肠道微生物及抗氧化性

燕麦麸皮是燕麦加工过程中的副产品,含有丰富的膳食纤维、多酚等植物化学物质。通过模拟体外消化、发酵过程,评估不同剂量(1%,3%和5%)燕麦麸皮对肥胖人群粪便微生物群组成和短链脂肪酸、抗氧化的影响,结果表明:燕麦麸皮消化后,其抗氧化性显著提高(P<0.05)。微生物测定结果表明:在门水平上的主要优势菌为变形杆菌(29.01%~46.55%)、放线菌(7.82%~16.18%)、厚壁菌(44.63%~51.98%)及拟杆菌(0.05%~2.58%)。与对照组相比,添加燕麦麸皮后微生物α-多样性降低,厚壁菌和放线菌数量降低,说明燕麦麸皮具有抑菌作用。燕麦麸皮发酵后主要的短链脂肪酸为乙酸、丙酸和丁酸。总短链脂肪酸含量在FOB5组中含量为161.21μg/mL,显著低于其它各组(P<0.05)。结论:燕麦麸皮具有很好的抗氧化性,能够体外调节肠道微生物的丰度,降低短链脂肪酸含量,且呈剂量依赖性。本研究结果为燕麦麸皮减肥降脂机制提供了试验依据。

Helicobacter pylori and immunotherapy for gastrointestinal cancer

Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with the risk of gastrointestinal(GI)cancers;however,its impact on immunotherapy for GI cancers remains *** this study,we included 10,122 patients who underwent ^(13)C-urea breath *** 636 patients with Epstein-Barr virus–negative microsatellite-stable gastric cancer(GC)who were treated with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy,***–positive patients exhibited significantly longer immune-related progression-free survival(irPFS)compared with ***–negative patients(6.97 months versus 5.03 months,p<0.001,hazard ratio[HR]0.76,95%confidence interval[CI]0.62–0.95,p=0.015).Moreover,the ***–positive group demonstrated a trend of 4 months longer median immune-related overall survival(irOS)than the ***–negative ***–positive GC displayed higher densities of PD-L1+cells and nonexhausted CD8+T cells,indicative of a“hot”tumor *** analysis revealed that ***–positive GC shared molecular characteristics similar to those of immunotherapy-sensitive ***,***–positive patients with DNA mismatch repair–deficient(dMMR)/microsatellite instability–high(MSI-H)colorectal adenocarcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)had shorter irPFS compared with ***–negative patients(16.13 months versus not reached,p=0.042,HR 2.26,95%CI 1.13–4.50,p=0.021 and 5.57 months versus 6.97 months,p=0.029,HR 1.59,95%CI 1.14–2.23,p=0.006,respectively).The difference in irOS between ***–positive and–negative patients had the same trend as that between dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC *** also identified a trend of shorter irPFS and irOS in ***–positive liver cancer and pancreatic cancer *** summary,our findings supported that *** infection is a beneficial factor for GC immunotherapy by shaping hot tumor ***,in dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC patients,*** adversely affects the efficacy of immunothera

由于时延和测量、控制偏差的影响,环月轨道遥操作交会对接最终平移段的轨道控制面临诸多问题。针对这些问题,对遥操作交会对接共享控制策略进行研究。运用相对轨道动力学方程构造遥操作交会对接的数学模型,在此基础上推导时延条件下的预显示模型。在考虑可控边界的条件下构造对接安全走廊,提出基于改进人工势场的自控方法,势场函数将航天器与安全走廊的相对距离和逼近速度作为参考量。结合操纵人员的手动控制操作特性,推导共享控制的权重系数,形成共享控制策略。在九自由度遥操作交会对接半实物仿真平台开展仿真试验。仿真结果表明:相比于采用自动控制和手动控制方式而言,共享控制方式能有效克服时延的影响,显著提高环月轨道交会任务对接精度和成功率,改善环月轨道遥操作交会对接控制性能。

以上海某软土深基坑为研究对象,利用FLAC3D软件进行了9组正交试验,分析基坑开挖过程中隆起量、桩体位移和坑外土体沉降量。研究表明,基坑中间隆起量最大,基坑隆起量可以用指数模型y=AxB模拟,围护桩入土深度对隆起量影响最大;桩体左侧位移开始逐渐增加,当达到最大值18.91~35.58 mm后逐渐减小,桩径对桩体位移影响最大;土体沉降曲线呈现"勺子"状,坑外下侧土体沉降最大为40.76~51.68 mm,桩径对土体沉降影响最大。

Broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs often lack specificity,leading to indiscriminate bactericidal activity,which can disrupt the normal microbial balance of the host flora and cause unnecessary cytotoxicity during systemic *** this study,we constructed a specifically targeted antimicrobial peptide against Staphylococcus aureus by introducing a phage-displayed peptide onto a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide and explored its structure–function relationship through one-factor ***2 obtained by screening based on the selectivity index and the targeting index showed specific killing ability against ***,SFK2 showed excellent biocompatibility in mice and piglet,and demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy against *** *** conclusion,our screening of phage-derived heptapeptides effectively enhances the specific bactericidal ability of the antimicrobial peptides against ***,providing a theoretical basis for developing targeted antimicrobial peptides.
