在过去的二十年中,人诱导多能干细胞在体外研究人类神经发育机制、疾病建模和药物发现等领域应用广泛,特别是在神经退行性疾病领域。相比于其他研究模型,以诱导多能干细胞衍生的小胶质细胞为基础的体外模型更有利于研究阿尔茨海默症背后的病理机制。然而,不同来源的诱导多功能干细胞在分化潜能、表观遗传状态等方面差异较大,其体外分化能力易受重编程方法和培养体系影响。因此,本文综述了近年来人诱导多能干细胞来源的小胶质样细胞模型的发展现状及其在阿尔茨海默症研究中的应用,希望能为今后小胶质细胞的研究提供有效参考。

慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)起病隐匿,因其发病率高、知晓率低、诊断率低、预后差和医疗费用高等特点,已成为危害人类健康的重要公共卫生问题。目前已有多项研究表明CKD在其发生发展过程中会出现不同程度的铁死亡特征,而中药可以通过靶向铁代谢、脂质过氧化及抗氧化系统等抑制铁死亡来延缓CKD的进展,铁死亡干预机制逐渐成为CKD研究的重点领域之一。中医药宝库集数千年传统中医经验与智慧于一身,注重人体功能的整体调节,能够激发人体的抗病和康复能力,对治疗CKD具有一定优势,但目前尚缺乏中医药干预铁死亡治疗CKD及铁死亡与CKD发病机制的总结性综述。该文汇总国内外最新研究进展,简述铁死亡主要的作用机制,对铁死亡与CKD发病机制的最新研究进展进行了系统综述,融合了与CKD铁死亡相关的“虚”“瘀”“痰浊”“毒”等中医理论,总结了中药活性成分、中药复方干预铁死亡治疗CKD的研究现状,以期从铁死亡角度为中医药防治CKD提供新靶点和新方向。

We investigate the two-pion interferometry in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions in the granular source model of quark-gluon plasma *** pion transverse momentum spectra and HBT radii of the granular sources agree well with the experimental data of the most central Au-Au collisions at(sNN)1/2=200 GeV at the RHIC and Pb−Pb collisions at(sNN)1/2=2.76 TeV at the *** the granular source model the larger initial system breakup time for the LHC collisions as compared to the RHIC collisions may lead to the larger HBT radii Rout,Rside and ***,the large droplet transverse expansion and limited average relative emitting time of particles in the granular source lead to slightly smaller ratios of the transverse Hanbury–Brown–Twiss radii Rout/Rside.

Objective To investigate the effects ofamiodarone （AMD） on simvastatin （SV） in human liver microsomes and the possible underlying mechanisms. Methods Time-, NADPH- and concentration-dependent inhibitions were tested in HLM. The logarithm of relative inhibition values was plotted versus preincubation time （0, 5, 10, 15, 20min） for a series concentration of AMD used （0, 2, 5, 25, 50 umol/L）, and the slopes determined by linear regression. These slope values represente the observed inactivation rate constants （kobs ）. A double-reciprocal plot was then constructed using the reciprocal of the kobs （y-axis） and the reciprocal of the associated inhibitor concentration （x-axis） to estimate the values of kinact and K1, which were two principal kinetic constants that were specific for mechanism-based inhibition （MBI）.drug-drug interactions （DDI） potential was predicted based on in vitro data and by using the in vitro-in vivo extrapolation. Results The time-, concentration- and NADPH-dependent characteristics confirmed that when SV was the substrate of CYP3A4, the inhibition of AMD to CYP3A4 is MBI. KI and kinact value were calculated to be 5.1umol/L and 0.018minL The CLant of SV was reduced 2.96-5.63 fold when it was administrated with AMD. Conclusion Based on the results, AMD would inhibit SV metabolism via the mechanism-based manner, which would lead to DDI when they are taken together. Careful clinical observation is recommended when AMD and SV have to be simultaneously prescribed.

The out-of-plane squeeze-out effect in relativistic heavy ion collisions is used to estimate the reaction plane by performing a modified transverse momentum analysis.A technique for investigating the azimuthal correlation between the out-of-plane squeeze-out and directed in-plane flow is described.A clear signature of the azimuthal correlation is evidenced in the 600 A MeV Au+Au reaction from the quantum molecular dynamic model calculations.

Suspended vegetation in rivers,lakes,reservoirs and canals can change flow structure,which will in turn affect the sediment transport and cause the variation of water ecological *** order to study the characteristics of bend flow through suspended vegetation,three-dimensional numerical simulations are carried out by using the multi-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method(MRT-LBM).The drag force induced by vegetation is added in the velocity correction in the equilibrium distribution and a hybrid format combined bounce and specular reflection scheme is applied in the solid-fluid *** the validation of this model,six cases are designed to conduct the numerical simulations according to the root depth and the arrangement of *** simulated results show that the suspended vegetation can redistribute the flow structure in curved open *** the arrangement of suspended vegetation,the main flow moves to the side without vegetation,and the distribution of velocity tends to be balanced when vegetation is arranged on the entire cross section,the range of circulating current is reduced from the whole cross section to the local position without vegetation,however,the circulating current can still exist in the curve where the suspended vegetation enters less than half of the water *** addition,it can also be concluded that the suspended vegetation can affect the lateral gradient of flow velocity,and the bed shear stress in the curved channel.

The nanoscale confinement is of great important for the industrial applications of molecular sieve,desalination,and also essential in bio-logical transport *** efforts have been devoted to the influence of restricted spaces on the properties of confined ***,the situation of channel-wall is crucial but attracts less attention and remains *** fundamentally understand the mechanism of channel-walls in nanoconfinement,we investigated the interaction between the counter-force of the liquid and interlamellar spacing of nanochannel walls by considering the effect of both spatial confinement and surface *** results reveal that the nanochannel stables at only a few discrete spacing states when its confinement is within 1.4 *** quantized interlayer spacing is attributed to water molecules becoming laminated structures,and the stable states are corresponding to the monolayer,bilayer and trilayer water configurations,*** results can potentially help to understand the characterized interlayers spacing of graphene oxide membrane in *** findings are hold great promise in design of ion filtration membrane and artificial water/ion channels.

(Zr_(0.53)Al_(0.1)Ni_(0.05)Cu_(0.3)Ti_(0.02))_(99)Y_1(at%)coating with amorphous layer of about 180μm thick was prepared on a steel substrate by using laser cladding *** coating is compact and shows good metallurgical bonding with *** microstructure,microhardness and corrosion behavior along the depth from the coating surface to the substrate were *** is found that a gradient structure consisted of amorphous surface layer,amorphous-crystalline transitional layer and substrate is formed after the laser *** microhardness and corrosion behavior exhibit variation with the microstructural evolution at different depths from the coating *** microhardness and corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution of the amorphous surface layer are comparable to those of the as-cast Zr-based BMG with the same composition,and higher than those of the steel substrate.
