Let (K, M,H) be an upper triangular bimodule problem. Briistle and Hille showed that the opposite algebra A of the endomorphism algebra of a projective generator P of the matrices category of (K., M, H) is quasi-hereditary, and there is an equivalence between the category of△-good modules of A and Mat(K, M). In this note, based on the tame theorem for bimodule problems, we show that if the algebra A associated with an upper triangular bimodule problem is of△-tame representation type, then the category F(△) has the homogeneous property, i.e. almost all modules in F(△) are isomorphic to their Auslander-Reiten translations. Moreover, if (K, M,H)is an upper triangular bipartite bimodule problem, then A is of△-tame representation type if and only if F(△) is homogeneous.

Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with the risk of gastrointestinal(GI)cancers;however,its impact on immunotherapy for GI cancers remains *** this study,we included 10,122 patients who underwent ^(13)C-urea breath *** 636 patients with Epstein-Barr virus–negative microsatellite-stable gastric cancer(GC)who were treated with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy,***–positive patients exhibited significantly longer immune-related progression-free survival(irPFS)compared with ***–negative patients(6.97 months versus 5.03 months,p<0.001,hazard ratio[HR]0.76,95%confidence interval[CI]0.62–0.95,p=0.015).Moreover,the ***–positive group demonstrated a trend of 4 months longer median immune-related overall survival(irOS)than the ***–negative ***–positive GC displayed higher densities of PD-L1+cells and nonexhausted CD8+T cells,indicative of a“hot”tumor *** analysis revealed that ***–positive GC shared molecular characteristics similar to those of immunotherapy-sensitive ***,***–positive patients with DNA mismatch repair–deficient(dMMR)/microsatellite instability–high(MSI-H)colorectal adenocarcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)had shorter irPFS compared with ***–negative patients(16.13 months versus not reached,p=0.042,HR 2.26,95%CI 1.13–4.50,p=0.021 and 5.57 months versus 6.97 months,p=0.029,HR 1.59,95%CI 1.14–2.23,p=0.006,respectively).The difference in irOS between ***–positive and–negative patients had the same trend as that between dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC *** also identified a trend of shorter irPFS and irOS in ***–positive liver cancer and pancreatic cancer *** summary,our findings supported that *** infection is a beneficial factor for GC immunotherapy by shaping hot tumor ***,in dMMR/MSI-H colorectal adenocarcinoma and ESCC patients,*** adversely affects the efficacy of immunothera

The wave equations about displacement, velocity, stress and strain in functionally gradient material （FGM） with constituents varied continuously and smoothly were established. Four kinds of waves are of linear second-order partial differential equation of hyperbolic type and have the same characteristic curve at the plane of X,t. In general, the varying mode of stress is different from that of displacement and velocity at the front of wave. But in a special case that the product of density p and elastic modulus E of the material remains unchanged, the three wave equations have a similar expression and they have a similar varying mode in the front of wave.

Objective: There is an ongoing debate about whether the management of gastroenteropancreatic(GEP)neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC) should follow the guidelines of small-cell lung cancer(SCLC). We aim to identify the genetic differences of GEPNEC and its ***: We recruited GEPNEC patients as the main cohort, with lung NEC and digestive adenocarcinomas as comparative cohorts. All patients undergone next-generation sequencing(NGS). Different gene alterations were compared and analyzed between GEPNEC and lung NEC(LNEC), GEPNEC and adenocarcinoma to yield the remarkable ***: We recruited 257 patients, including 99 GEPNEC, 57 LNEC, and 101 digestive *** the mutations, KRAS, RB1, TERT, IL7R, and CTNNB1 were found to have different gene alterations between GEPNEC and LNEC samples. Specific genes for each site were revealed: gastric NEC(TERT amplification),colorectal NEC(KRAS mutation), and bile tract NEC(ARID1A mutation). The gene disparities between small-cell NEC(SCNEC) and large-cell NEC(LCNEC) were KEAP1 and CDH1. Digestive adenocarcinoma was also compared with GEPNEC and suggested RB1, APC, and KRAS as significant genes. The TP53/RB1 mutation pattern was associated with first-line effectiveness. Putative targetable genes and biomarkers in GEPNEC were identified in22.2% of the patients, and they had longer progression-free survival(PFS) upon targetable treatment [12.5 months vs. 3.0 months, HR=0.40(0.21-0.75), P=0.006].Conclusions: This work demonstrated striking gene distinctions in GEPNEC compared with LNEC and adenocarcinoma and their clinical utility.

An unsupervised clustering\|based intrusion detection algorithm is discussed in this paper. The basic idea of the algorithm is to produce the cluster by comparing the distances of unlabeled training data sets. With the classified data instances, anomaly data clusters can be easily identified by normal cluster ratio and the identified cluster can be used in real data detection. The benefit of the algorithm is that it doesn't need labeled training data sets. The experiment concludes that this approach can detect unknown intrusions efficiently in the real network connections via using the data sets of KDD99.

Evolutionary cryptography against multidimensional linear cryptanalysis

The evolutionary cryptosystem is a new cryptosystem proposed by a Chinese researcher recently. This paper studies its security level resisting against multidimensional linear cryptanalysis in this paper. It is shown that the evolutionary cryptosystem possesses higher resistance than its initial fixed cryptosystem does for resisting against multidimensional linear cryptanalysis. Multidimensional generalizations of Matsui's Algorithm 1 and Algorithm 2 based on log-likelihood ratio (LLR) statistics are introduced. By the relationship among the data complexity N , the bit advantage a and the success rate P S of these two multidimensional generalized algorithms, it is proven that more data is needed for attacking the evolutionary cryptosystem than that is needed for attacking its initial fixed cryptosystem when the bit advantage and success rate are identical. Moreover, it is shown that both time complexity and memory complexity for attacking the evolutionary cryptosystem are higher than that of attacking its initial fixed cryptosystem with the same data complexity. The research indicates that the evolutionary cryptosystem is more robust than its initial fixed cryptosystem against the multidimensional linear cryptanalysis.

We presents a vapor online monitor system model of vapor power station developed by visual tool rational rose 2000. Use cases such as on line instrument (onlineinstr), control, query, report, real database (realdb) and alarm are generated according to the system requirements. Use case view and class view of the system are formed at the same time. As for all the UML models of the system, this paper focuses the discussion on the class view, the component diagram of the control class and the sequence diagram of the query class. Corresponding C++ codes are produced and finally transferred into the spot running software.
