AgBi_(3)S_(5) is a new n-type thermoelectric material that is environmentally friendly and composed of elements of earth-abundant,non-toxic and high performance-cost *** compound features an intrinsically low thermal conductivity derived from its complex monoclinic ***,the terrible electrical transport properties greatly limited the improvement of thermoelectric *** previous studies considered that carrier concentration is the main reason for low electrical conductivity and focused on improving carrier concentration by aliovalent ion *** this work,we found that the critical parameter that restricts the electric transport performance of AgBi_(3)S_(5)was the extremely low carrier mobility instead of the carrier *** to the Pisarenko relationships and density functional theory calculations,Nb doping can sharpen the conduction band of AgBi_(3)S_(5),which contributes to reducing the effective mass and improving the carrier *** a further increase of the Nb doping content,the conduction band convergence can enlarge the effective mass and preserve the carrier *** with the decrease in lattice thermal conductivity due to the intensive phone scattering,a maximum ZT value of~0.50 at 773 K was achieved in Ag_(0.97)Nb_(0.03)Bi_(3)S_(5),which was~109.6%higher than that of pure *** work will stimulate the new exploration of high-performance thermoelectric materials in ternary metal sulfides.

目的探讨多参数心脏磁共振(cardiac magnetic resonance,CMR)在低龄儿童急性心肌炎诊断和短期随访中的应用价值。材料与方法前瞻性分析2022年1月至2024年2月就诊于我院的60例8岁以下的急性心肌炎患儿和30例对照组儿童。收集所有受试者的临床资料和CMR数据[包括左心室心肌的初始T1值、心肌细胞外容积百分数(extracellular volume fraction,ECV)、T2值、T2信号比值、晚期钆增强(late gadolinium enhancement,LGE)情况]。使用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线评价单一和联合参数的诊断效能,并计算曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)、敏感度、特异度和准确度。采用配对检验比较低龄急性心肌炎患儿初诊和随访时的CMR数据。结果急性心肌炎组的初始T1值、ECV值、T2值、T2信号比值和LGE阳性病例数均显著高于对照组(P均0.05),其中初始T1值的敏感度和准确度最高,分别为81.7%和83.3%。2018版路易斯湖标准(Lake Louise Criteria,LLC)、排除ECV的2018LLC、初始T1值联合T2值的AUC(分别为0.933、0.917、0.892)均高于其他联合参数,但三者之间无显著差异(P均>0.05),其中2018LLC的敏感度和准确度最高,分别为90.0%和92.2%。与初诊时相比,短期随访时初始T1值、ECV值、T2值、T2信号比值、LGE累及心肌节段数和符合2018LLC的病例数总体上均降低(P均<0.05)。结论多参数CMR可作为诊断低龄儿童急性心肌炎的有效方法,在短期随访时能够监测患儿治疗后的病情变化。

鲁中肉羊不同生长阶段体尺体重的遗传参数估计

估计鲁中肉羊不同生长阶段体尺、体重的遗传参数,分析各性状间的遗传规律,以期为鲁中肉羊育种规划工作提供理论依据。收集2015—2019年共15 040条鲁中肉羊体尺、体重数据,以初生、3月龄、6月龄、周岁和成年阶段的体重、体高、体长、胸... 详细信息

估计鲁中肉羊不同生长阶段体尺、体重的遗传参数,分析各性状间的遗传规律,以期为鲁中肉羊育种规划工作提供理论依据。收集2015—2019年共15 040条鲁中肉羊体尺、体重数据,以初生、3月龄、6月龄、周岁和成年阶段的体重、体高、体长、胸围、胸宽、胸深、管围性状为研究对象,利用DMU软件中AI-REML结合EM算法并配合动物模型,以出生年份、出生季节和性别为固定效应,以加性效应和母体效应为随机效应,估计各性状的遗传力和遗传相关。结果表明,初生至成年阶段鲁中肉羊的体重的遗传力为0.18~0.51,体高的遗传力为0.15~0.60,体长的遗传力为0.09~0.42,胸围的遗传力为0.11~0.43,胸宽的遗传力为0.05~0.39,胸深的遗传力为0.06~0.21,管围的遗传力为0.11~0.59,初生至6月龄阶段母体遗传力为0.15~0.26,不同阶段性状间遗传相关系数-0.52~0.98,表型相关系数为-0.05~0.95,不同生长阶段间体重的遗传相关系数为-0.10~0.87,表型相关系数为0.01~0.91。综上,母体遗传效应对鲁中肉羊早期生长性状影响较大,随着成长母体遗传效应逐步减弱,周岁阶段体重遗传力在本研究中最高,不同生长阶段体尺体重间存在中到高的遗传相关,各生长阶段间6月龄与周岁阶段体重遗传相关系数最高。

老年乳腺癌组织中PTBP3、USP28表达与术后复发转移的关系

目的分析老年乳腺癌组织中多聚嘧啶结合蛋白3(PTBP3)、泛素特异性蛋白酶28(USP28)表达与术后复发转移的关系。方法选择2017年2月—2020年2月辽宁省肿瘤医院乳腺外科诊治老年乳腺癌患者178例。以免疫组化法检测组织中PTBP3、USP28表达。随访3年,Kaplan-Meier生存分析不同PTBP3、USP28表达对老年乳腺癌术后复发转移的影响。Cox回归分析影响老年乳腺癌术后复发转移的因素。结果乳腺癌组织中PTBP3、USP28阳性率为65.17%(116/178)、67.42%(120/178),高于癌旁组织12.92%(23/178)、11.24%(20/178),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=102.080、117.725,P均<0.001)。TNM分期Ⅲ期、中低分化程度乳腺癌组织中PTBP3、USP28阳性率高于TNM分期Ⅱ期、高分化程度癌组织,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)/P=9.822/0.002,14.606/0.001,8.337/0.004,28.925/<0.001)。3年无复发转移率PTBP3阳性组为70.43%(81/115),低于阴性组的93.55%(58/62)(Log Rankχ^(2)=12.521,P<0.001);3年无复发转移率USP28阳性组为72.27%(86/119),低于阴性组的91.38%(53/58)(Log Rankχ^(2)=8.511,P=0.003)。Cox回归分析结果表明,PTBP3阳性、USP28阳性、肿瘤分期Ⅲ期、中低分化程度是影响乳腺癌患者术后复发转移的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.502(1.054~2.142),1.642(1.107~2.435),1.523(1.147~2.024),1.513(1.159~1.975),P均<0.05]。结论老年乳腺癌组织中PTBP3、USP28表达升高,PTBP3阳性、USP28阳性是影响老年乳腺癌患者术后复发转移的危险因素。

Autapses selectively form in specific cell types in many brain *** studies have also found putative autapses in principal spiny projection neurons(SPNs)in the ***,it remains unclear whether these neurons indeed form physiologically functional *** applied whole-cell recording in striatal slices and identified autaptic cells by the occurrence of prolonged asynchronous release(AR)of neurotransmitters after bursts of high-frequency action potentials(APs).Surprisingly,we found no autaptic AR in SPNs,even in the presence of Sr^(2+).However,robust autaptic AR was recorded in parvalbumin(PV)-expressing *** autaptic responses were mediated by GABA_(A) receptors and their strength was dependent on AP frequency and *** computer simulations suggest that autapses regulate spiking activity in PV cells by providing self-inhibition and thus shape network ***,our results indicate that PV neurons,but not SPNs,form functional autapses,which may play important roles in striatal functions.

目的观察新型冠状病毒(以下简称新冠病毒)感染康复后飞行学员载人离心机训练的抗荷耐力和生理指标变化, 探讨新冠病毒感染对飞行学员载人离心机训练是否存在影响, 为后续感染康复后飞行人员相关载人离心机训练提供依据。方法选取2022年参与当批载人离心机训练的飞行学员12名, 根据是否感染过新冠病毒将其分为康复组和对照组, 每组各6名。2组均分别进行载人离心机快增长率(rapid G onset rate, ROR)试验和慢增长率(gradual G onset rate, GOR)试验, 同时记录其在试验过程中的心率及呼吸频率变化, 收集抗荷耐力情况。结果康复组飞行学员保持松弛状态时的抗荷耐力(GOR耐力1)平均值为(4.2±0.8)G, 做抗荷动作时的抗荷耐力(GOR耐力2)平均值为(5.7±0.6)G;对照组飞行学员的GOR耐力1平均值为(3.4±0.3)G, GOR耐力2平均值为(6.0±0.6)G。与对照组相比, 康复组飞行学员的GOR耐力1和2的值差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。与对照组相比, 载人离心机ROR和GOR试验过程中康复组飞行学员的平均心率和呼吸频率变化差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论新冠病毒感染康复后不会影响飞行学员载人离心机训练的表现, 也不会影响其使用抗荷动作和心血管调节储备能力。

Hepatitis A, which is a major global health problem （Nainan et al., 2006）, is caused by hepatitis A virus （HAV）. Approxi- mately 1.4 cases of hepatitis A have been reported annually. HAV belongs to the family of Picomaviridae and genus He- patovirus, which is a sole member of this family. HAV has radically different properties from those of other picomavi- ruses. First, HAV is extremely resistant to degradation caused by environmental conditions.
