车辆超载会对桥梁结构产生不可逆的损伤，降低桥梁的使用年限，严重时可直接导致桥梁垮塌。目前获取过桥车辆轴重的主要途径为商用桥梁动态称重系统。然而，商用桥梁动态称重系统的核心算法——Moses算法通过误差函数得到的轴重识别方程为病态方程，导致在轴距较近、路面较粗糙时存在过拟合的问题，而且进行轴重识别时未区分单个车轴轴重对轴重识别结果的贡献度，导致单轴轴重识别结果精度不高。为此，提出一种基于最大熵正则化的桥梁动态称重算法。首先，引入熵正则化项和与轴重分配相关的权重系数，建立误差函数；其次，计算误差函数的梯度，并将其代入非线性共轭梯度法的迭代公式，得到每个正则化参数对应的轴重；然后，将每个正则化参数对应的轴重代入Regińska公式中计算参数ψv,绘制λ-ψv曲线，得到曲线极小值对应的轴重，该轴重即为所需轴重值；最后，通过数值仿真和实桥测试验证最大熵算法识别结果的准确性和鲁棒性。结果表明：无论是数值仿真还是实桥测试，最大熵算法的轴重识别精度都优于Moses算法；尤其对于实桥测试，最大熵算法前轴的误差均值为27.1%,远低于Moses算法的36.3%。由此说明，新算法通过引入熵正则化项和权重系数，可以在一定程度上抑制方程的过拟合，消除部分动力效应干扰的影响，提高单轴轴重识别结果的精度，可以更好地应用于实际桥梁的车辆监管。

A recent study published by Simon Alberti1 in Cell has revealed that DNA double-strand break(DSB)sites that prevent the disjunction of broken DNA ends are formed through poly(ADPribose)(PAR)polymerase 1(PARP1)-DNA co-condensation.1(Fig.1).Here,a comprehensive and novel model was provided for the ordered assembly of PARP1-DNA condensates,which can rationally make clear broken DNA end synapses and how repair effectors are recruited to repair DSB.

Background Bisphosphonates （BPs） have been reported to reduce local recurrence in giant cell tumor （GCT） of bone because of their osteoclast-suppressing effect; however, the optimal mode of delivery and the dose and duration of treatment of BPs remain to be established. To address these issues, it is first necessary to clarify the manner of action of BPs on osteoclasts. We herein evaluated the osteoclast-suppressing effect of sodium ibandronate in vitro. Methods Mouse osteoclasts （OCLs） were generated in vitro using mouse bone marrow mononuclear cells. First, various concentrations of sodium ibandronate and equal amounts of phosphate-buffered saline were added to cell culture media. The number of multinucleated cells （over three nuclei） was recorded in each group, OCL formation was compared and the most effective concentration of sodium ibandronate was determined. Then, high concentrations of sodium ibandronate were added to the experimental cell culture media; no ibandronate was given in the control group. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of OCL adhesion, migration, and bone resorption. Results OCL formation was suppressed by sodium ibandronate in vitro; the most pronounced effect was observed at the concentration of 10-5 mol/L. OCL migration and bone resorption were significantly suppressed at this concentration, though there was no effect on OCL adhesion. Conclusions Sodium ibandronate was effective in suppressing OCLs and decreasing resorption in GCT. The strong anti-OCL effectiveness at a high concentration in vitro indicates a topical mode of application.

Outcrossing rate is an important determinant of cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)breeding and hybrid seed production for heterosis in *** lines with a high outcrossing rate were screened for backcross breeding to obtain the high outcrossing rate maintenance B-lines and sterile *** in production practices will help to increase hybrid soybean *** this study,JLCMS82B and JLCMS89B were selected as parents for the construction of outcrossing rate segregation populations,and the progeny-array approach(PAA)and glyphosate resistant gene markers were used to determine outcrossing *** found that:(1)The outcrossing rate between JLCMS82B and JLCMS89B was significantly different;(2)the outcrossing rate of the F2 segregating populations was a quantitative trait,though whether an additive or epistatic effect exists required analysis with a triple test intersection analysis;(3)agronomic traits correlated with outcrossing rate;outcrossing rate was the highest with plant height of about 84 cm,lower number of plant branches,earlier flowering time,larger angle between the branches and the main stem,and with more divergent plant *** analysis between agronomic traits and outcrossing rate can effectively guide the screening of parents with a high outcrossing rate.

Thallium is a highly toxic metal,and trace amount of thallium(I)(Tl+)in potable water could cause a severe water crisis,which arouses the exploitation of highly-effective technology for purification of Tl+contaminated *** report proposes the multi-layered Prussian blue(PB)-decorated composite membranes(PBx@PDA/PEI-FP)based on the aminated filter papers for Tl+*** characterization by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer-attenuated total reflectance,scanning electron microscope,thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were performed to confirm the in situ growth of cubic PB crystals on filter paper membrane surfaces via the aminated layers,and the successful fabrication of multi-layered PB overcoats via the increasing of aminated *** effect of PB layers on Tl+removal by PBx@PDA/PEI-FP from simulated drinking water was evaluated as well as the influence of different experimental conditions.A trade-off between PB decoration layer number and PB distribution sizes is existed in Tl+uptake by PBx@PDA/*** double-layered PB2@PDA/PEI-FP membrane showed the maximum sorption capacity,but its Tl+uptake performance was weakened by the acid,coexisting ions(K+and Na+)and powerful operation pressure,during filtrating a large volume of low-concentrated Tl+-containing ***,the negative effect of coexisting ions on the Tl+uptake could be effectively eliminated in weak alkaline water,and the Tl+removal was increased up to 100%without any pressure driving for PB2@PDA/PEI-FP *** importantly,PB2@PDA/PEI-FP displayed the high-efficiency and high-selectivity in purifying the Tl+-spiked Pearl River water,in which the residual Tl+in filtrate was less than 2μg·L^(–1) to meet the drinking water standard of United States Environmental Protection *** work provides a feasible avenue to safeguard the drinking water in remote and underdeveloped area via the energy-free operation.

TREM-1 mediates interaction between substantia nigra microglia and peripheral neutrophils

Microglia-mediated neuroinflammation is considered a pathological feature of Parkinson’s disease. Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell-1(TREM-1) can amplify the inherent immune response, and crucially, regulate inflammation. In this study, we found marked elevation of serum soluble TREM-1 in patients with Parkinson’s disease that positively correlated with Parkinson’s disease severity and dyskinesia. In a mouse model of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced Parkinson’s disease, we found that microglial TREM-1 expression also increased in the substantia nigra. Further, TREM-1 knockout alleviated dyskinesia in a mouse model of Parkinson’s disease and reduced dopaminergic neuronal injury. Meanwhile, TREM-1 knockout attenuated the neuroinflammatory response, dopaminergic neuronal injury, and neutrophil migration. Next, we established an in vitro 1-methyl-4-phenyl-pyridine-induced BV2 microglia model of Parkinson’s disease and treated the cells with the TREM-1 inhibitory peptide LP17. We found that LP17 treatment reduced apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons and neutrophil migration. Moreover, inhibition of neutrophil TREM-1 activation diminished dopaminergic neuronal apoptosis induced by lipopolysaccharide. TREM-1 can activate the downstream CARD9/NF-κB proinflammatory pathway via interaction with SYK. These findings suggest that TREM-1 may play a key role in mediating the damage to dopaminergic neurons in Parkinson’s disease by regulating the interaction between microglia and peripheral neutrophils.
