Characteristics and quality of clinical practice guidelines for diabetic kidney disease:a systematic review

OBJECTIVE:To assess the quality of Clinical practice guidelines(CPGs)in the context of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)and determine whether any factors affect the ***:We searched eight databases along with five international and national organizations to develop or archive guidelines from their inception to July 2023,with an additional search of *** the authoritative organizations related to *** and consensus statements created using direct differential diagnosis or therapy for DKD were included without language *** quality was evaluated by four reviewers using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and EvaluationⅡ(AGREEⅡ)*** with the item and domain scores,the guideline was also allocated an overall quality score,which ranged from 1(lowest possible quality)to 7(highest possible quality).Moreover,an overall recommendation for use was also assigned(“recommended”,“recommended with modifications”or“not recommended”).RESULTS:A total of 16 CPGs were included,of which 14 were from Asia and the remaining two from *** two CPGs were updated in the third *** CPGs were recommended for use because their primary domains scored in the medium or high ***,five CPGs were recommended with modifications as the stakeholder involvement,applicability,and editorial independence domains were evaluated as low *** all domains,the lowest average score was for rigour of development(33%),followed by application(36%),and stakeholder involvement(51%).The highest average score was for scope and purpose(79%),followed by clarity of presentation(75%).None of the CPGs considered the patient's viewpoint,and six of 16 CPGs did not use any grading system to translate the evidence into ***,only three of 16 CPGs shared search strategy,and eight of 16 CPGs did not declare a funding ***:According to the AGREE II evaluation,more than one in four CPGs for DKD had poo

作为最重要的家畜之一，普通牛（Bos taurus）在中国的起源和传播模式受到广泛关注。本研究收集了来自黄河中游3个考古遗址的9个古代牛遗骸，提取古DNA进行PCR测序和系统发生分析，以探索中国家养牛的起源和传播。经2轮PCR实验获得4个陶寺（距今4100年前）古牛527 bp的线粒体DNA（mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA）序列。单倍型划分结果显示，陶寺古牛存在4种单倍型，都属于家养普通牛T3和T4单倍群，证实中国普通牛起源于近东地区，4 100年前就已经被华北人群利用。此外，陶寺遗址丰富的单倍型数量提示陶寺遗址古代牛群体具有较高的母系遗传多样性。群体间遗传分化指数FST（Fstatistics）分析和Median-Joining网络图表明，中国古代牛与现代东亚(FST=0.0164)及中国普通牛(FST=0.0066)均有密切的遗传关系，提示陶寺遗址古代牛群体可能是现代东亚和中国普通牛的重要母系祖先群体之一。本研究为解析我国的家牛起源和传播提供了分子遗传证据。

Differential Evolution Based Receding Horizon Control for UAV Motion Planning in Dynamic Environments

This paper presents online motion planning for UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle) in complex threat field,including both static threats and moving threats,which can be formulated as a dynamic constrained optimal control *** horizon control(RHC) based on differential evolution(DE) algorithm is adopted.A location-predicting model of moving threats is established to assess the value of threat that UAV faces in *** flyable paths can be generated by the control inputs which are optimized by DE under the guidance of the objective *** results demonstrate that the proposed method not only generates smooth and flyable paths,but also enables UAV to avoid threats efficiently and arrive at destination safely.

In this article, the outage probability behavior of a relay network over Nakagami-m fading channels is analyzed. Both reactive and proactive opportunistic decode-and-forward （DAF） strategies are considered. The closed-form solutions to the outage probabilities on both opportunistic DAF strategies are derived. Simulation results confirm the presented mathematical analysis.

目的建立一种快速测定高尿酸模型小鼠血浆中尿酸浓度的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,并将其用于典型药物Lesinurad的降尿酸作用评价。方法采用Laballiance Series III HPLC系统,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(100 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇/0.5%乙酸(10∶90),等度洗脱,体积流量0.4 m L/min,检测波长为283 nm;应用建立的HPLC法测定小鼠ip给予250、500 mg/kg尿酸0.5、1.0、2.0 h后血浆中尿酸浓度;ig给予小鼠50、150 mg/kg Lesinurad 0.5 h后,ip 500 mg/kg尿酸制备模型,1 h后HPLC法测定血浆中尿酸浓度。结果在建立的HPLC法中,血浆尿酸浓度在7.5~150μg/m L与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.997),方法专属性、重复性、精密度、样品稳定性、回收率均符合生物样品检测指导原则规定。与对照组小鼠内源性血尿酸浓度比较,250 mg/kg剂量组在0.5 h血浆尿酸浓度显著升高(P<0.01),500 mg/kg组在0.5、1.0、2.0 h血浆尿酸浓度均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,50、150 mg/kg Lesinurad组血尿酸浓度均显著下降(P<0.05、0.01),且呈剂量相关性。结论本研究建立的HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可用于小鼠血浆尿酸浓度测定及相关药物的药效评价,为小鼠高尿酸模型建立及后续降尿酸药物的筛选提供了快速可靠的分析手段。

he solubilities , refractive indexes of saturated solutions of the quaternary re-ciprocal system Li￣+ , Br￣(-) ,I￣(-)H_(2)O and its boundary ternary system NH_(4)Br-NH_(4)I-H_(2)O at 25℃ have been investigated using isothermal method. In the titleternary system which belongs to Roozeboom Ⅳ type, there are two limited solid so-lutions. Entering into the quaternary system, the region of the solid solutions re-duces and disappears with the increase of Li￣+ , and finally, the quaternary systembecomes a simple system.

Syntheses, Crystal Structures and Biological Activity of the Diorganotin 2-(2-(4-Methoxybenzoyl)hydrazono)-3-phenylpropanoic Carboxylate Complexes

Diorganotin 2-(2-(4-methoxybenzoyl)hydrazono)-3-phenylpropanoic carboxylate complexes Ⅰ{[p-CH3 O-C6 H4 O(O)C=N-N=C(Ph CH2)COO](n-Bu)2 Sn(CH3 OH)}2 and Ⅱ {[p-CH3 O-C6 H4 O(O)C=NN=C(Ph CH2)COO](Ph CH2)2 Sn(CH3 OH)}2 have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized by IR, 1 H, 13 C and 119 Sn NMR spectra, HRMS, elemental analysis, thermal stability analysis and the crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal of complex I belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.437(2), b = 11.576(3), c = 13.085(3) ?, α = 66.272(2)°, β = 86.920(3)°, γ = 73.367(3)°, Z = 2, V = 1383.3(5) ?3, Dc = 1.381 Mg·m-3, m(Mo Kα) = 0.959 mm-1, F(000) = 592, R = 0.0233 and w R = 0.0644. The crystal of complex Ⅱ is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.446(1), b = 11.720(1), c = 13.063(2) ?, α = 84.190(1)°, β = 71.610(1)°, γ = 72.624(1)°, Z = 1, V = 1448.3(3) ?3, Dc = 1.475 Mg·m-3, m(Mo Kα) = 0.925 mm-1, F(000) = 656, R = 0.0169 and w R = 0.0432. In vitro antitumor activities of both complexes were evaluated by MTT against three human cancer cell lines(NCI-H460, Hep G2 and MCF7), and two complexes exhibited good antitumor activity. The interaction between complex Ⅰ and calf thymus DNA were studied by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy, the interaction of complex Ⅰ with calf thymus DNA were intercalation.

Multiparameter magnetic resonance imaging-based radiomics model for the prediction of rectal cancer metachronous liver metastasis

BACKGROUND The liver,as the main target organ for hematogenous metastasis of colorectal cancer,early and accurate prediction of liver metastasis is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of ***,this study aims to investigate the application value of a combined machine learning(ML)based model based on the multiparameter magnetic resonance imaging for prediction of rectal metachronous liver metastasis(MLM).AIM To investigate the efficacy of radiomics based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging images of preoperative first diagnosed rectal cancer in predicting MLM from rectal *** We retrospectively analyzed 301 patients with rectal cancer confirmed by surgical pathology at Jingzhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to December *** participants were randomly assigned to the training or validation queue in a 7:3 *** first apply generalized linear regression model(GLRM)and random forest model(RFM)algorithm to construct an MLM prediction model in the training queue,and evaluate the discriminative power of the MLM prediction model using area under curve(AUC)and decision curve analysis(DCA).Then,the robustness and generalizability of the MLM prediction model were evaluated based on the internal validation set between the validation queue *** Among the 301 patients included in the study,16.28%were ultimately diagnosed with MLM through pathological *** analysis showed that carcinoembryonic antigen,and magnetic resonance imaging radiomics were independent predictors of ***,the GLRM prediction model was developed with a comprehensive nomogram to achieve satisfactory *** prediction performance of GLRM in the training and validation queue was 0.765[95%confidence interval(CI):0.710-0.820]and 0.767(95%CI:0.712-0.822),*** with GLRM,RFM achieved superior performance with AUC of 0.919(95%CI:0.868-0.970)and 0.901(95%CI:0.850-0.952)in the training and validation queue,respect

Chemical patterning enhanced by increasing quenching temperature in a medium-Mn steel

Chemical heterogeneity in high-temperature austenite is an effective way to tune the austenite-to-martensite transformation during *** effect of quenching temperature on microstructure evolution is investigated when the high-temperature austenite is *** fast austenitization from partitioned pearlite consisting of Mn-enriched cementite and Mn-depleted ferrite in Fe-0.29C-3.76Mn-1.50Si(wt.%)steel,quenching to room temperature and quenching to 130℃ followed by 400℃ partitioning are both *** increasing quenching temperature from 25 to 130℃,the amount of heterogeneous microstructure(lamellar ghost pearlite)increases from 10.6%to 33.6% and the thickness of Mn-enriched retained austenite film is increased from 31.9±5.9 to 51.5±4.4 nm,indicating an enhancement of chemical *** is probably ascribed to the reduction in driving force for austenite-to-martensite transformation,which requires a lower Mn content for austenite retention.
