Preparation of hierarchical MoS_(2)microsphere/BN composites for microwave absorption and thermal management

The increase in the utilization of infrared heat detection technology in military applications necessitates research on composites with improved thermal transmission performance and microwave absorption *** study satisfactorily fabricated a series of MoS_(2)/BN-xyz composites(which were characterized by the weight ratio of MoS_(2)to BN,denoted by xy:z)through chemical vapor depos-ition,which resulted in their improved thermal stability and thermal transmission *** results show that the remaining mass of MoS_(2)/BN-101 was as high as 69.25wt%at 800℃under air atmosphere,and a temperature difference of 31.7℃was maintained between the surface temperature and the heating source at a heating temperature of 200℃.Furthermore,MoS_(2)/BN-301 exhibited an im-pressive minimum reflection loss value of-32.21 dB at 4.0 mm and a wide effective attenuation bandwidth ranging from 9.32 to 18.00 GHz(8.68 GHz).Therefore,these simplified synthesized MoS_(2)/BN-xyz composites demonstrate great potential as highly efficient con-tenders for the enhancement of microwave absorption performance and thermal conductance.

The complex wiring,bulky data collection devices,and difficulty in fast and on-site data interpretation significantly limit the practical application of flexible strain sensors as wearable *** tackle these challenges,this work develops an artificial intelligenceassisted,wireless,flexible,and wearable mechanoluminescent strain sensor system(AIFWMLS)by integration of deep learning neural network-based color data processing system(CDPS)with a sandwich-structured flexible mechanoluminescent sensor(SFLC)*** SFLC film shows remarkable and robust mechanoluminescent performance with a simple structure for easy *** CDPS system can rapidly and accurately extract and interpret the color of the SFLC film to strain values with auto-correction of errors caused by the varying color temperature,which significantly improves the accuracy of the predicted strain.A smart glove mechanoluminescent sensor system demonstrates the great potential of the AIFWMLS system in human gesture ***,the versatile SFLC film can also serve as a encryption *** integration of deep learning neural network-based artificial intelligence and SFLC film provides a promising strategy to break the“color to strain value”bottleneck that hinders the practical application of flexible colorimetric strain sensors,which could promote the development of wearable and flexible strain sensors from laboratory research to consumer markets.

针对粗粒度锁会严重影响并发程序的可伸缩性问题,提出一种面向细粒度锁的自动重构方法.该方法借助访问者模式分析、别名分析、负面效应分析等多种程序分析技术获取临界区代码的读写模式,然后使用下推自动机构建不同锁模式的识别方法,根据识别结果进行代码重构.与以往锁重构方法的不同之处在于,该方法考虑了锁降级模式,使重构适用性更广.基于此方法,在Eclipse JDT框架下,以插件的形式实现了自动重构工具FLock.在实验中,从重构个数、改变的代码行数、重构时间、准确性和重构后程序性能等方面对FLock进行了评估,并与已有的重构工具Relocker和CLOCK进行了对比.对HSQLDB,Jenkins和Cassandra等11个大型实际应用程序的重构结果表明:FLock共重构了1757个内置监视器对象,每个程序重构平均用时17.5s.该重构工具可以有效地实现粗粒度锁到细粒度锁的转换,与手动重构相比,有效提升了细粒度锁的重构效率.

The distribution of digits in numbers obtained from different sources reveals interesting patterns. The well-known Benford's law states that the first digits in many real-life numerical data sets have an asymmetric, logarithmic distribution in which small digits are more common;this asymmetry diminishes for subsequent digits, and the last digit tends to be uniformly distributed. In this paper, we investigate the digit distribution of numbers in a large mobile transaction data set with 835 million mobile transactions and payments made by approximately 460,000 users in more than 300 cities. Although the first digits of the numbers in these mobile transactions follow Benford's law, the last digit has a strong tendency to be a lucky number or be influenced by psychological rounding. This lucky number tendency is more significant in transactions that are more strongly connected to social interactions, such as money sent as gifts or as “red envelopes” (a traditional method of gift-giving during Chinese holidays), and in transactions by individuals with potentially greater emotional needs, such as during COVID-19 outbreaks and natural disasters. This psychological rounding tendency is more common in online e-commerce payments, in-store purchases, and money transfers between individuals. These findings are key for understanding the last digit tendency and its psychological and emotional mechanisms, which could be used as an indicator of public sentiment or in methods of detecting fraudulent business activity. © 2023

Salinity was considered to have effects on the characteristics,performance microbial communities of aerobic granular *** study investigated granulation process with gradual increase of salt under different *** identical sequencing batch reactors were operated,while the influent of Ra and Rb was subjected to stepwise increments of NaCl concentrations(0-4 g/L and 0-10 g/L).The presence of filamentous bacteria may contribute to granules formed under lower salinity conditions,potentially leading to granules *** removal efficiency achieved in both reactors although therewas a small accumulation of nitrite in Rb at later *** removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)in Ra were 95.31%,93.70%and 88.66%,while the corresponding removal efficiencies in Rb were 94.19%,89.79%and 80.74%.Salinity stimulated extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)secretion and enriched EPS producing bacteria to help maintain the integrity and stability of the aerobic *** nitrifying bacteria were responsible for NH_(4)^(+)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N oxidation of salinity systems and large number of denitrifying bacteria were detected,which ensure the high removal efficiency of TN in the systems.

A novel thickness measurement method for surface insulation coating of silicon steel based on NIR spectrometry is *** NIR spectra of insulation coating of silicon steel were collected by acousto-optic tunable filter(AOTF) NIR *** make full use of the effective information of NIR spectral data,discrete binary particle swarm optimization(DBPSO) algorithm was used to select the optimal wavelength *** new spectral data,composed of absorbance at selected wavelengths,were used to create the thickness quantitative analysis model by kernel partial least squares(KPLS) algorithm coupled with *** results of contrast experiments showed that the Boosting-KPLS model could efficiently improve the analysis accuracy and *** indicates that Boosting-KPLS is a more accurate and robust analysis method than KPLS for NIR spectral *** maximal and minimal absolute error of 30 testing samples is respectively-0.02 μm and 0.19 μm,and the maximal relative error is 14.23%.These analysis results completely meet the practical measurement need.

Although ignition had been achieved at the National Ignition Facility(NIF),recent observations of the experiments indicate novel physics that beyond theoretical predictions emerge,e.g.,the neutron analysis of experiments has revealed deviations from the Maxwellian distributions in ion relative kinetic energies of burning plasmas,with the surprising emergence of supra-thermal deuterium and tritium(DT)ions that fall outside the predictions of macroscopic statistical hydrodynamic *** our newly developed hybrid-particle-in-cell code,incorporating the newly-proposed model of large-angle collisions,we infer that that this could be attributed to the increased significance of large-angle collisions among DT ions andα-particles in the burning *** and unprecedented kinetic investigations into the implications of large-angle collisions in the burning plasma have yielded several key findings,including an ignition moment promotion by~10 ps,the presence of supra-thermal ions below an energy threshold,and approximately twice the expected deposition ofα-particles *** rationality of our findings is confirmed through the congruency between the neutron spectral moment analyses conducted by the NIF and our kinetic simulations,both highlighting progressively widening disparities between neutron spectral moment analyses and hydrodynamics predictions,which becomes more pronounced as the yield *** kinetic simulations with large-angle collisions not only provide novel insights for experiment interpretation but also open new research opportunities for the largely unexplored regime of the nuclear burning plasmas,which are distinguished by their exceptionally high energy densities and hold immense potential for illuminating the intricate physics that underpins the evolution of the early universe.

Phthalate esters(PAEs),recognized as endocrine disruptors,are released into the environment during usage,thereby exerting adverse ecological *** study investigates the occurrence,sources,and risk assessment of PAEs in surface water obtained from 36 sampling points within the Yellow River and Yangtze River *** total concentration of PAEs in the Yellow River spans from124.5 to 836.5 ng/L,with Dimethyl phthalate(DMP)(75.4±102.7 ng/L)and Diisobutyl phthalate(DiBP)(263.4±103.1 ng/L)emerging as the predominant *** exhibit a pattern of upstream(512.9±202.1 ng/L)>midstream(344.5±135.3 ng/L)>downstream(177.8±46.7 ng/L).In the Yangtze River,the total concentration ranges from 81.9 to 441.6 ng/L,with DMP(46.1±23.4 ng/L),Diethyl phthalate(DEP)(93.3±45.2 ng/L),and DiBP(174.2±67.6 ng/L)as the primary *** levels follow a midstream(324.8±107.3 ng/L)>upstream(200.8±51.8 ng/L)>downstream(165.8±71.6 ng/L)*** should be directed towards the moderate ecological risks of DiBP in the upstream of HH,and both the upstream and midstream of CJ need consideration for the moderate ecological risks associated with Di-n-octyl phthalate(DNOP).Conversely,in other regions,the associated risk with PAEs is either low or *** main source of PAEs in Yellow River is attributed to the release of construction land,while in the Yangtze River Basin,it stems from the accumulation of pollutants in lakes and forests discharged into the *** findings are instrumental for pinpointing sources of PAEs pollution and formulating control strategies in the Yellow and Yangtze Rivers,providing valuable insights for global PAEs research in other major rivers.

The ability to unlock the interplay between the activity and stability of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)represents an important endeavor toward creating robust ORR catalysts for efficient fuel ***,we report an effective strategy to concurrent enhance the activity and stability of ORR catalysts via constructing atomically dispersed Fe-Mn dualmetal sites on N-doped carbon(denoted(FeMn-DA)-N-C)for both anion-exchange membrane fuel cells(AEMFC)and proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).The(FeMn-DA)-N-C catalysts possess ample dual-metal atoms consisting of adjacent Fe-N_(4)and Mn-N_(4)sites on the carbon surface,yielded via a facile doping-adsorption-pyrolysis *** introduction of Mn carries several advantageous attributes:increasing the number of active sites,effectively anchoring Fe due to effective electron transfer to Mn(revealed by X-ray absorption spectroscopy and density-functional theory(DFT),thus preventing the aggregation of Fe),and effectively circumventing the occurrence of Fenton reaction,thus reducing the consumption of ***(FeMn-DA)-N-C catalysts showcase half-wave potentials of 0.92 and 0.82 V in 0.1 M KOH and 0.1 M HClO_(4),respectively,as well as outstanding *** manifested by DFT calculations,the introduction of Mn affects the electronic structure of Fe,down-shifts the d-band Fe active center,accelerates the desorption of OH groups,and creates higher limiting *** AEMFC and PEMFC with(FeMn-DA)-N-C as the cathode catalyst display high power densities of 1060 and 746 mW cm^(-2),respectively,underscoring their promising potential for practical *** study highlights the robustness of designing Fe-containing dual-atom ORR catalysts to promote both activity and stability for energy conversion and storage materials and devices.
