microRNAs regulate diverse biological processes such as development and aging by promoting degradation or inhibiting translation of their target mRNAs. In this study, we have found that the miR-58 family microRNAs regulate lifespan in ***. Intriguingly, members of the miR-58 family affect lifespan differently, sometimes in opposite directions, and have complex genetic interactions. The abundances of the miR-58 family miRNAs are up-regulated in the long-lived daf-2 mutant in a daf-16-dependent manner, indicating that these miRNAs are effectors of insulin signaling in C. elegans. We also found that miR-58 is regulated by insulin signaling and partially required for the lifespan extension mediated by reduced insulin signaling,germline ablation, dietary restriction, and mild mitochondrial dysfunction. We further identified the daf-21, ins-1, and isw-1 mRNAs as endogenous targets of miR-58. Our study shows that miRNAs function in multiple lifespan extension mechanisms,and that the seed sequence is not the dominant factor defining the role of a miRNA in lifespan regulation.

A keloid(KD)is a benign dermal fibrotic *** of KDs is challenging and the recurrence rate is high;thus,there is an unmet need to explore new target sites and new treatment *** a tumor-associated cytokine,autocrine motility factor(AMF)can effectively stimulate the random and directional movement of *** first found that AMF was overexpressed in keloid fibroblasts(KFs)and the proliferation and migration of KFs were promoted by AMF *** treatment with Y-27632,RhoA kinase inhibitor,the proliferation and migration capacity of KFs declined significantly,and type I collagen protein,active RhoA and ROCK1 also were *** addition,a KD transplantation model was established under the skin of nude mice,with KD intramural injection AMF siRNA,we found that the weight of the KD was smaller than in the control group(P<0.05),KD tissue sections stained by HE and Masson showed that fibers became loose and the blood vessels were visibly *** conclusion,AMF siRNA is expected to be a novel strategy to treat KD by inhibiting signaling pathway of RhoA/ROCK1.

Endogenous retroviruses (ERVs), the remnants of ancient retrovirus infections, constitute approximately 8% of the human genome and play important roles in human evolution, development,and diseases. Multiple drugs, such as DNA methyltransferase inhibitors and lysine-specific histone demethylase 1inhibitors, reactivate ERVs, induce viral mimicry and trigger innate immune responses to enhance tumor immunogenicity.

The issue of education for people with disabilities has become of increasing concern. How can we effectively guarantee the basic right to education for persons with disabilities? Will the revised Regulation on Education for Persons with Disabilities meet their needs? This article takes the Regulation on Education for Persons with Disabilities as the core and compares it with the related special educational laws of the United States, Britain and Japan. The following conclusions were drawn from this study: In terms of educational concept, the three countries follow the concept of inclusive education, and pursue equity and educational justice. They not only pay attention to inclusive education but also focus on improving the quality of education for students with disabilities. All three countries focus on accommodating children with special needs, but each implements its programs in a different way. These practices can be used as reference for the development of a special needs education law in China.

To develop the evidence-based guidelines for managing mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus in China, a multidisciplinary guideline development group was estab-lished. Clinical questions were identified from two rounds of surveys on the concerns of first-line clinicians. We conducted a comprehensive search and review of the literature. A grading of recommendations' assessment, development, and evaluation system was adopted to rate the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendations. Recommen-dations were formulated based on the evidence, overall balance of benefits and harms (at individual and population levels), patient/health worker values and preferences, re-sources available, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility. Even-tually, recommendations related to 13 main clinical concerns were developed, covering diagnostic criteria, treatment in-dications, antiviral therapy choice, timing to initiate and discontinue treatment, immunoprophylaxis strategy at birth, and how to deal with special situations, such as unintended pregnancy, assisted reproduction, and breastfeeding. The guidelines are intended to serve as guidance for clinicians and patients, to optimize the management of majority of pregnant women who are positive for hepatitis B surface antigen. As one of the basic human rights, and one confirmed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the right to privacy has been written into China’s General Principles of Civil Law and Tort Law. However, in judicial practice, there has been no unified standard in defining a tort of privacy, especially a tort of internet privacy. With the increasing popularity of the internet, torts of internet privacy are becoming more and more rampant and severe. Focusing on "internet hunts", a common tort of internet privacy, this paper examines how to affirm a tortious act of internet privacy, as well as forms of liability. It also expounds the practical judicial issues such as the object of prosecution trials.

Establishing and protecting the right to development of disabled persons is not only the important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on human rights, but also a reflection of Marxism’s idea of human rights and a requirement of the rule of law in China. It is necessary to promote the protection of the right to development of disabled persons in terms of affirmative action. The Chinese government’s affirmative action requires structural characteristics, including providing the institutional basis for the affirmative action by constructing legal and non-legal institutions, providing an environment conducive for the affirmative action by shaping a more aware social ecology and providing valid guarantees for affirmative action by increasing the responsibility of local governments.

Analysis of the Relationship between Vertical Distribution of Four Automatic Stations and Local Precipitation in Taihang Mountain of Linzhou

[ Objective] The reseamh aimed to analyze the relationship between vertical distribution of four automatic stations and local precipitation in Taihang Mountain of Linzhou. [ Method] Using mesoscale detection and statistical data of the automatic stations in Henan, the geographical distribution of the precipitation affected by underlying surface in mountainous area of Linzhou was analyzed. [ Result] Surface mesoscale wind field convergence line formed by thermal action of inhomogeneous underlying surface and mountainous terrain and upward movement played the strengthening role to the low-level jet. They affected formation and development of strong convective weather. The geographic distribution of precipitation in mountainous area was highly affected by the terrain, and rainfall, precipitation days and intensity in mountainous area were significantly greater than that in the surrounding hills region. In particular, rainfall on the windward slope significantly increased, and rainfall increased as mountain height within a certain height. [ Conclusion] Hourly ground data analysis at automatic stations had very good forecast indication role in formation, development and dissipation of heavy rain in mountainous areas.
