Study on metal recovery process and kinetics of oxidative leaching from spent LiFePO_(4)Li-batteries

A green environmental protection and enhanced leaching process was proposed to recover all elements from spent lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO_(4)) lithium *** order to reduce the influence of Al impurity in the recovery process,NaOH was used to remove *** impurity removal,the spent LiFePO_(4) cathode material was used as raw material under the H_(2)SO_(4) system,and the pressure oxidation leaching process was adopted to achieve the preferential leaching of *** E-pH diagram of the Fe-P-Al-H_(2)O system can determine the stable region of each element in the recovery process of spent LiFePO_(4)*** the optimal conditions(500 r·min^(-1),15 h,363.15 K,0.4 MPa,the liquid-solid ratio was 4:1 ml·g^(-1)and the acid-material ratio was 0.29),the leaching rate of Li was 99.24%,Fe,Al,and Ti were 0.10%,2.07%,and 0.03%,*** Fe and P were precipitated and recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)*** kinetic analysis shows that the process of high-pressure acid leaching of spent LiFePO_(4) materials depends on the surface chemical *** the life cycle assessment(LCA)of the spent LiFePO_(4) whole recovery process,eight midpoint impact categories were selected to assess the impact of recovery *** results can provide basic environmental information on production process for recycling industry.

With the rapid increase in urban gas consumption,the frequency of maintenance and repair of gas pipelines has escalated,leading to a rise in safety accidents during these *** traditional manual supervision model presents challenges such as inaccurate monitoring results,incomplete risk factor analysis,and a lack of quantitative risk *** research focuses on developing a dynamic risk assessment technology for gas emergency repair operations by integrating the monitoring outcomes of artificial olfactory for gas leakage information and video object recognition for visual safety factor monitoring *** quantitatively evaluate the risk of the operation process,a three-dimensional risk assessment model combining gas leakage with riskcorrelated sensitivity was established as well as a separate three-dimensional risk assessment model integrating visual risk factors with predictable risk ***,a visual risk quantification expression mode based on the risk matrix-radar map method was ***,a risk quantification model based on the fusion of visual and olfactory results was *** verification results of simulation scenarios based on field data indicate that the visual-olfactory fusion risk assessment method can more accurately reflect the dynamic risk level of the operation process compared to simple visual safety factor *** outcomes of this research can contribute to the identification of safety status and early warning of risks related to personnel,equipment,and environmental factors in emergency repair ***,these results can be extended to other operational scenarios,such as oil and gas production stations and long-distance pipeline operations.

Plant viruses are a group of intracellular pathogens that persistently threaten global food *** advances in plant virology have been achieved by Chinese scientists over the last 20 years,including basic research and technologies for preventing and controlling plant viral ***,we review these milestones and advances,including the identification of new crop-infecting viruses,dissection of pathogenic mechanisms of multiple viruses,examination of multilayered interactions among viruses,their host plants,and virus-transmitting arthropod vectors,and in-depth interrogation of plantencoded resistance and susceptibility ***,various plant virus-based vectors have also been successfully developed for gene function studies and target gene expression in *** also recommend future plant virology studies in China.

The MADS-box transcription factor GmFULc promotes GmZTL4 gene transcription to modulate maturity in soybean

Flowering time and maturity are crucial agronomic traits that affect the regional adaptability of soybean *** development of soybean cultivars with early maturity adapted to longer days and colder climates of high latitudes is very important for ensuring normal ripening before frost *** belongs to the MADS-box transcription factor family and has several duplicated members in *** this study,we observed that overexpression of GmFULc in the Dongnong 50 cultivar promoted soybean maturity,while GmFULc knockout mutants exhibited late *** immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)and RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)revealed that GmFULc could bind to the CArG,bHLH and homeobox *** investigation revealed that GmFULc could directly bind to the CArG motif in the promoters of the GmZTL3 and GmZTL4 *** of GmZTL4 promoted soybean maturity,whereas the ztl4 mutants exhibited delayed ***,we found that the cis element box 4 motif of the GmZTL4 promoter,a motif of light response elements,played an important role in controlling the growth *** of this motif shortened the growth period by increasing the expression levels of *** investigations revealed that short-day treatment promoted the binding of GmFULc to the promoter of GmZTL4 and inhibited the expression of E1 and E1Lb,ultimately resulting in the promotion of flowering and early *** together,these findings suggest a novel photoperiod regulatory pathway in which GmFULc directly activates GmZTL4 to promote earlier maturity in soybean.

Effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on cardiac endoplasmic reticulum stress in spontaneously hypertensive rats

Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(HLJDD)is a quintessential prescription renowned for its heat-clearing and detoxifying *** is primarily prescribed to counteract the syndrome characterized by the excessive heat of the Sanjiao ***,the hyperactivity of liver fire is frequently linked with hypertension,where wind fire and wind toxicity emerge as pivotal pathogenic *** study aimed to investigate the impact of HLJDD on the endoplasmic reticulum in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR),further delving into the interplay between endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)and myocardial remodeling and *** SHR rats were stratified randomly into five cohorts:model,low-dose HLJDD,medium-dose HLJDD,high-dose HLJDD,and captopril *** comparison,a set of Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)rats served as the baseline control group,with each group comprising 10 *** the model and control groups received equivalent volumes of normal saline via gavage,the other groups were administered the respective drug dosages through the same route daily for a span of 6 *** the experiment’s conclusion,metrics such as the heart mass index(HWI)and left ventricular mass index(LVWI)were *** tissue anomalies were identified using H&E staining,while ERS-related protein and mRNA expression levels were ascertained via Western blotting analysis and ***,TUNEL staining was employed to detect cardiomyocyte *** findings indicated that increasing HLJDD concentrations corresponded with escalated HWI and LVWI in rat hearts(P<0.05).There was a marked enhancement in myocardial structural integrity,accompanied by a notable reduction in collagen *** mRNA and protein expressions of myocardial inositol-dependent enzyme 1α(IRE1α),X-box binding protein 1(XBP1),glycoregulatory protein 78(GRP78),and CCAAT enhancer binding protein homologous protein(CHOP)in the medium and high-dose groups saw significant declines(P<0.05).These effects mirrored those observed in the

虽然此次笔谈讨论的主题是当代“中国外交史”,但我个人更喜欢用“中国对外关系史”这个概念,因为后者的内涵要比前者丰富得多。不管是中国对外关系史,还是中国外交史,都是很大的研究课题。在本文中,我将主要就中国对外关系史研究中的跨学科或者叫“跨界”问题,谈一些自己多年来一直在琢磨、实践但又不太成熟的想法。其实,我应邀参加这次笔谈本身就是一种“跨界”行为。过去40多年里,我一直在高校学习、研究和讲授国际关系的历史和理论,并把自己定位为一名国际关系学者。虽然始终对中国对外关系史感兴趣,也发表过相关著作和论文,但我并不是专门研究中国对外关系史的学者,更没有想过在《中共党史研究》上发表文章,尽管《中共党史研究》一直是我喜欢阅读的学术刊物。

近年来,国内环境信访事件和环境群体性事件易发多发。这些缘起于环境领域的风险缘何会演化成社会风险?本文聚焦两项关键要素:环境风险感知与抗争意愿,试图以此来解释公众环境风险感知触发社会风险的逻辑机理与治理之道。基于数据分析结果,研究发现,环境风险感知显著正向影响公众抗争意愿,政府信任在二者间发挥中介作用,政府回应、信息公开削弱并调节环境风险感知与政府信任的关系,环境治理的调节作用不显著。这说明,公众的环境风险感知降低了政府受信任水平,继而激发并放大了抗争意愿,由此助长了社会风险的萌生。而政府回应与信息公开水平的提升能够弱化环境风险感知对政府信任的负向影响,继而间接降低公众抗争意愿,由此在一定程度上阻断环境风险向社会风险的转换。

Viral pathogens not only threaten the health and life of humans and animals but also cause enormous crop yield losses and contribute to global food insecurity. To defend against viral pathogens, plants have evolved an intricate immune system to perceive and cope with such attacks. Although most of the fundamental studies were carried out in model plants, more recent research in crops has provided new insights into the antiviral strategies employed by crop plants. We summarize recent advances in understanding the biological roles of cellular receptors, RNA silencing, RNA decay, hormone signaling, autophagy, and ubiquitination in manipulating crop host-mediated antiviral responses. The potential functions of circular RNAs, the rhizosphere microbiome, and the foliar microbiome of crops in plant-virus interactions will be fascinating research directions in the future. These findings will be beneficial for the development of modern crop improvement strategies.

针对传统钢横梁-混凝土立柱框架墩邻近营业线时,混凝土立柱施工周期长、钢横梁吊装难度大的问题,提出钢横梁-钢立柱全钢结构框架墩方案。以宣绩高铁跨越既有皖赣铁路工程为背景,对全钢结构框架墩进行设计及应用研究。全钢结构框架墩立柱与横梁均为钢结构,提升了结构整体性;采用轻量化设计降低吊装难度和工程投资;通过柱底混合连接构造连接框架墩钢立柱和混凝土基础,提高了安装精度和连接可靠性。对结构稳定、局部承压、疲劳强度、刚度变形等各项指标进行验算,结果表明均满足规范要求。全钢结构框架墩采用旁位拼装、整体吊装、柱底对位连接的施工方案,施工阶段采用吊装变形控制和对位引导等施工关键技术,有效提高了施工工效和安装精度。对比传统钢横梁混凝土立柱框架墩,全钢结构框架墩工程投资相当,但减小了对既有铁路运营的干扰,施工难度和施工风险均大幅降低。

针对卫星热控分系统设计的新状态,梳理了热控自主管理软件中多点控温功能、跟踪控温功能及热敏电阻故障处理功能的测试需求,提出了基于总线故障注入的热控自主管理软件测试方案。该方案通过将故障注入设备接入卫星数据总线的方式仿真总线遥测,验证热控自主管理软件处理结果的正确性。与现有基于热敏电阻等效器的测试方案相比,该方案能够在保证测试有效性的同时简化所需地面测试设备及电缆,提升工作效率。文章给出了测试方案步骤,可为卫星自主管理软件测试提供参考。
