The construction of a stable-membrane tracker has significant implications for the visualization of the membrane in live ***,most current plasma trackers are not suitable for tracking plasma membranes for a long time due to their limited retention ***,Mem580-F-Sulfo is designed to target and anchor cell membranes and therefore track cell membranes for a longer *** tracker is composed of a lipophilic boron-dipyrromethene(BODIPY)derivative and a hydrophilic zwitterion to form an amphiphilic structure,which enables its targeting ability toward cell ***,a reactive ester group is included to bind with proteins through covalent bonds in cell membranes nonspecifically,which extends retention time in cell ***580-F-Sulfo shows intense brightness(94600),with a high molar absorption coefficient of up to about 100000 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)and a fluorescence quantum yield of up to *** shows fast cell membrane targeting ability and long retention up to 90 *** brief,this work has not only developed a tracker with good cell membrane targetability but also provided a new strategy for improving the targeting stability of cell membranes.

With the rapid increase in urban gas consumption,the frequency of maintenance and repair of gas pipelines has escalated,leading to a rise in safety accidents during these *** traditional manual supervision model presents challenges such as inaccurate monitoring results,incomplete risk factor analysis,and a lack of quantitative risk *** research focuses on developing a dynamic risk assessment technology for gas emergency repair operations by integrating the monitoring outcomes of artificial olfactory for gas leakage information and video object recognition for visual safety factor monitoring *** quantitatively evaluate the risk of the operation process,a three-dimensional risk assessment model combining gas leakage with riskcorrelated sensitivity was established as well as a separate three-dimensional risk assessment model integrating visual risk factors with predictable risk ***,a visual risk quantification expression mode based on the risk matrix-radar map method was ***,a risk quantification model based on the fusion of visual and olfactory results was *** verification results of simulation scenarios based on field data indicate that the visual-olfactory fusion risk assessment method can more accurately reflect the dynamic risk level of the operation process compared to simple visual safety factor *** outcomes of this research can contribute to the identification of safety status and early warning of risks related to personnel,equipment,and environmental factors in emergency repair ***,these results can be extended to other operational scenarios,such as oil and gas production stations and long-distance pipeline operations.

The infinite-layer cuprate ACu O_(2.(A=Ca,Sr,Ba)possesses the simplest crystal structure among numerous cuprate superconductors and can serve as a prototypical system to explore the unconventional *** on the first-principles electronic structure calculations,we have studied the electronic and magnetic properties of the infinite-layer cuprate SrCuO_(2.from a phonon *** find that interesting fluctuations of charges,electrical dipoles,and local magnetic moments can be induced by the atomic displacements of phonon modes in SrCuO_(2.upon the hole *** all optical phonon modes of SrCuO_(2.in the antiferromagnetic Néel state,only the A_(1g)mode that involves the full-breathing O vibrations along the Cu-O bonds can cause significant fluctuations of local magnetic moments on O atoms and dramatic charge redistributions between Cu and O ***,due to the atomic displacements of the A_(1g)mode,both the charge fluctuations on Cu and the electrical dipoles on O show a dome-like evolution with increasing hole doping,quite similar to the experimentally observed behavior of the superconducting T_(c);in comparison,the fluctuations of local magnetic moments on O display a monotonic enhancement along with the hole *** analyses indicate that around the optimal doping,there exists a large softening in the frequency of the A_(1g)phonon mode and a van Hove singularity in the electronic structure close to the Fermi level,suggesting potential electron-phonon *** work reveals the important role of the full-breathing O phonon mode pla{12.ng in the infinite-layer SrCuO_(2.,which may provide new insights in understanding the cuprate superconductivity.

The regeneration of Tetracentron sinense *** poor in the understory and in open areas due to the charac-teristics of natural regeneration of the species on forest edges and in *** is unclear whether different light intensities in various habitats affect eco-physiological characteristics of saplings and their natural *** this study,the light intensity in *** habitats was simulated by artificial shading(L1:100%NS(natural sunlight)in the open;L2.50%NS in a forest gap or edge;L3:10%NS in understory)to investigate differences in morphology,leaf structure,physiology,and photosynthesis of 2.year-old sap-lings,and to analyze the mechanism of light intensity on sapling *** differences were observed in morphology(including leaf area,and specific leaf area)under different light *** to L1 and L3,chloroplast structure in L2.was *** increasing time,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities in L2.became gradually higher than under the other light intensities,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content was *** decreased osmoregulation substance contents of leaves but increased *** results suggest that light intensities significantly affect the eco-physiological characteristics of *** saplings and they would respond most favorably at intermediate levels of light by optimizing eco-physiological ***,50%natural sunlight should be created to promote saplings establishment and population recovery of *** during in situ conservation,including sowing mature seeds in forest edges or gaps and providing appropriate shade protection for seedlings and saplings in the open.

The synovium,a thin layer of tissue that is adjacent to the joints and secretes synovial fluid,undergoes changes in aging that contribute to intense shoulder pain and other joint ***,the mechanism underlying hu{2.n synovial aging re{2.ins poorly ***,we generated a comprehensive transcriptomic profile of synovial cells present in the subacromial synovium from young and aged *** delineating aging-related transcriptomic changes across different cell types and their associated regulatory networks,we identified two subsets of mesenchy{2.l stro{2.l cells(MSCs)in hu{2.n synovium,which are lining and sublining MSCs,and found that angiogenesis and fibrosis-associated genes were upregulated whereas genes associated with cell adhesion and cartilage development were downregulated in aged ***,the specific cell-cell communications in aged synovium mirrors that of aging-related inflam{2.tion and tissue remodeling,including vascular hyperplasia and tissue *** particular,we identified forkhead box O1(FOXO1)as one of the {2.jor regulons for aging differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in synovial MSCs,and validated its downregulation in both lining and sublining MSC populations of the aged *** hu{2.n FOXO1-depleted MSCs derived from hu{2.n embryonic stem cells,we recapitulated the senescent phenotype observed in the subacromial synovium of aged *** data indicate an important role of FOXO1 in the regulation of hu{2.n synovial ***,our study improves our understanding of synovial aging during joint degeneration,thereby informing the development of novel intervention strategies aimed at rejuvenating the aged joint.

Due to their uncontrollable assembly and crystallization process,the synthesis of mesoporous metal oxide single crystals remains a formidable ***,we report the synthesis of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2.iSiO5by using soft micelles as *** key lies in the atomic-scale self-assembly and step-crystallization processes,which ensure the formation of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2.iSiO5microparticles via an oriented attachment growth mechanism under the confinement of an in-situ formed carbon *** mesoporous Li2.iSiO5anode achieves a superior rate capability(148 mah g-1at5.0 A g-1) and outstanding long-term cycling stability(138 mah g-1after 3000 cycles at 2.0 A g-1) for lithium storage as a result of the ultrafast Li+diffusion caused by penetrating mesochannels and nanosized crystal frameworks（5-10 nm）.In comparison,bulk Li2.iSiO5exhibits poor rate capability and cycle performance due to micron-scale diffusion *** method is very simple and reproducible,heralding a new way of designing and synthesizing mesoporous single crystals with controllable frameworks and chemical functionalities.

Fossil mammal-riched Neogene strata are widely distributed in the {2. corner of the huge Longzhong Basin at Tianshui, Gansu Province, northern central China. Hipparion weihoense, a typical member of late Middle Miocene Bahean stage, was recently excavated at Yaodian along a well-exposed outcrop. Owing to the importance of the Bahean stage in the mammalian evolution and its potential for environmental change, we suggested a name of Yaodian Formation for the stratigra- phy, which is correlated to the Bahe Formation at Lantian, Shaanxi. High resolution paleomagnetic dating of the section shows that the Yaodian Formation covers the period between 11.67 ma and 7.43 ma, with the site bearing Hipparion weihoense being estimated at about 10.54―10.30 ma, providing first magnetostratigraphic chronology for the Bahean Stage. The Yaodian Formation consists of fluvial channel deposits (11.67―10.40 ma) at the bottom, floodplain deposits in the middle (10.40―9.2. ma) and shallow lake sediments at the top (9.2.―7.43 ma). This upward fining sequence suggests that the relief in nearby mountain ranges such as West Qinling to the south and Huajia Ling to the north was greatly reduced after long-term denudation, fluvial transport capacity was low, and finally the drainage system was disintegrated, replaced with broad-shallow lakes in which only fine sediments like mud and marlite were deposited, indicating an old stage of development of a planation surface. A remarkable shift in ecology and climatic environment was found at 7.4―7.7 ma when paleoclimate changed from early warm humid to late dry as indicated by sedimentary facies changed from early shallow lake sequence to late eolian red clays and a former coniferous-deciduous mixed forest was replaced by grassland, leading to great growth of Hipparion Fauna of Baodean stage in the region. Therefore, it is estimated that the present high relief of Qinling and drainage pattern did not come into being until Late Pliocene in response
